The hotel is super close to the airport, about a ten-minute drive. The facilities are great, the breakfast spread is generous, and the service is attentive. Plus, parking is free, which makes it perfect if you have an early flight the next day. No need to worry about travel time to the airport.
Overall, it was pretty good, and the room was very clean. However, it's quite a distance from both the city center and the station, so it's probably better suited if you have your own transportation. Parking costs 14 euros per entry, regardless of how long you stay.
I had to catch an early flight so I chose to stay for one night at this hotel. It is a bit old but atill okay. The staff were very helpful. I asked if there was an ice machine. The staff at the restaurant gave me a bucket of ice in no time. Apprexiated. I thought it could be noisy as it was right at the airport. But it was quiet.
Pleasant stay at this hotel. The gym is amazing and new, room clean. I did notice a very bad smell at times coming up through the bathroom however I didn’t approach the hotel about it. Customer service great when checking in however there was always a long queue. When I checked in they advised I received a complimentary room upgrade. The prices at the bar and cafe are quite pricey, it is about 3.6km from the airport so they recommend a taxi if you don’t arrive in the shuttle times. I did catch the shuttle in the morning that they have which costs €6.
I stayed here for one night. I have no complaints other than the food was expensive and there is no restaurants in the area. I bought food on uber eats and didn’t got the food that i initially ordered. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Beside the food situation I would recommend.
The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street.
There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule.
PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.
Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it!
Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!

The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus.
Just a couple of things that could be better.
No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee.
Parking 15€ for the night.
And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options.

Great location, smooth check-in, and friendly staff. Room was clean with good Wi-Fi and a proper desk for work.
The hotel is located close to Zaventem airport. Big modern and bright rooms. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious with large shower. Kettle and fridge are a plus. I would highly recommend the hotel.
