A boutique hotel in a listed building located in a prime area in the lower part of the city. Very clean, good service and an excellent breakfast.

The hotel is overall great and should be the best hotel in Haifa. Breakfast is very rich, there is a charge for the parking lot downstairs, the room has a balcony, facing the harbour, below is the sky garden. It was a lot of hours for us to wait for more than an hour in the afternoon. This is very uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is within walking distance from the top entrance of the Baha'i Hanging Gardens, which is very convenient. The room is not big, but clean and comfortable. The staff's attitude is also very good. Breakfast costs 75 shekels per person. Although it doesn't have a lot of content, it tastes good. You can ask the service staff to make coffee alone. The overall feeling is good. The night view is also beautiful at night.

The owner is very nice, call in advance to ask when we will arrive! Prepare the room in advance! The air conditioner is turned on in advance! Our traffic card was lost, and it was also a smooth place to find a place with the help of the owner! I am very grateful to have met a lot of people who helped along the way! more blessing!

The Golden Crown Hotel is located in the German Quarter, very close to the port and the Bahá'í Gardens. The location is very good. Hotel facilities are also ok. It didn't feel good about the hotel's service: when we arrived, we had a special request for a slightly larger room with two children; the hotel waiter took me to visit two rooms that were not bad; but the key to stay. It was a completely different room, the size was small, the window was still facing a wall, and there was a big cockroach afterwards; we had to ask for a room change, and the waiter cleaned up a room of the same price. (This room has a larger window area), but the front desk doesn't know why, we have to wait until late to give us the keys. On this day's toss, Xiaobao started a high fever at night. Of course, the hotel also has several very kind service staff, but overall the attitude of the hotel staff is relatively indifferent. The hotel offers breakfast, which is quite rich; but lunch and dinner need to be eaten at the surrounding restaurants. Xiaobao has had nothing to eat during his illness.

The wealthy area on the top of the mountain is uniquely located, and there is nothing to be around. The Bay View Room is very satisfactory. The price is very good, the attitude of the hotel staff is also good! The breakfast was very good, I liked their aunty, and the salad was delicious. I will stay in Haifa later. The only trouble is that Ctrip has already paid online, but said that it has not received the payment. After that, Ctrip contacted Booking and said that it was the reason for the recipient. I hope that I will not be deducted twice, and I am annoyed. Since this is not the case, I am not as good as BOOKING.

The overall service has not kept up with its hardware facilities. We speak English and barely communicate with the front desk. We checked in earlier and the room was not ready, so we put the luggage at the front desk and went out. When I came back later to take the key and take the luggage, I actually gave us other people's luggage. We said that these were not ours. After we lived in the room, there was actually a waiter who took the two luggages that were not ours and sent them over 🤨 There are no paper towels in the room. We ordered takeaway and didn't have tableware. We wanted to borrow tableware from the hotel. We didn't send it for a long time. The service really needs to be improved. 🤨

Нам очень понравилось проживание в Eden Inn! Отель удобно расположен, совсем недалеко – автобусные остановки как до Хайфы, так и железнодорожной станции Беньямина. В пешей доступности – супермаркет, центр города с пешеходной улицей, совсем рядом – фитнес-центр. Завтраки в отеле вкусные, разнообразные, рекомендую омлет с грибами и сыром, шакшуку. Территория достаточно большая, зелёная, много цветов, есть, где прогуляться, полежать в гамаке или посидеть у костра. Есть убежище. В комнате очень чисто, уборка ежедневная, есть косметические принадлежности, чайник и чай/кофе, маленький холодильник, телевизор с Netflix и YouTube, кондиционер. Дружелюбный и всегда готовый помочь персонал, который мне бы хотелось поблагодарить отдельно за приятно проведённое время в Eden Inn!
