"The hotel just opened in June, so it was very clean.
The station is right in front, and there's an outlet mall nearby, so you won't have trouble finding places to eat.
However, I have a few suggestions for improvement:
There were about 30 people waiting to check in at 3 PM, so I had to wait quite a while.
Parking costs 2,500 yen.
There's no staff constantly present for the tower parking, which makes it time-consuming to get your car in and out.
There were no tissues in the changing room of the public bath, which is something I really hope they'll install. I wanted to wipe hair and wet tables.
There were also very few trash cans; just one small one around the table area.
On the positive side, the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower heads were all from Refa.
I went to the public bath at 4 PM.
The sauna is big enough for about 4 people and was 86°C.
I thought I was the first one in the sauna, but I was surprised to see a lot of hair on the floor inside.
I also went to the public bath at night, and the drain at the back was clogged, causing dirty water to overflow.
I called the front desk to report it but couldn't get through for a while. When I finally did, they said they understood, and I waited for some time, but no one came.
When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they said the cleaning company is a separate entity, so they don't have good coordination. I really hope they can improve on the cleanliness.
The cost performance is excellent, so I hope these improvements can be made.
The lighting in the 14th-floor lounge was too bright, so I wish they would make it a more relaxing brightness."

JJinhaowaService: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita!
The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage.
It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options.
There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it.
Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning.
There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay here, after a 7-year gap. This time, to avoid the hassle of switching hotels, I decided to stay for a full 9 days.
First, the positives:
1. **Great Location & Easy Access**: It's right outside Shin-Urayasu Station on the JE line, directly accessible via a connecting skybridge.
2. **Convenient Amenities Nearby**: There's a large shopping mall close by with plenty of dining options, and a Lawson convenience store downstairs.
3. **Free Disney Shuttle**: They offer a complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland.
4. **Excellent Airport Bus Service**: The airport bus stop is conveniently located at the hotel entrance. We took the earliest bus at 5:10 AM to Haneda Airport and arrived in about 40 minutes.
5. **Kid-Friendly Feature**: There's a projector on the second-floor reception area that keeps younger children entertained, which my child really enjoyed.
Now, for the downsides:
1. **Shift Towards Budget**: Compared to my stay in 2019, it feels like the hotel has adopted a more economical approach. Is this a post-pandemic consequence? Disposable amenities are self-service on the second floor, and their quality is quite mediocre.
2. **Surprising Housekeeping Policy**: Upon check-in, I was explicitly told that housekeeping would only be provided on two of my nine days (once every three days), with only towel changes on the other days. I thought I misheard and had to confirm it. Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered such a policy in all my domestic and international hotel stays. I can understand changing bed linens every few days, as I don't change them daily at home, but being told that actual cleaning services wouldn't be provided at all on certain days was a first. This wasn't the case in 2019, and there was no mention of this policy in the hotel information on Ctrip, which surprised me. After complaining to Ctrip, the issue was resolved, and daily cleaning was provided thereafter. If they're not going to clean, then they should reduce the room rate for those days. But the daily rate remained the same, so why wasn't my room being cleaned?
3. **Lack of Guest Hospitality**: My 9-day stay was to celebrate my child's 4th birthday. I emailed the hotel beforehand, hoping for a small cake, which most hotels in my home country readily provide. However, the hotel's reply only provided a link to an all-Japanese website for me to purchase and reserve one myself. A 9-day stay for a birthday, and that's all they offer? It really felt like the hotel has no guest courtesy policy.
4. **Subpar Room Cleanliness**: The room cleaning was generally poor. There was dust on the kettle and table. On the day I checked in, I even found a pink hair tie left by the previous guest in the light trough behind the headboard.
Perhaps because I stayed here in '19, I had certain expectations. But times have changed, and it seems the hotel's operational policies have too. Guests should decide for themselves if it meets their needs.

