We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, clean, and dry, and came fully equipped with all the daily essentials. They even thoughtfully provided noise-canceling earplugs in a beautiful little pouch, and a delicate wooden comb. There were two types of slippers: a pair of flip-flops and disposable blue patterned cloth slippers. What's great is that items like the blue patterned cloth slippers, the earplugs in their pouch, the small wooden comb, and the body lotion can be taken home as souvenirs – not just the flip-flops! The large bed was incredibly comfortable, the kind that looks inviting just by glancing at it. The front desk was manned by an older gentleman with glasses who spoke slowly but was very thorough and considerate. This time, our guesthouse booking included morning tea. Since I hadn't booked the 'water morning tea' in advance, the kind gentleman told me we could just have it at the guesthouse, and he'd register it for us, so no need for an online reservation. I took photos of the morning tea the next day – it was very generous, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband said that out of all our travels, this was one of the most comfortable and satisfying stays we've ever had. To summarize, we were both very pleased and had a wonderful time on this trip to Wuzhen.

The hotel is conveniently located near West Lake. I always stay here when I visit, and it's consistently clean with great access to transportation. It's just a short walk from the subway station. My family loves it here, and we'll definitely be back.

The biggest problem with the hotel is the cleanliness. The room is not very clean, and the bathroom isn’t either—I really didn’t like the level of cleanliness. The location is good and the price is okay, but because of the cleanliness, it’s not worth it. The service is very good, and the staff are very nice and helpful, but overall I do not approve of the cleanliness of the room and facilities.
It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk service was excellent. They proactively asked about my arrival time and if I had any room preferences for my room type. The breakfast the next day was also great, with a wide variety and good taste. When I checked out, they even gave me ice cream and a souvenir. I'll definitely come back to stay again!

Quzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

Facilities: The room features smart controls for lighting, TV, curtains, and even the toilet, which is excellent and modern. The decor style is also exactly to my taste. Unfortunately, all the family rooms are on the second floor, and the soundproofing in the surrounding rooms isn't great.
Cleanliness: The room was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
Service: I especially want to commend the cleaning staff; they were very friendly and always willing to help. The front desk offers complimentary ice cream, freshly ground coffee, tea, and roasted sweet potatoes. On the 9th floor, there are free washing machines and dryers.
Breakfast: It's a typical Chinese breakfast, with all the usual offerings – solid and satisfactory.

First, the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it super convenient to get to West Lake and Wulin Night Market! Although the facilities aren't brand new and the room isn't huge, the bed is very wide, which was comfortable even with a child. The breakfast was also good, especially the restaurant staff who were all very enthusiastic.
Now, for an unpleasant experience during my first visit to Hangzhou: The night before, I booked a car from Hangzhou to Wuzhen via Trip.com. The estimated fare was 200 yuan (about 50 yuan more expensive than other platforms). The next morning at 10 AM, the driver arrived punctually at the Zhejiang Hotel lobby to pick us up. After we got in the car, the driver said that in addition to the booked fare, we needed to pay an extra 50 yuan for the return trip! The driver had contacted me the previous evening after I booked the car at 6 PM, but he hadn't mentioned any return trip fee then. This led to an argument with the driver. He claimed it was standard practice, while I argued he should have clarified it when he called me the day before (I purposefully booked via Trip.com knowing it was more expensive than private cars, precisely to avoid such haggling!).
At this point, a man in a white shirt from Zhejiang Hotel (I'm not sure if he was security or a bellhop) came over and shooed us away, telling us not to cause a disturbance! I want to ask this employee: when a hotel guest encounters a problem, shouldn't you be helping to resolve it? What right do you have to drive away customers? What was your motive and intention? Are you and the driver from the same hometown? Trying to scare out-of-town tourists? Is this how your Zhejiang culture and tourism department teaches you to trick visitors?
Then, a man in a suit came out, who I later learned was the manager of Zhejiang Hotel. And indeed, the manager's professionalism was evident! He first calmed us down and explained that such situations happen often and that the driver should have informed us in advance. This was precisely my point; I booked the car a day in advance to avoid any last-minute complications! I don't want to take advantage of anyone, and if the driver had told me the day before, I would have had many other options. Therefore, I urge the hotel to retrain that man in the white shirt! He was severely derelict in his duty and cast a bad light on the hotel!

