Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!

The room facilities look nice from a distance, but appear rather worn upon closer inspection. There was no bottled water provided, the towels were only moderately clean, and the housekeeping staff didn’t notice that the box of tissues had run out and failed to replace it.

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

Beautiful accomodation and scenery. We stayed recently only for one night as we were near by for a friend’s wedding. We would love to come back and utilise the facilities more, especially the golf course! We also ordered room service, which wasn’t that great. We had burgers (veggie and beef) and were both underwhelmed. I can’t vouch for other choices though! The included breakfast was delicious.

It's a bit far from the city center, but there are supermarkets and a mall nearby. It was only a little over 600 for one night, and since we were driving, the free parking was a huge plus. The room was also very spacious and had some basic cooking utensils. The only letdown was the breakfast; it was just a few slices of bread with coffee and milk.

My experience was pretty mixed this time around, my room did not have tv remote and also had an extra access card key already placed in the light holder when i entered the room, also the 2 bed side lamps weren’t working either, when i escalated my concerns to staff they were apologetic and were very accomodating. Though i had these concerns with my room but the staff’s positive attitude flipped the whole situation. I will be travelling again and will be recommending this hotel to others

I stayed at Mantra for two days, and it was a completely different experience on the way to and from the Great Ocean Road. On the first day, we were assigned a room on the second floor with its own garage downstairs. The service was excellent; they provided slippers and shampoo, and the room facilities were complete and comfortable. On the return trip, they said the hotel was fully booked, so we were given a room on the first floor without a garage, meaning we had to park near the front desk. What's more, the electrical appliances in the room were terrible. When I asked to change rooms, it wasn't possible, and it took a long time for someone to come and fix things. Later, when I asked for slippers, they said they didn't have any. 🙂↔️

PPugongyingdezhongziThe hotel is conveniently located right next to the T4 terminal parking lot. What's really thoughtful is the shuttle bus service (every twenty minutes, inquire at the front desk upon check-in) that takes you directly to the international departure gate at T2, which is super convenient. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant, and meals ordered are delivered to your room within 30 to 40 minutes. The room amenities are quite new and comfortable. It's perfectly suited for those catching early morning flights. The hotel service is good; the front desk staff, a very nice young lady, proactively provided information about the shuttle bus and recommended suitable timings. Two things to note: 1. Novotel and Ibis are in the same building, with separate front desks at opposite ends, so make sure you line up at the correct one; 2. The shuttle bus needs to be booked in advance, as they check names before boarding, and you might not get on without a reservation.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

GGuest UserWe initially booked just two nights at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, but the outstanding service we received made us extend our stay—and I’m so glad we did. The level of attentiveness and genuine care shown by the staff truly elevated our experience. One moment that stood out was during breakfast. My husband asked a staff member at the pastry section whether the items were halal. She explained it to him politely, and to our surprise, about 15 minutes later, the Assistant Director of the restaurant, Mr. Albert, personally came to our table. He took the time to explain the halal options available and even assured us that eggs could be prepared using separate utensils. While I was getting bread, Mr. Albert noticed and came over again, kindly asking if I would like my eggs prepared then. He immediately instructed the chef to prepare eggs and nuggets for me and told me to sit comfortably while he arranged everything to be brought over. His thoughtfulness and proactive service left a lasting impression. It’s rare to see such initiative and care, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right hotel. I will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Melbourne to my family and friends. The hotel is fortunate to have a staff member like Mr. Albert—he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding hospitality.

__JASB_I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Kingsgate Hotel. Everything about my experience was excellent. • Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. It really made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. • Location: Perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, shops, and transport. • Service: The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. • Amenities: All the facilities I needed were available and in great condition, adding convenience and comfort to my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. Excellent value and a wonderful experience!

SSolomon LoOn 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

3320495****The hotel offers a convenient location with parking available right outside, making it easy for picking up guests. Rooms are generally quiet. Breakfast is provided; it offers good value if it's included in your Ctrip booking without an extra charge, otherwise, it's not worth the additional cost. It's a simple Western breakfast, and the menu doesn't change daily. While the hotel itself is reasonably clean, housekeeping standards are only average. On my first morning, there was no hot water in the bathroom; I had to run the tap for almost half an hour just to get a lukewarm shower. However, after I emailed them, the hot water issue was resolved for the remainder of my stay. Housekeeping repeatedly missed replenishing coffee, provided too few towels, and sometimes even forgot to put on pillowcases. Standard rooms are randomly assigned a queen-sized bed or twin beds. The bed was quite wobbly when turning over. The bathroom features only glass partitions, offering no light isolation or privacy. If you accidentally switch on the main light while using the toilet, you are completely exposed. It's an acceptable stay, but for the same price, you might find better options elsewhere.

GGuest UserFrom a warm friendly welcome, my stay started with an early check in. I had already prepaid, so only needed a security bond with my credit card. Straight up to my spacious clean room. Allthough the hotel was full, it was still quiet at any time in the room. People where always coming or going, but the desk staff where always on top of it.I had a great swin in the pool, enjoying the view of the rooftops through the skylight. My late check oit was greeted with a warm wish for a wonderful christmas

GGuest UserI was attending a convention over the weekend and was looking for a hotel in the Melbourne CBD area that was within walking distance to convention functions held at the Arts Centre, the Rialto and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. I found the ‘Novotel on Collins’ on line and was pleasantly surprised at how much it suited my needs. Its convenience to Flinders St Station was extremely beneficial. There was staff manning the ground floor entrance which was a reassuring safety factor for me. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. My Queen room was a good size and suited my needs extremely well. Breakfast was included with my room and the food was a good quality and offered a good variety of cereals as well as hot food options and various pastries. I appreciated that there was a drink container of water flavoured with lemon/orange/lime slices available near the reception area. I felt very safe, and contented with the accommodation and services available.

LLawIt is close to the airport, and the hotel shuttle can be reserved to the airport as early as 06:00. There is no convenience store within walking distance, so you have to drive for about ten minutes to reach the shops and restaurants. Fortunately, residents can enjoy discounted parking. There are not many breakfast options, but it is sufficient, but there are few seats. The room space is sufficient and comfortable, and the sanitary conditions are ideal. However, the hotel does not have swimming pools and other recreational facilities, which is more convenient for passengers in transit or for short stays.