MMimmzzWe stayed here specifically for a few nights in Tokyo as Disney was part of our agenda.
Overall I enjoyed this hotel - the location was great, very close (and covered) to the subway - less than 5 minutes. There are a couple of malls just next to the subway with lots of food options, supermarkets, Uniqlo etc. Great!
Shuttle bus to Disneyland/sea was also one of the reasons we chose to stay here for the convenience to the parks and the service was great personally for us as we planned ahead - got to the bus stop (at DisneySEA) with some buffer to ensure we got a seat. However, there were no checks if you were a hotel guest for the service and guests from the adjacent hotel used the service which became very crowded, by the time it got to the DisneyLAND. For context this shuttle was only meant for Urayasu Brighton Hotel guests. The adjacent hotel had their own shuttle.
Service here was great too - staff were very friendly unlike another hotel I stayed at in Ginza on the same trip.
Rooms were refreshing for Tokyo as the room we were in was very spacious. It was clean also but did not offer complimentary water. Room also had a foot massager which I enjoyed. There was a Refa shower head and hair dryer.
However just some “interesting” elements to this hotel.
There are irons you can use - just call the front desk to use, but the catch is you only have 1 hour to use it. Must call the front desk to tell them to pick up. Didn’t want to chance going over an hour as I didn’t want to pay for this.
Also, there was no door signs for this hotel - I.e do not disturb, please make room etc. House keeping entered and cleaned up the room which is opposed to their information they provided as it stated if you want house keeping to clean your room you needed to call the front desk by a certain time which we did not do. The house keeping was not detailed they put the extra pillows I used for MY bed on my sister’s bed. Also the bed runners which we took off and set to the side they put back on the bed and they put the extra pillows on it - which is simply gross as those runners are not clean.
Bathrooms were spacious and clean also. But the marks on the sofa were very noticeable and kinda gross.
Basic amenities were provided but could have been better.
Overall would recommend.

KKing Young JoeMain 2 things need to mention.
1. Welcome from reception is very poor. They like very tired. They need to smile and Welcome the guests.
2. Food. California International Buffet breakfast is very poor. Specially for Vegetarian and Vegans doesn't have choices at all. Very food mix with Pork, Eggs, Beef, Chicken but only 2 main food available for Vegetarian. Which is Rice and Vegetable curry. That's not International buffet should serve. At least Friedrice or Noodles should have for Vegetarians. All are mix with meat.
Another main thing is I was accommodate for few weeks and all the weeks are same exact menu doesn't change anything.
Buffet staff are with good manner.

Rrobin LazarusIf you're into stepping back to the 80s, you absolutely gotta stay here! This hotel totally makes you feel like you're in an Al Capone movie. What a bummer I didn't bring my pinstripe suit!
There's a Family Mart right in the hotel, so you're all set for basic food and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it's a bit on the pricey side.
The best part? They've got a free shuttle from the airport and back! Plus, there's another free shuttle that takes you to the mall, which has tons of food and shopping options.
That free shuttle also swings by the JR Station. And get this, there's a temple just a hop, skip, and a jump from the station, and an old village nearby. It's totally worth the trip to walk around those streets and try the eels!

YYuwengongThe facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.

FFengyiqingtianMy stay was fantastic! I spent 2 nights there, and the room facilities were great, as were the views both inside and outside the hotel. For breakfast, there were two options – Japanese or buffet – and both were delicious. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful too. I accidentally locked myself out of my room, forgetting my key card, and someone came to help within a minute. Plus, it's super close to Disneyland. It's only a 3-5 minute walk to the train station, and then just one stop to DisneySea and two stops to Disneyland Park. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

KKucinta SetiaI am overjoyed to stay in the room where I can planes moving along the runway and taking off for the sky. Besides, toothpaste and toothbrush are now available in all rooms. Razor and face wash can be obtained before the reception. The Lawson convenience store next to the reception now provides photocopying and faxing services. Previously, the computer and printer were available in the hotel hall for Internet access and printing. I will stay here if necessary again if I stop over in Narita.

WWrinnieThis was our first trip to Japan and we had an amazing time. This hotel was amazing. The room service was great and we got our room cleaned everyday at a set time. Every evening we went back to our room the amenities were always restocked. The bath robs, pajamas and slippers were the best.
But what topped it off was the room we booked had a balcony where we were actually able to open the door and sit out there and see the amazing view.
