HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

SShanjiaoxiameifadediwangxieEvery summer, I take my kids on vacation, and I've stayed in many hotels. This one definitely deserves a thorough positive review! For those who expect upper-mid range quality and for families with children, you can book this hotel without hesitation.
1. The family room is just perfect for a family of three, and the front desk even provides complimentary breakfast for children upon check-in.
2. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Stele Forest Museum and the City Wall. Other attractions require a taxi, and during the summer, there are plenty of taxis and ride-sharing cars right outside the hotel, so you can get a ride within 5 minutes. We stayed for 5 days and mostly took taxis, as Xi'an has fewer subway lines.
3. The breakfast menu changes during the weekdays and includes DIY Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and some local specialties. Most importantly, they have my favorite coffee! I had to have two cups every morning! I've been there at 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM, and there was always a seat available!
4. Every evening at 6:30 PM, the lobby offers complimentary desserts and milk (if you drink milk regularly, you don't need to bring your own, as the hotel provides it morning and evening). The weekday offerings are all different, like opening a blind box. Out of my 5-day stay, my favorite was the Mango Sago.
5. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your room door. There are two robots, and they're very fast. I ordered several times, and once the delivery person put the order in, it arrived within 10 minutes.
6. You never have to wait for the hotel elevators, morning or evening, they're very quick. Each room can have up to 10 items of clothing laundered daily. For a family of three, you can inform the hotel in advance to add an extra blanket. The added blanket is thin, which is perfect for kids who tend to get warm easily.
7. The service absolutely deserves a good review. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was polite and courteous, which made us feel very happy. Any reasonable request we had was met.
8. I have no suggestions, it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain its good reputation!

The location is superb, right between Nan Shao Men Station and Yong Ning Men Station on Line 2, and close to the South Gate entrance of Xi'an City Wall. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers and reaching any attraction. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's close to major shopping malls. The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up, change trash bags, and restock water. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that came up during our stay.

GGuest UserI've visited Xi'an many times, and this hotel stay was by far the best experience! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with convenient transportation. Everything is close by, saving a lot of commuting hassle, making it perfect for tourists. The area is packed with attractions, shopping malls, and great restaurants, making it super convenient for sightseeing, leisure, and dining. The room facilities are very comprehensive, with complete hardware. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, clean, and tidy. The bed quality is excellent, clean and fluffy, making it incredibly comfortable to lie on. The lighting in the room is soft and creates a great ambiance, not harsh on the eyes. All kinds of daily amenities are available, and the attention to detail is impressive, fully meeting all needs for a travel stay. Good facilities, excellent location, and comfortable living – the overall experience was outstanding! I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit Xi'an!

The overall decor features an elegant Wabi-sabi style, with clean and refined rooms, and rich soft furnishing details. The thoughtful butler service was responsive throughout our stay. Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

AAnonymous UserHUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

During the summer holidays, hotel rooms are hard to come by. I had an impromptu trip and the hotel showed as fully booked. I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me.
Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service.
Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective.
Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. I will continue to recommend this hotel to colleagues traveling here for business 👍

RRouguibeiguoHaving stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us!
This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful!
The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!
