I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, offering great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic - a 5-minute walk from Sri Harmandir Sahib, with many surrounding eateries and shops in the vicinity Cleanliness of the hotel is very well-maintained All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially when providing advise and guidance on planning the itinerary of the day Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back here when we do visit Amritsar again in the future

The area around the hotel is almost deserted, and shopping is not very convenient. But the service is still good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is open until eleven o'clock in the evening. The room is clean, but it is very inconvenient without a car.

I think Cospa is a good hotel in Amritsal. I think it is a convenient location as it arrives from the airport in about 20 minutes by Uber. The room was comfortable without any problems. Near the hotel is a liquor shop selling ”sake” and a pub called The Beer Story, which may be good for sake-loving travelers. The area where the hotel is located is not so chaotic compared to the area around Amritsar Station, so I think it is a safe and secure location overall. I wanted to see an event of changing guards on the Wagaborder on the Pakistan border, so I asked for a private tour (transfer by round-trip private car) for 3500 rupees. A driver with a Best Western badge came to the lobby on time. On the border, he was waiting in the parking lot for about an hour during the ２ ceremony and came back safely.

“Mostly great stay at [Hotel Name]. The location was ideal—walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and modern, bed very comfortable, and the shower had excellent pressure. Staff was polite and responsive. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Only downside: Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evenings, and the hallway noise was noticeable. Still, highly recommend for the price and convenience. Would stay again with earplugs!”
