Excellent attention. All careful to our requirements and the very comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was delicious. 100% recommended

probably the best hotel in concepcion. staffs can speak english, high quality breakfast (cost benefit), rooms were very cleaned.

The hotel has warm service, elegant environment, and on-site parking, which makes driving guests feel at ease. The confirmed order clearly states 2 breakfasts, but the hotel does not provide this service. Later, the rights and interests were protected through the Ctrip platform

Western breakfast can never satisfy Chinese stomach.

Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación. Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

Me encanta esta cadena de hoteles, lo mejor fue el desayuno pero siento que les hace falta una piscina temperada, fui con niños y la fría no nos sirvió, fue un poco aburrido
