I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi’an. The room was excellent: spacious, modern, very comfortable, and extremely clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location is perfect, directly in front of the metro station and just across from the famous Bell Tower, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The Muslim Quarter is also only a short walk away, full of amazing local food and atmosphere. Another highlight was the staff: everyone was very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an for its comfort, cleanliness, outstanding location, and friendly service.

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

This hotel is perfectly located! Just a 10-minute walk downstairs to the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower, so it's super close to all the attractions. What really stood out was how spacious the room was and the excellent facilities. The gym and laundry room were also very convenient and useful. For the price, this place is incredible value for money. I highly recommend staying here!

Facilities: Well-equipped, blending ancient charm with modern amenities. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, largely meeting expectations. Environment: Excellent location and surroundings, with plenty of places to explore and eat nearby. Service: Fantastic service. They even brought the complimentary afternoon tea to our terrace. When the next room got noisy late at night, the staff tirelessly tracked down the source of the noise and intervened, which I really appreciated. Lanfeng Cultural Courtesy – Choose between New Chinese Bead String Making or Hand-Painted Fan Experience: You can do your makeup in the hotel's central courtyard. I didn't try it, but it seems like a great option for guests looking for a travel photoshoot.

Two minutes from Mount Hua (Huashan) tourist center. We booked two mountain view rooms, the rooms are nice and clean. The owner will give you free gloves and drive you to the tourist center. When we finish our hiking trip on Huashan, we sent a message to the owner and she picked us up and bring us back to the hotel. There is a small restaurant at the back of the hotel over looking Huashan. We ordered few local traditional dishes for dinner, it was delicious! There were a few little issues from room 301, like a small water leak from bathroom's sink and the deadbolt lock is broken. We complaint to the staff about it that night and he told us all hotels in Huashan the deadbolt locks are like that??? But at my room # 303 the deadbolt lock is working perfectly fine. Hope those little things will be taking care of soon. They even offered to drop us off at the train station when we check out. Nice little family run hotel!

Extremely close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient for getting around. The environment is great, the service was satisfactory, and breakfast was good. It was a pleasant stay overall. Special shout-out to the smiling service from everyone, including the front desk staff, restaurant team, and even the cleaning aunties!

My stay at the麗怡酒店 (Regal Hotel) in Xi'an was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to popular attractions like the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The bathroom, with its wet and dry separation and high-end toiletries, really highlighted the attention to quality details. The biggest surprise was breakfast – the authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) paired with Hutang (spicy soup) instantly awakened my taste buds, giving me a true taste of Xi'an. The hotel's service was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive, seamlessly blending historical charm with modern comfort. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place is an ideal choice. Highly recommended!

This hotel is newly opened and it is very good! The room was clean and the triple room we stayed in was not too crowded. The key is that the service is particularly good! What we need is sent quickly. When charging in the parking lot, there is a small problem with the charging pile, and the staff actively help solve it. Storing luggage, opening water and other things are also very enthusiastic, and the tone is super gentle. I will choose here next time I come to Hanzhong!

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

This hotel was ideal for our Xi’an trip. The location is excellent, with the Terracotta Army shuttle stop directly in front of the hotel—so convenient! My room was cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed, and I was kindly upgraded for free to a larger room upon arrival. The breakfast was great, featuring fresh, high-quality products with a good mix of local and Western options. The staff were especially nice and helpful, offering friendly service throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi’an!
