AilikexuThe hotel boasts an excellent central location in Stavanger, within easy walking distance of the Old Town, the harbor, and the Cathedral. Our standard king room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we even enjoyed a nice view from the window. The hotel's overall decor is modern and minimalist, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for guests. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of high-quality dishes, providing a perfect start to each day's activities. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and went out of their way to provide helpful local travel advice. Considering it's an upscale hotel in Scandinavia, it offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stavanger.

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the ferry terminal and airport, with ample free parking. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, offering us a late check-out, which we appreciated. Our room was very quiet, with a lovely ocean view, far from the restaurant and conference halls. However, the room itself was quite dated, different from the photos shown on the website, and the bathroom was cramped, with little legroom when using the toilet. The room was also very hot in late September. No fan in the room. We had to leave the window open overnight. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with decent variety. Despite the excellent location, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the room’s discomfort.

There was a very friendly lady at the reception she was very very good, she sounded abit spanish probably Elena? She was probably the best part of the hotel. The hotel is very basic. Good location but no parking facility. The room was extremely small so was abit surprised. The TV was not smart so you are stuck with some channels.

Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle and the Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) tour bus pick up and drop off right in front of the hotel. It's in the city center, with the bus terminal (where you catch the bus to Kjeragbolten/Kjerag Boulder) and the ferry terminal, along with many attractions and famous restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk. There's also a beautiful lake right across the street.
The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room size is relatively large compared to other European hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast is very generous, and both the taste and quality are excellent.

after 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs.
We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

实事求是滴看世界Good location: very close to the Fiskepiren pier to the Mission Stone and the airport bus. In the old town, so walking to the sights are within a few hundred meters. Soundproofing is good, very quiet, with a fridge and a kettle. The breakfast was too rich and there was salmon. This price is really cost-effective in Norway.

The hotel with good services and out of expectation breakfast. The breakfast served many varieties of food with good taste.
Hotel location is near the Central Bus Station and Train Station but it has some slopes to go to the hotel that will be a bit tired for tourists with big luggage.

Susu sunThe room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view. The environment was incredibly peaceful, and it's super convenient – just a two-minute walk from both the long-distance bus station and the train station, only about a hundred meters away. The staff were also excellent.
