Service: The staff were incredibly friendly. Hygiene: Very clean. For reference, two tickets to the Xizha Scenic Area cost 750 (valid for multiple entries during your stay until 12:00 PM on the day of departure).

I booked this hotel specifically for the West Lake view. I had communicated my request to the front desk beforehand, and they accommodated it, so I could indeed see West Lake from the bathroom's floor-to-ceiling window. **Value for Money**: At this price, it's absolutely worth it for a weekend stay. **Breakfast**: The 48 RMB/person buffet breakfast, although featuring ordinary dishes, offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. **Wi-Fi**: You can connect using your room number; no password needed, and the speed is good. **Bed**: The king-size bed was just right in terms of firmness, if you know what I mean. **Cleanliness**: The truth is in the details; every nook and cranny was very clean. (I checked thoroughly). **Room View**: Because the hotel's upper floors have a circular cross-section, only some rooms offer a West Lake view. **Location & Transport**: From Hangzhou Station, take Metro Line 1 for one stop to Ding'an Road Station, then walk a bit, and you'll arrive in about 16 minutes. Walking to West Lake takes less than ten minutes. **Overall**: The decor, dating back about ten years, feels a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained rather than worn out. The cleanliness details reflect the hotel's excellent management. **Highlights**: Details like the direct drinking water, smart toilet, plastic slippers, and two umbrellas in the room show the hotel's continuous efforts to keep up with the times and improve service. **Suggestion**: Adding a shoehorn would be a good idea.

The staff at Borrman hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm welcome and attentive service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean. The plush bedding and amenities provided a haven of relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.Located in a prime area with easy access to attractions and public transportation, [Hotel Name] provides the perfect base for exploring the city. Its central location made it convenient to visit key landmarks and return to the hotel with ease.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The air conditioning in the room was good too. However, the screen-mirroring TV felt less clear and harder to operate than a regular TV. The smart Xiao Du voice control in the room was quite good, and I'd consider staying here again next time. The breakfast was quite rich, especially with my favorite vegetable salad. Overall, the hotel service was pretty good. For this price, having so many services really makes it great value for money.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

I really liked this hotel; the overall decor was excellent, and the room facilities were brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. However, I'd recommend renting a car as it makes getting around much easier. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was also fantastic, with Wenzhou-specific local specialties. There are also many highly-rated Wenzhou restaurants available for delivery. Wenzhou Zoo is definitely worth a visit too.

Fantastic location indeed.....walk 15mins to the right and you'll arrive at Hubin & Westlake. Come out from entrance to the right then right again and you'll reach Wulin market in less than 3 mins. Hotel's breakfast is excellent with a very good mixture of eastern and western food in abundance.....fresh fruit juices with an assortment of desserts are readily available too. Special shoutout to 'Sister Hua' for her very attentive detail inl housekeeping, keep up the good work. Would love to stay here for my next trip, highly recommended!

This hotel shares a building with several others. The facilities are decent enough. The pillows aren't very comfortable; they're too flat. For breakfast, the stir-fried dishes were too salty, and the food warmer wasn't doing a great job. The airport shuttle runs on the hour, just book in advance. Around 6 or 7 AM, two staff members were talking loudly in the hallway, waking me up. When I opened my door, they were right there with a cleaning cart, discussing rooms. I booked an airport hotel specifically to get more rest in the morning, and I've never encountered such noisy staff. They woke me up, and I was furious! The hotel really needs to train its employees better. A mediocre review is entirely justified.

The breakfast area was lovely, and the food tasted great. The location was super easy to find, and the hotel was very clean. It's really close to Wuma Street, but still quiet because it has solid walls, not just partitions. Everyone working there was so friendly and always smiling. Plus, there's complimentary tea and drinks on the first floor!
