Hotel receptionist are very accommodating and fast in service. The room is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything I need especially the iron and iron stand 😊. Accessible to nearest mall and have more resto around the area. Good place also to rest if you want to go to the airport.

Here’s a polished, vivid sample you can use to describe a great experience at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay—perfect for reviews, social posts, or feedback: --- 🌓 Sample of a Great Experience at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay My stay at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and efficient service. The resort itself is massive, beautifully maintained, and offers a sense of privacy you don’t usually get on the island. 🌊 What Made the Experience Amazing - Private White Beach: The resort’s exclusive beach was peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing without the usual Boracay crowds. The water was crystal clear and ideal for swimming. - Stunning Pools: Each pool had its own vibe, but the Skydeck and Monterey pools were my favorites—amazing views, great ambiance, and plenty of space to unwind. - Comfortable Rooms: My room was spacious, spotless, and well-designed, with a balcony overlooking the lush greenery. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive. - Delicious Food: Whether it was breakfast at Veranda or drinks by the pool, the food and beverages were consistently good. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and fresh options every day. - Top‑notch Service: Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. They assisted with shuttles, recommendations, and anything I needed throughout my stay. - Convenient Shuttle System: Getting around the resort was easy thanks to the frequent shuttle service. Despite the size of the property, everything felt accessible. šŸŒ… Overall Impression Fairways & Bluewater gave me the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and luxury. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary within Boracay—ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the island while still having a quiet, exclusive place to retreat to. I left feeling refreshed and already excited to return.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

This seems to be the best hotel in the area. They have an excellent coffee bar on the top floor that faces a view of the church. The staff is accommodating and even provided us an umbrella for the heavy downpour. On our checkout, they verified the room was not damaged and called for us a trike to get us to the airport. Very happy to stay here.

I stayed overnight at Injap Tower Hotel and overall had a smooth and convenient experience. The location is perfect, right in front of SM Mall and close to everything you might need. Check-in was fast, and my room was clean with a lovely view overlooking SM Mall and even the sunset. The only downside was the air conditioning. It was a bit noisy and felt a little run down, even turning off a few times during the night. I was too tired to report it since I had an early appointment the next morning. And also the wifi was slow. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and hassle free. Check out was also quick and efficient. A convenient choice for a short stay.

The best deal at a 3 star hotel in Boracay. If you are looking for a low price / high quality ratio this is the best option in this beautiful Beach ā›±ļøšŸ–ļø. The hotel consists of a few buildings but only one is attached directly to the beach. A good massage service is a big advantage. Access to the beach is thru the restaurant area, you can enjoy the stunning beach view from the 1st floor. In the beginning I was thinking that the road to the hotel is a disaster but after checking other hotels route I change my mind 😮😮😮

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

GGuest UserSavoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast is a four-star establishment located in the Newcoast area of Boracay. Opened in 2017, the hotel offers 559 chic rooms, two large swimming pools, and access to a 295-meter private white sand beach. Guests have praised its serene location, away from the crowded main stations, providing a more private and relaxing experience. The hotel also offers amenities such as a fitness center, spa, and multiple dining options, including the Savoy CafĆ©. ļæ¼ A standout feature of the hotel is its staff, particularly an employee named Maddie. Multiple guests have highlighted Maddie’s exceptional service in their reviews. One guest described their experience as the ā€œBest Guest Experience From Maddie,ā€ emphasizing her role in enhancing their stay. ļæ¼ Another review titled ā€œThanks Maddieā€ reflects appreciation for her attentive service. ļæ¼ Additionally, a guest at the Savoy CafĆ© mentioned, ā€œMaddie is the best,ā€ indicating her positive impact in the dining area. ļæ¼ Overall, the combination of the hotel’s amenities and the exceptional service provided by staff members like Maddie contributes to a memorable and enjoyable stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast.

DDen4iikkkThis review is genuine, without embellishment. Excellent hotel. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you. Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel. The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers! You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services. Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise. If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you!

CCallum TOverall a disappointing stay with Crimson. It started off bad and really never improved sadly. Our flight into Caticlan was delayed 5 hours, arriving at 19:30. I was in communication with Crimson throughout the delay updating them on our progress and estimated arrival time. They had warned me that they don’t organise transfers after 8pm. However, upon arrival they had left us to transit to the hotel via a third party provider. This provider was fine, and did their job, but it was a transfer that involved stopping at 3 other hotels - very much not the private 5 star experience we had been promised, taking 1 hour and a half. The fact they did not wait until 8pm, when other resorts were prepared and waiting, was a big disappointment. The transfer was eventually provided for free after our experience - which to be honest is the bare minimum. It’s insane I even had to pay for the transfer considering most 5 star hotels would provide this for free. Whilst the rooms were fine, the service was extremely disappointing throughout. Check-in took ages, and for some reason there is no aircon in anywhere outside the restaurants and rooms, so we were stuck sweating after an 8 hour journey whilst waiting the 30 minutes to check in. Additionally, every single request we made was either ignored or took ages. I had requested decorations in the room to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, but received nothing. I managed to get things organised whilst there, but after requesting matches to light a candle, these never arrived. Add on the fact we would have to request water multiple times before any showed up and it was all just very frustrating. We had booked a sea view room, but were unable to fully enjoy it as it was located directly in front of the infinity pool, with guests able to see directly into the privacy of our bedroom due to the lack of any noticeable tinting on the windows. The rooms were also not soundproofed, and we had to wake up early every day to the sounds of screaming children using the pool in front of our room. No amenities were on offer - no access to water bottles without requesting or paying, no access to coffee without paying, no welcome or departure drinks, no free water on the beach (which is seriously just dangerous). Crimson certainly has a 5 star beach and sea. The access to the beach is superb and the sand and sea were typically excellent, but it’s not as if Crimson has control over these things. In fact despite the environmental fee, I regularly saw some litter in the sea and on the beach. It felt very budget in the way they treat you. There are shuttles to the centre but these run almost every 3 hours and are often packed, offered on a first come first serve basis. Every little thing is charged too. For a check out at 12pm instead of 11am, it’s 2000PHP. There’s no way to charge anything to rooms to pay upon check out (like every other hotel) if you do not have a credit card. Debit cards are no good for the deposit apparently. We just stayed at Piece Lio in El Nido, which was far far far superior. It’s a real shame because Crimson does not do service to a terrific sea and stunning location. It may be the most modern 5 star hotel on the island but honestly just pay the extra and go to the Shangri-La. It’s almost as if they knew how bad it was. We weren’t even asked how our stay was upon checking out, as if they were dreading the answer. It felt like an American diner leaving, where they just wanted us out the room as quickly as possible to make space for their next cash cow. We even arrived at the airport 3 hours early for a domestic flight for some reason.

