We chose Narita Tobu Hotel as our stopover before returning due to their free shuttle service. We boarded the bus at bus stop No. 25 at Terminal 2, and the bus departed punctually. On the ground floor, there’s a Matsumoto Kiyoshi for last-minute tax-free shopping and a 24-hour Family Mart for snacks, which was really convenient. We booked a casual twin room in the East Wing with breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of Japanese local delicacies to choose from. Afterward, we took the shuttle bus back to the airport. Narita Tobu is the perfect choice if you have a morning flight the next day. Highly recommended!

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick. The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient. The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well. There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family. The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR. There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230. View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i

This hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport. They offer a shuttle service for early morning flights, which is super convenient. The driver was very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and giving directions. There were a lot of guests from various countries staying there. Plus, there's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the ground floor, which is a huge plus.

The hotel is very close to Keisei Narita Station. If you're coming from JR Narita Station, it's best to cut through the Keisei station, otherwise you'll have to take a longer, inconvenient downhill route. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but you need to book it in advance. Convenience stores, ramen shops, and McDonald's are all nearby, which is super convenient. The room was small but generally clean and tidy, and surprisingly, you could cast Bilibili to the TV! Laundry was also quite affordable. It's perfect for catching an early flight.

The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station. The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table. Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection. Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka. Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.

📍 Transportation: The top choice for Disneyland trips The hotel's transportation to Disneyland is incredibly convenient. Whether by public transport or taxi, it's very easy to get there. You won't waste time traveling, which is perfect for guests who need to wake up early for the park. Returning to the hotel quickly to rest and recover from a tiring day is also a huge plus. 🛒 Amenities: Full marks for convenience There are two Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, which is definitely a bonus for travelers! You can grab breakfast like rice balls, sandwiches, and hot drinks, perfect if you're in a hurry. Before heading to the park, you can stock up on Disneyland essentials like water, snacks, and raincoats. Coming back from the park at night, you can also pick up late-night snacks and daily necessities. Shopping and restocking are super convenient, no need to go out of your way at all. Overall, the stay was fantastic! The double convenience of transportation and amenities made the Disneyland trip much more relaxed. Highly recommended!

You can catch the airport shuttle at platform 31B outside T2, which runs roughly every half hour. The hotel is very close to T3, about a five-minute drive, and the morning shuttle also drops off at T3 first. The hotel is largely self-service; check-in and check-out can be done via machines. There's a convenient store downstairs. Although the hotel is small, it pretty much meets all basic needs, making it ideal for those catching flights. They also offer a simple breakfast in the morning. I'd definitely recommend it.

This hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle schedule is very clear, and the pick-up/drop-off point is consistently the same, which is super convenient. The driver holds a sign at the airport and Narita Station for pickups and leaves right on time. The shuttles to the airport and to Narita AEON Mall are different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The hotel's waiting room has Wi-Fi and fewer people, making it more comfortable than waiting in the main lobby. The hotel exterior looks new, and the lobby is spacious – seriously, it doesn't look like a lobby for this price, haha. The restaurant on the first floor is quite lively; lunch and dinner seem to be buffet style, costing around 200+ RMB per person. For luggage storage, you scan a QR code, which eliminates the risk of losing a tag. There's a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor that's open 24 hours, though tax-free service only starts at 1 PM and also ends quite early. Check-in for rooms is available from 3 PM. Narita Omotesando is really bustling, with ice cream and grilled eel shops everywhere. It's a nice place to wander around for a couple of hours if you have nothing else planned. However, the room's cleanliness was a bit haphazard. I found a blonde hair, a black hair, and a yellow hair on the pillowcase. Since I was only staying one night, I let it slide. The duvet had a sheet placed underneath it instead of a proper duvet cover. A corner of the tissue box in the room was peeling up, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. It felt like the interior furnishings were a bit old. Overall, this hotel is ideal for early morning or late-night flights and offers great value for money.

HHeiluotuoThis hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. Just be sure to check the schedule carefully. GGuest UserI booked this hotel because I didn't want to wait an hour for the Mystays shuttle at the airport. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, and check-in is strictly at 3 PM. However, the front desk can store your luggage, and you can take a free shuttle to Narita City or Aeon Mall. The room facilities are quite old. Compared to the Mystays across the street, it's tens of dollars cheaper, but it feels like a significant downgrade. Most importantly, the supermarket downstairs is very mediocre. There's not much selection, and the prices are a bit on the high side.

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

YyouyuguitarThe hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but they offer a free shuttle service to both the subway and Disney, running until 10 PM. The drop-off point at Disney isn't too far from the park entrance. There's also a large park right next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. A small convenience store is located downstairs in the neighboring hotel. You can walk to a shopping mall and a large supermarket in about 15 minutes from the hotel. If you're driving, parking is 1800 yen per night in an outdoor lot. The room size is decent, and the bed is very comfortable, though the pillow wasn't quite to my liking. It was clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable.

RRenxiangThe room in Habita was very beautiful and the surrounding facilities were substantial and relaxing. After checking in, I took a leisurely bath at the hot spring facility in front of me, ate rice, and enjoyed the movie with the projector in my room at night. It was a room that did not face each other, so I didn't care about the surroundings, and it was swaying in the hammock outside. I think it was my first trip to enjoy the hotel. There are no tourist spots around, so if you enjoy accommodation, I would be happy to be able to check in a little earlier.
