The Hilton Quebec boasts an excellent environment, blending natural beauty with cultural charm, and its interior facilities and decor are outstanding. The location is superb, right in downtown Quebec City, adjacent to Old Quebec. You can easily walk to Old Quebec, the St. Lawrence River, and Parliament Hill. The executive lounge, located on the 23rd floor, offers an even better viewing experience, with captivating cityscapes by day and dazzling lights by night. The exterior environment is beautiful, featuring a unique outdoor heated rooftop pool that's open year-round. In the summer, you can enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel to choose when visiting Quebec! 👍

Samesun Montreal is hands-down my go-to hostel in the city. Every stay has been consistently great — welcoming staff, a fun atmosphere, and a layout that makes it easy to meet other travelers.
The rooms and common areas are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the vibe is exactly what you want in a hostel: social but still relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep.
Whether I’m visiting Montreal for a quick trip or a longer stay, Samesun is always my first choice. Highly recommended!

I booked a room nearby because I was going to use the bus terminal!
The terminal is the final stop for the airport bus, so it's easy to get to. ㅎㅎ However, this area is a bit quiet at night. ㅠ
The layout is a bit odd, with floors 1.5, 2, and 2.5, rather than 1st and 2nd. Even if you take the elevator, you still have to use the stairs, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. ㅠ Other than that, it's cheap, easy to get around the city, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It's a decent value hotel.
Breakfast isn't anything special... just bread, coffee, and milk. ㅎㅎ Oh, and there's no fridge in the room, so if you need something, you can store it in the small fridge here after breakfast.
We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.
Excellent location! I arrived very late, and my initial room was unfortunately situated right next to the ice machine. As a light sleeper, I found it quite disruptive. Since there were no other rooms available, I opted to pay for an upgrade to a different room category. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate if you're primarily just sleeping there. Also, you can request slippers and an electric kettle from the front desk.

The hotel is close to the old town of Montreal and the main traffic artery in the city. It is easy to get in and out. It is convenient to walk 1.5 kilometers to the old town. The room we booked is equipped with kitchenware, which is convenient for cooking and changing tastes. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the service is in place. The parking lot is in the basement of the next door building. There is a height restriction. SUVs with a height of 1.9 meters should pay attention.
The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained.
But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to the Plains of Abraham and the bar street. Parliament Hill is also very close. You can walk everywhere. The view from the room window is fantastic. However, the air conditioning is old and very noisy. Why wasn't the room cleaned on the second day? Is that common practice here?

First, the bad news - on many sites, it lists this hotel as ”parking available”. Parking is available, just not at the hotel. You must park in the underground parking across the street. The good news is that it is fairly inexpensive. We checked in around 4pm, and checked out at 7am two days later, and it was only $36 for parking.
The breakfast is pretty standard - bagels, toast, cereal. And the rooms do not have a microwave or coffee maker. However, as the breakfast area is always open, you can get coffee, juice or hot water, and use the microwave any time.
The room was good sized, with a small fridge. And I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. It also has a great location - walking distance to everything. We had two very good nights at the hotel, and I would not hesitate to book it again.

GGuest UserI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay.
It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference.
TLDR;
Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room
Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.
GGuest UserGreat location, close to some very good restaurants and a block away from Old Montreal, and close to Metro stations.
The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. It does have a laundry facility, which is nice, but the breakfasts are really substandard, considering the cost. Selecting breakfasts increases the room cost significantly, or you could pay $27 per person for the breakfast. It was standard hotel breakfast buffet - you could get twice the quality for half the price elsewhere. And parking is $28 per day, or portion of a day.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in and check out process was smooth. Unlike other hotels Home2 suites offered check out at 12 noon, the staff were welcoming, The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel location was convience to go everywhere. The staff are kindness and polite. All inside the hotel were clean but just waiting elevator a little bit a long.
LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.
GGuest UserAmazing stay at Hotel Bonaventure! Great location, friendly staff and the pool was a showstopper. It was so lively at night and the kids had a blast. Will definitely be staying at Hotel Bonaventure for future trips to Montreal.
BB-YThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, making it very convenient. The staff is warm and friendly, and deserves praise. The daily gift of drink and snack vouchers, good for use in the hotel restaurant from 5 to 7 p.m., was a welcome bonus.
The room was large, with ample space and a jacuzzi, but it was quite noisy. The curtains were quite dusty, and many of the hooks were broken, making them difficult to close. Overall, however, the room was quite nice.
Bbobodoglocation is ok, price is acceptable, sanitation is ok, facility is ok, service is ok.
generally this is an old school fashion hotel with required quality. two things that are not so satisfied during this journey.
One is although the location is convenient, the surrounding environment is not that good. the hotel is low rise building, and there is a open park nearby. you can here some people grouping and noising at midnight occasionally, i think they rejoice with weeds. also when you walk outside street, the air is full of **** smell.
the second thing is the problem with fire arm in my room on one afternoon, which is loud and harming my ear.
