A hidden gem in the city that's a healing haven – I could stay at this hotel countless times! I stumbled upon this treasure during a business trip, and it's immediately made it onto my 'Priority Business Trip Hotels' list. I just have to rave about it! As soon as I got out of the car, a server proactively helped with my luggage. The moment I walked through the lobby doors, I was impressed – the aroma was a subtle citrus, not overwhelming or pungent, and the background music was a gentle jazz. Even the few minutes I waited to check in felt relaxing; none of that crowded, chaotic feeling you get at other hotels. My room was an even bigger surprise! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city's central park. In the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honey color, and at night, the warm, soft lighting was never harsh. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I fell asleep instantly last night, and a good chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a light, woody scent. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after a wash. The breakfast selection also exceeded expectations – freshly cooked wontons with generous fillings, aromatic freshly ground coffee, and even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day. The detail that touched me the most was when the front desk, knowing it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info), sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card that evening. The handwriting was a bit crooked, but it was incredibly heartwarming. This kind of understated thoughtfulness is a hundred times more pleasant than any flashy marketing. too much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful. Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!! Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller. Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!

It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

This hotel is right next to Narita Airport and offers a free shuttle service, taking only 10 minutes to Terminal 2. I had an early flight, so I left the hotel at 6:30 AM, going via T3 before arriving at T2. Getting off was very quick. Security opened at 7 AM, and I cleared customs smoothly by around 7:10 AM, making my 8:20 AM flight feel very relaxed. There's a convenience store downstairs, and a large supermarket just a few hundred meters away with reasonable prices. Overall, it's comfortable and convenient, especially perfect for guests catching early morning flights.

This hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport. After landing, I was picked up by a shuttle bus at platform 33 in Terminal 2 and arrived at the hotel smoothly. It's a large property with excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly. I was lucky enough to be checked in by a ********* girl at the front desk. They kindly stored my two large suitcases for free for 15 days, which was a huge relief and really took the burden off my Japan trip planning. Such thoughtful service! I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again for my last night in Japan. Even without Japanese or English, communication wasn't an issue, and the hygiene was also very good. It's super convenient for getting around; attractions are within walking distance, and the nearby supermarket even offers discounts on sashimi and set meals after 6 PM, which is a great deal.

This was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket, and a bit further is an Aeon shopping mall, which is incredibly huge! However, I don't think it's very suitable for tourists. There's a subway station about 500 meters away. Overall, the transportation is quite good.

As clean as it gets for a dated hotel. Truly needs refurbishment. Location is alright, shuttle bus provided for town access. Service as expected of Japanese hotel standard. Nice hotel garden with onsen. However please note, this is the first 4-star hotel that provided me with only 2 pillow for my room. Additional pillow requires charges. Though I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I had an early morning flight the next day, so I chose to stay at the Toyoko Inn near the airport the night before. I was surprised by how many guests were checking in that evening! There aren't any restaurants nearby, so everyone ended up at the supermarket on the first floor. It was packed, and I waited in line for 30 minutes just to check out.

Excellent place to stay for a while. It's placed in 15 minutes of walk from the nearest station, Nishi-Funabashi. The road from station to the hotel might be a bit tricky, but it's easy to navigate with Google maps. Rooms are very clean, they have ECO option, if you choose one, the cleaning staff will provide room service every 4 days, but not every day, it saves water and energy, so I recommend it. Very convinient self check-in system. There is a breakfast option, but in this hotel the breakfast is either a bento from Lawson or sandwich. Both are good quality.
