Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. Strategically located in the city center and is also part of the mall building so everything that you need is just a few steps away from the hotel's lobby. It is near to restaurants outside the mall and also near to the pier area should you want a quick boat trip to Guimaras Island. Rooms are clean with all appliances functioning well. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Very affordable room rates! We will be back again should we visit Iloilo City in the future! 😍

Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

The Hotel area is a night out spot, bands and music playing in the neighboring clubs can deprive guests of a good sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

The service was superb. Everyone has a ready smile and will greet us anytime they come across us. I will recommend La Carmela de Boracay to all of my friends! Thank you for giving us a relaxing vacation! God bless everyone!

The room is very old, the equipment is very old, similar to the old guesthouses in China, the place is large, there is a swimming pool, the environment is good, the price-performance ratio is average, the breakfast is average, but it is close to the airport

This is a few meters from the beach. Close to Diniwid Beach. Takes a while to go to station 2. They clean regularly and staffs are nice and accommodating. Lilian the housekeeping person is sooooo nice.
