Hotels With Breakfast in Souss-Massa, Morocco

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

I recently stayed at Club Hotel El Moggar and I want to express my complete satisfaction. The property is impeccably maintained, ideally located, and the welcome is warm. A special thank you goes to the entertainment team – Hamza, Akram, Sofiane, Aïcha, Kamel, and Mr. Ali – for their energy and professionalism, which greatly enhanced my stay. My gratitude also extends to Mr. Fayçal, the manager, for his approachability and attentiveness, as well as to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding work. Hamilton Agadir managements maintains it’s Excellent services for years, Mr. AbduLatif& his staff are doing marvelous job and friendly relations with all guests especially, with Gulf customers. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. Lovely clean apartment and within the building it's self. Very convenient for grocery shops and restaurants. A 20min walk took you to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again😁👍

Nice hotel, clean but lack of towels and gel. Breakfast at 4 euros per person and there is nothing, no yogurt or fruit, small piece of bread, lousy coffee. I had a double espresso, it was water. Avoid lunch
