Hotels With breakfast in Oudomxay, Laos

The hotel room is spacious and clean windows are big with a scenic view in front. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I return to Muang Xay I definitely will book here again. One thing to cheer about is they offer free shuttle service to either Oudomxay bus or train station.

Usually hotel rooms look bigger in their photos so I was surprised to see the room was really big! I feel confident to say that it's the best mattress I've ever slept on! The perfect combination of firm and soft. It's a new place with some teething issues. Everything was nice and clean but the shower didn't drain, filling up to my ankles. There wasn't bin liners in the bins (only really important for the toilet bin). The bed faces the door and windows that have small curtains that move when the aircon is on, and people walking past can see in. The host was lovely and the property is beautiful.

It's an atmospheric hotel on the banks of the Mekong River, with each bungalow being separate from the next and having beautiful teak furniture. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay and went out of their way to help with transport and food. Two negatives, however, are limited transportation into town and the cleanliness of the bathroom. When I arrived, there was a big spider in the shower section.

Great place, extremely relaxing in this month of April. Being outside the tourist season and in an extremely hot period we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, great on the banks of the Mekong. It's actually not very far from the main street of Pakbeng. We were even able to see the elephants bathing opposite. If you stay long enough, go and spend some time at Mekong Elephant Park, it's a magnificent project.

Luxury hotel in the Laotian wilderness. We arrived on a slow boat and spent New Year's Eve there. Unfortunately, no festive event was held at the hotel, which was a little disappointing, because there is absolutely nothing to do in the village. A very good hotel, the first hotel to drive to Laos, Southeast Asian architectural style, the hotel area is elegant, the waiters are polite. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and impressed.
