Hotel was very well kept beautiful appearance very clean friendly staff I would definitely book with them again.

I would never recommend this place. The staff were very sweet, friendly, and helpful — but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. The room is extremely small. I expected it to be compact, but this was on another level. I have a large suitcase and literally couldn’t even unpack because there was no space at all. I had to keep everything inside my bag, which made it stressful and time-consuming to find anything. The curtains are basically just decorative — they don’t block the sunlight at all. My flight was late, so I checked in, ordered some food, and went to sleep around 2 a.m., but I woke up at 7 a.m. because the room was so bright. It was impossible to get proper rest. The hotel service is also quite poor. They only provide two small bottles of water for free, and that’s it. They bring tea and coffee as “complimentary,” but you have to buy your own water to actually make it, which makes no sense. The location is good, and there is a pool, but it’s very small and always crowded, so I couldn’t really use it. The gym was okay. Overall, this hotel is definitely overpriced. I’m glad I only stayed here for three nights. After that, I booked another hotel nearby, and it’s three times cheaper, but the room is twice as big and includes amenities like a microwave, a stove, and complimentary water. So no, guys!!! You can find a much better place for better prices, it might be 2-4 km away, but it is definitely worth it!!!

This hotel has several construction irregularities. I can't understand how they obtained the permits and the stars they claim to have. The rooms are extremely small, and you can't open your suitcases inside. It's more like a motel. If you don't have luggage, it might work for you. It has 176 rooms, but the breakfast area is also very small, which could cause an accident in the future since it wouldn't support the weight of so many people having breakfast at the same time. Even with controlled access, it only fits 70 people. This hotel was built to make money without regard for the city's building regulations and permits. //este hotel tiene varias irregularidades en su construccion no me explico como lograron los permisos y las estrellas que dice tener, sus habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas y no puedes abrir tus maletas dentro de la habitacion pareciera mas bien un motel si no llevas maletas quizas pueda funcionarte, tiene 176 habitaciones pero el metraje del aerea del desayuno tambien es muy poco metraje el cual podria a futuro generar algun accidente ya que no soportaria el peso de tantas personas desayunando al tiempo y si controlas el acceso solo caben 70 personas este hotel fue hecho para producir dinero sin tomar en cuenta las reglas y licencias de construccion de la ciudad / NO SE HOSPEDEN ALLI POR SU SEGURIDAD Y POR SU COMODIDAD

The hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price
