Respondi que extrato é um documento privado e que o voucher mostra o status de “PAGO”, mesmo assim mostrei. Não foi agradável, isso ocorreu no balcão da recepção, na frente de minha esposa e outros hóspedes, poderiam ter me chamado na sala da administração que fica atrás da recepção e me explicado a falha ocorrida entre o IBis e a Trip. Lamentável!!!
