If my expectations were an 8, then the reality was a perfect 10! The front desk manager who checked us in was incredibly enthusiastic. They went above and beyond, helping us with things like delivering milk tea, explaining local attractions, and even replacing our binoculars. The hotel must have been recently renovated. While the cabinets in the room definitely have a retro feel, it was impeccably clean, and the slippers were super comfortable – great attention to detail. And the view? Absolutely spectacular! It was maximized to the fullest!

This hotel is really new and beautifully decorated. There are tons of places to eat nearby, including my favorite Japanese restaurant right next door. This is absolutely an authentic review! My partner and I visited Dalian during the off-season and were surprised to find such an amazing deal. Because it was off-season, they even upgraded our room, which made our stay absolutely fantastic. (Just a heads-up: if you come during peak season, you probably won't get an upgrade. I've seen some reviews complaining about not getting one, but don't blame the hotel; they have to operate based on their occupancy). The room was cleaned very well, and the hairdryer here is excellent – great news for long-haired women, as they even provide conditioner! Usually, hotels in this price range don't. The disposable slippers are also good quality, and they provide slippers in the shower area, which are new and clean, but even if you don't wear them, it's not slippery. The linens are high-quality, and the bath towels, slippers, and toothbrushes are replaced daily. They even provide hair ties, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located near Zhongshan Square and the train station. You can walk to the Dalian Art Museum, which looks like a building from Detective Conan, in the Moscow Street area. In the evenings, there are some street food stalls nearby, and a Lawson convenience store is close by. Robot delivery is available, but you need to make sure the staff puts your order *into* the robot. Our delivery person didn't, and just told us it would be delivered by robot, so we waited an hour only to find it sitting *on top* of the robot when I went downstairs. You might be wondering why all the reviews in the comments section seem condensed – that's because the front desk staff sends them to you to leave a good review. While the hotel is truly excellent, it's not necessary to do that. I guess they're afraid guests won't have time to take photos, but all of mine are my own.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. The front desk always speaks politely and they're very patient, always finding solutions for any issues. The room itself is quite nice and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I've extended my stay for a few more days. There are free parking spots on both sides of the hotel. If they're full, the front desk will guide you to nearby parking, which is very convenient.

I came to Dalian at the end of the month to visit my daughter who's studying here, and I booked a really unique hotel online. When we arrived, the young ladies at the front desk were all very welcoming and helped us with our luggage to the room. The service was truly warm and attentive. They even gave us a small parting gift when we checked out in the morning, which made my daughter very happy. It was a great hotel stay, and the surrounding square and sea view were also incredibly beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Seriously great value for money! It's pretty clean, and the owner's service was exceptional and very kind. The first two days the weather was bad, then it snowed on the fourth day, and the fifth day was sunny – absolutely stunning! You can see the sea right from here.

During the Chinese New Year, our family of three traveled to Shenyang and stayed at the Hotel Jen, managed by Shangri-La Group. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the subway, and offers free parking for those who drive, making access incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The two-bedroom, one-living room suite was perfect for families with older children. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in closet was huge. It had a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. Even though there were many guests during Chinese New Year, food was replenished quickly, and the service was prompt. As southerners, my family especially loved the mini wontons, sticky corn, sausages, and various stir-fried vegetables, which were all delicious. The soy milk and congee were also quite good. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Shenyang in the future.

This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store.
