Extremely satisfied with this hotel, absolutely no complaints! The location is superb, directly accessible from an underground walkway, and the Bell Tower is right opposite. The surrounding area is very lively. The entrance is small as it's a protected heritage building, and everything from the staircase (there's an elevator), corridors, to the rooms is very elegant and beautiful. The off-peak season rate was fantastic value for money. The reception has a partnered travel company that offers convenient rides to the airport in a mid-sized car for just 30 RMB. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with a consistent hot water supply and comfortable bedding, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. Its proximity to the airport is a plus, and they offer free airport shuttle service. Plus, I got a complimentary late checkout, and the freshly ground coffee was delicious!

This hotel offers excellent value for money and a superb location. It's right outside the Bell Tower subway exit, and just a five-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers. There's a snack street conveniently located downstairs. The hotel facilities are all new and very clean. One of the front desk staff members was incredibly kind; she helped us upgrade to a room with fantastic sunlight and even sent up some Babaozhou (eight-treasure porridge) in the evening. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring many Shaanxi specialties. Liangpi, Saozi Noodles, Youpo Noodles, Beef Noodles, Roujiamo, and Zenggao were all available and tasted excellent. Most dishes seemed to be freshly made in-house, with very few pre-made items, showing great care and effort. All the staff throughout the hotel were wonderfully friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel lobby was spacious and bright, and the room was spotlessly clean with well-maintained facilities that were all easy to use. The breakfast definitely deserves praise; there was a great variety, and everything was replenished promptly. The freshly cooked noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and the toiletries provided were good quality. The staff were very friendly and always greeted guests proactively. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and running errands. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I am shocked this hotel is not busier. The hosts are extremely accomodating and welcomed me with open arms even though I showed up at one in the morning! Also, the mother of the host cooked dinner and lunch for me at a price cheaper than any restaurant, and the quality of the food surpassed anything else in the area as well. The view was absolutely unbelievable and the host once again provided expert advice and was beyond accomodating. If you plan to hike Huashan stay here the night before and the night after, I promise you will not regret it! The host also provided transportation to/from the mountain and train station. Legitimately it does not get any better than here.

The Elegant Hotel in Xi'an was by far our favourite stay in China. The hotel is gorgeously decorated in the traditional Tang style while still being super modern, clean and equipped with high quality amenities (not to mention the complimentary afternoon tea and late-night bowl of noodles). The service was absolutely outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. A special shout out to 瑞妮 for looking after us so well, down to personally escorting us to our room and giving us a goodbye souvenir gift. Being in the heart of Xi'an, we also had the most amazing view of the Bell Tower from our room windows. Highly highly recommend, we can't wait to come back again soon!

This hotel is great, it's my second stay here and I'm very satisfied. The service is warm and attentive, and they even provide Wenzhou mineral water in the lobby. The massage chairs and book bar on the fourth floor are all free to use, which is a nice touch. It's also super close to the popular Xiaonanmen morning market and Daxuexi Lane Muslim Street. From the Sky Garden on the 9th floor, you get an unobstructed view of the ancient city wall at night. Overall, it's excellent and I highly recommend it.

The location is fantastic, very close to the subway station. My family and I chose this hotel for our trip to Xi'an, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the South Gate of the city wall, with many large shopping malls nearby. It's also convenient to get onto the city wall, and at night, you can enjoy the Yongning Gate night view from your room. As soon as we entered the lobby, a staff member proactively greeted us, helped with our luggage, and after a quick check-in, even brought our bags to the room and explained features like the air conditioning. This was a very thoughtful gesture. We drove here, and they offer free parking, which saved us money. Plus, there are plenty of dining options at the nearby malls, making meals very convenient. Most importantly, the hotel offers free luggage storage. While the room facilities aren't brand new, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room itself is very spacious. I felt the service was really good, and overall, it was a great experience. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or family visiting in the future. What's more, traveling during the off-season made it incredibly good value for money, and the service was super, with all the staff being very patient. It's like the Haidilao of hotels!