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and overall we have no complaints about the hotel itself. The property is very well located — only about six minutes by car from the airport. This was exactly why we chose it: we were arriving very late, close to 1 a.m., and we were traveling with our 4-year-old child. We needed a hotel as close as possible so we could get some sleep immediately after landing. Another important criterion for us was a good breakfast, to wake up, eat, and continue our trip.
The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. Everything necessary was provided, and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean.
However, there is one major issue that future guests should be aware of. If you arrive late at night and choose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, please take a taxi and do not rely on the hotel’s pickup service. This was our biggest disappointment. We spent almost an hour trying to follow the directions sent to us via WeChat, but the staff were not able to provide clear instructions. They also never mentioned that the shuttle runs only once per hour at fixed times.
For example, the shuttle time was 1:08 a.m., and we landed at 12:30 a.m. If the staff had simply told us that we could not make it, we would have taken a taxi immediately. Instead, we received a message at 1:07 saying “please hurry,” even though we had been walking in the completely wrong direction due to unclear guidance. Traveling with a child, we lost more than an hour and then had to wait outside even longer.
Breakfast was another point of confusion. At check-in, we were told breakfast was served until 10:30. We arrived at 10:35, only to learn it actually ends at 10:00. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were extremely kind and prepared breakfast especially for us — eggs, salad, bread, yogurt for the child, and fruit. This human touch truly made a difference, and we appreciate their warm service.
Overall, this is a good hotel with an excellent location, but the information about the shuttle service and breakfast times should be communicated more clearly. I hope this helps other travelers plan better.
我们入住的是 Holiday Inn Express(智选假日酒店)。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, mainly thanks to the incredible staff. They were truly amazing and extremely helpful. I had several issues with some orders I made, and they patiently helped me resolve every single one of them. I also had problems with my luggage, and they even assisted me in ordering a new one, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’m genuinely grateful for all the support I received and would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, bright, and tidy. The location was very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and always willing to help. They even offered tea eggs and white fungus soup for a late-night snack.
SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

Jjacqueline0801The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. Each room has a balcony, and the rooftop garden offers views of West Lake, Baoshi Mountain, and the Baochu Pagoda. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.
AAnonymous UserThis InterContinental in Qiandao Lake, nestled on the Xianshan Peninsula, boasts a high level of privacy with its mountain-and-water-side location, right next to Xianshan Botanical Garden! This truly is the pinnacle of family-friendly hotels in Qiandao Lake. The hotel offers bonfire parties, and the swan base is home to an abundance of koi, swans, mandarin ducks, and even two bunnies, all available for free feeding. You can also take a mini train ride. The kids' play area is incredibly spacious, catering to all age groups from toddlers to older children, and the staff constantly cleans it, making it very hygienic! The hotel's butler service is excellent, especially Lady, who promptly attends to any requests. The lobby staff are attentive and you can feel their dedication to service! The scenery of Qiandao Lake is absolutely stunning, and the hotel even provides a complimentary travel photoshoot. With its lighthouse, glass walkway, and the circular glass screen for sunset views, it's incredibly photogenic. We'll definitely be back again next time!
GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! The room had high ceilings and lovely views. Plus, they included three meals, which was incredibly convenient. What surprised me most was how fresh everything in the restaurant was – almost no pre-made food. The bacon was freshly fried, the wontons were handmade on the spot, and the noodles were hand-pulled by an auntie. There was also a huge selection of sauces. The most amazing thing was that they even had a chef carving Spanish ham right there – I was genuinely impressed! We also got a complimentary fruit platter on our first afternoon. It was truly a great experience; I'll definitely bring my family back next time, haha!
SShicengyuniduoguoyudewuyanJust got back from my trip to Hangzhou, and this Mercure hotel truly exceeded my expectations!
I have to give a special shout-out to Jingjing at the front desk – she was absolutely wonderful! Check-in and check-out were super fast. They even have a robot that delivers your laundry once it's washed and dried, which is incredibly thoughtful!
The hotel itself was very comfortable. The lobby and hallways were spotless, and the bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfy. You can even choose a memory foam pillow, so I fell asleep in an instant! The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the air conditioning and mini-fridge were both quiet, not making a sound. Breakfast was also good, with freshly made noodles and local snacks – very satisfying.
But the best part was the location! It's right in the city center, just a few steps from Fengqi Road Metro Station. It's super close to West Lake and Hefang Street, and downstairs there are convenience stores, restaurants, bubble tea shops, and everything else you could want. It was so convenient for going out and grabbing a bite to eat or shopping in the evening!
Overall, my experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!
✘✘✔#Facilities: The room facilities are complete, and there's even a robot delivering meals. The elevator requires a key card for access, which makes a solo female traveler feel very safe.
Environment: The environment is beautiful, and it's very convenient with the train station nearby, making transportation excellent. Their service is also great, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The hotel also provides special children's slippers, toothbrushes, and even a children's play area, which is very friendly for moms.
GGuest UserEvery time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home.
The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.
ZZaeraFinally found my dream mountain hot spring B&B, hidden deep within Anji's vast bamboo forests. The minimalist black architecture stands out strikingly amidst the lush greenery. Check-in was super smooth; the butler proactively helped with luggage. The private hot spring in the room was perfect – soaking in the warm water while watching the mountain mist and swaying bamboo shadows, and even stargazing at night. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from Yunshang Grassland, so after skiing, you can relax in the private hot spring – a double dose of healing! The service details were impeccable, they even delivered warm sweet soup to my door as a goodnight treat. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
GGuest UserI have to commend the hotel's butler service; it's truly seamless and incredibly thoughtful. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, catering to both relaxation and excitement, and they are all meticulously arranged with dedicated staff accompanying guests, making our stay at the hotel truly fulfilling. Wendy contacted me a day before check-in and even saw us off at the hotel entrance when we left, presenting us with a small hotel gift. This made us feel incredibly warm and cared for, adding greatly to our overall experience during our stay. My best friend and I both agree that the hotel's service and experience deserve full marks. The hotel's dining is also excellent, with carefully selected ingredients and exceptional quality control. I'm planning to bring my parents here for a visit next time; it's definitely worth repeat visits.