Kk_fr_23We stayed in Movenpick for one whole week following the recommendation from a friend who stayed there twice already when she traveled to Boracay, and on the whole, we didn’t regret this choice either. We’ll share some positive things first, then negative. It was our first time to visit the island, and we knew that the White Beach area is always crowded, full of beggars and people offering you to go sailing or try out massage at their salon literally every five steps which is quite annoying. On the contrary, Movenpick is a quiet and secluded place where you can enjoy your vacations at the fullest. The prices in the resort restaurants are almost the same as in the White Beach cafes, maybe a little higher, but the food is way more delicious (we especially loved the dishes in Brezza). We didn’t expect it to be so good after reading some negative reviews on Ctrip, so it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options and outstanding service (and they do have black coffee, so don’t trust those who mention that there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet). But what impressed us most was a very warm and friendly attitude of all staff to every single guest. They always approached us with a big smile, and after several days of staying, they could even remember our cocktail preferences at daily Happy Hour! Nice little sweet treats at Chocolate hour, live music from 6pm daily, plenty of space and activities offered at the resort - we loved it a lot. However, there are some tiny things you must know before booking. Half of the swimming pool might be closed for maintenance, which is totally understandable yet isn’t what you expect when choosing this hotel (neither it is convenient nor pleasant to see). Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, you can see they haven’t been renovated for a while (AC/fridge are quite noisy, some things like shower gel dispenser might get broken easily - but they can be replaced at once if you inform the hotel). Last, if you are unlucky with neighbours (especially if there’s a family with an infant in the room one floor above yours), then you might enjoy terrible noise all the day as the rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, and only on the 3rd night we were offered a bigger room for sleeping overnight (but the AC was loud there, not to mention some weird sounds outside in the middle of the night - could be an electricity generator or something else - that woke us up and we had to move back to our main room with the hope that our neighbours were fast asleep). In a word, it is recommended to bring some earplugs and not hesitate to inform the receptionists about any problem you have at once and ask for an immediate solution. Generally speaking, if we ever decide to return to Boracay for vacations, it’s highly likely we will choose Movenpick for the whole stay time again.

Sshyshy13They were nice, respectful, and helpful while we were still checked in but once we checked out, that hospitality completely disappeared. We got stranded in Boracay and had to check out right in the middle of a typhoon. Unfortunately, the staff refused to even lend my boyfriend an umbrella for a few minutes so we could safely get to our transport. To make things worse, I wasn’t feeling well and had started to develop a fever. Let’s be honest, Hennan is not a budget hotel. You expect a certain level of service and compassion, even after you checked out especially in extreme weather conditions. It was disappointing and frustrating to feel like the care and courtesy we received only applied while we were still paying guests. After checkout, it felt like we didn’t matter at all. For the price you pay, I expected better treatment at the very least, a bit of kindness and understanding during such a difficult situation. Sadly, this experience left me feeling robbed and deeply disappointed.

JJoshyJThis is not my first stay, so I'm familiar with the place. The service was great! The front desk was very friendly and I had a really good stay even during the storm. They have a generator and I believe everything was well during my stay. However, the breakfast buffet, I don't know what happened, but it seems that the quality of food is so bad now. Over the course of 3 nights, the adobo and chicken korma was hard and dry and the other food options felt lackluster. I only ate the hotdogs, bacon (limited only), and rice. Their usual taho was still good but runs out before 9am. The egg station attendee was a bit rude. I asked for fried eggs directly while he was cooking because there were none left on the serving platter, but he scoffed and told me to get at the platter. I told him theres none, then he and gave me a side eye before refilling it. This time, the room I got also had very low signal and wifi, wherein I had to stand by the door to get signal, which was unlike my past stays. But it was alright as I got a big room as I requested. Overall, I would still stay here for comfort and value, but the breakfast buffet is not something to look forward to.

The staffs were proactive in asking if I need any assistance. The room is clean and spacious and they had more variety of foods for their buffet breakfast. I would most likely stay here again.
