The hotel is good and features a nice, large swimming pool. It's conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet, yet there are cafes nearby.
The rooms are on the smaller side but perfectly adequate, each with a small balcony offering a good view. The central air conditioning works effectively. Bed linen is decent, and shampoos are provided. There's a fridge and a hairdryer, but no kettle.
Part of the property is currently undergoing renovation, but it's nearing completion and didn't cause any disturbance during our stay. Breakfasts are quite decent by Moroccan standards.
I recommend this hotel for your stay.
However, I strongly advise against exchanging currency at the hotel. They display a very attractive rate on their board, but when you approach, you'll be told the rate has changed. Then, they'll show you an even *better* rate on a calculator, which might encourage you to exchange a larger sum. While you're busy calculating the new rate and your total, you'll discover they've 'mistakenly' quoted a rate that's off by a full Dirham on the calculator (this translates to a loss of 100 Dirhams for every 100 US dollars exchanged!). In reality, this 'new' rate is significantly worse than what you'd find outside.
I missed having meat or fish at breakfast. Maybe it was due to Ramadan or the off-peak season. There was a lot of delicious pastry though.
The location is good, the grounds are nice, and the beach is just across the road.
There are turtles on the hotel grounds.
We booked excursions through the hotel.
I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.
Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately
Yes I had a great time at this hotel. I like this facility for a number of reasons friendly staff beautiful lounge. A very good breakfast service in terms of cleanness very good peace and quiet in the rooms. I can barely hear much noise coming from the Neighbours .I would most likely go to this hotel for my next trip.
1. The showerhead was too small, and the water pressure felt too low during showers!
2. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. There seemed to be only one router for the entire hotel, making it very inconvenient for business travelers who had to rely on their own mobile data.
3. The balcony door handle was broken, preventing the door from closing properly. This meant we couldn't effectively block out the loud rock music coming from the hotel next door.
4. The daily menu only had text and no pictures, so ordering food was a guessing game.
5. The furnishings in the room were quite old-fashioned, probably not updated in over 20 years. Even the duvet covers were faded to grey, and I couldn't find any new ones.
The location was perfect, offering beautiful ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is good too. Overall, it’s a nice option for a quiet getaway by the sea.

Very Good
MMironovaTatianaNormal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.
AAHMEDIt was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff, very warm welcome, very nice room, nice pool, just perfect, I rate this hotel as very positive with a score of 10.

JJUNLONGHotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.
TThe DuncansLovely clean apartment and within the building it's self.
Very convenient for grocery shops and restaurants.
A 20min walk took you to the beach.
Highly recommend and would stay again😁👍
GGuest UserMixed experience: very beautiful establishment, impeccable service, excellent bedding.
However, for a 5-star hotel, there are some things to mention:
1) The breakfast buffet was decent but not worthy of a 5-star hotel, especially the savory options (very limited selection of cold cuts and cheeses, even though Morocco has plenty of them). Similarly, Morocco is full of high-quality, seasonal products that were missing from the buffet (avocado, strawberries, etc.).
2) Loud music in the hallway outside my room from 7:00 am, which woke me up, and despite complaining to reception, nothing was done.
3) If you have the misfortune to complain about any issues, the managers quickly lose their smiles and become very nonchalant, which is unprofessional.
GGuest UserThe staff members were so nice and helpful.
Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons.
The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes.
The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold.
The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there.
But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.
