Came to Jinan for Children's Day and stayed at Shangri-La. The location is very convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit, and there are many restaurants nearby. The restaurant recommended by the front desk was indeed excellent. The hotel's breakfast buffet wasn't lavish, but the quality was decent. The room's cleanliness and air quality were good; the carpet was a bit old but appeared clean. However, the accompanying 'SPA' wasn't up to par and shouldn't even be called a SPA. Overall, our trip to Jinan was pleasant.

Even though there weren't any kids' amenities in the room initially, they brought whatever we asked for. The room attendant, Yuanyuan, proactively helped us find a small potty and wet wipes, cleaning them before bringing them to our room. She also sent up kids' toiletries. My suggestion for the future is to just provide a full set for guests with children directly, instead of sending individual items every time someone asks – it's a hassle for everyone. The breakfast was pretty good, but it closes at 10 AM, which feels a bit early. The location is great. The sea is right across the road, and you can go down to the beach in the evening to look for crabs (I didn't find any). Minibar: Has drinks, just like in the pictures.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Suochengli, next to Wanda Plaza, and within walking distance of Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain. The lobby maintains the typical Pullman style. However, the room was a bit disappointing; it seems dated and feels old-fashioned overall, with rather dim lighting. When I inquired about other matters at the front desk, Alice Sun assisted me. After hearing my request, she patiently searched for a suitable room again and again until she found one that met my needs and upgraded my room. Although I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room, the exceptional service more than made up for the outdated facilities. I would still choose Pullman for future trips.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the city center with convenient access to surrounding shopping malls and attractions. The hotel decor is grand, and facilities are complete. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the floor service and maintenance staff are also very helpful. Quality control manager Connie was also very efficient. The room is quite spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet, with a comfortable temperature. The lobby is bright and open. Both the soft and hard aspects of the hotel are top-notch. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The service here has always been excellent, and my extended stay has left me with warm and lasting memories. Bailey went above and beyond, preparing a handwritten welcome card (with a beautiful butterfly!) and steam eye masks, along with an abundant fruit platter – it was a truly amazing and warm welcome from the start. When I switched rooms the next day, more fruit was discreetly added, a testament to their continuous care. Housekeeping would neatly fold my clothes and place them on the sofa, wash my used coffee cups, and even organize the cosmetics and my Switch console on the dressing table. I had several long stays last year, and each visit brought new surprises; the service level is undoubtedly improving. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, especially the pastries, and I always enjoy the meat options. The hotel's dinner buffet is reasonably priced and enjoyable. In the afternoons, evenings, and during the 'blue hour' in my room, I'd peacefully watch the clouds drift by outside my window, a patchwork of light. Towards the end of my stay, I even began to look forward to that transition from daylight to dusk – as the view outside changed, my mind quieted down. You truly see the passage of time here.

Five-star review! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel near the airport, my top choice for catching a flight. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes to the terminal, so no need to rush or stress early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, with brand new and well-maintained facilities. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The service was excellent throughout, no perfunctory gestures at all. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly sufficient to fill up. The overall decor is grand and well-ordered, definitely not cheap-looking. It's ideal whether you're staying overnight after a late arrival or just need a transition stay for an early morning flight. For anyone catching a plane, this is a no-brainer. I'll definitely be back!

Huge thanks to Amy and Judy (in no particular order) for their help! This stay at the Sheraton Rizhao truly felt like a home away from home. Any potential issues or last-minute requests were handled, and I'm very grateful! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The Executive Ocean View Suite is absolutely unbeatable! You can enjoy the sunrise effortlessly, and the views are stunning both day and night. The buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were all very rich and varied. I particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty 'jianbing' and 'haishaizi mian' here – very satisfying. The hotel has a garden at the back, close to the pier and Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. The front entrance is surrounded by numerous bus stops and seafood restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient! I had a wonderful few days here and will definitely be back!

I am honored to be the first guest of the suite, Sheraton Zhangzhou is definitely a local high-end hotel benchmark! The location of the hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the ground and underground parking are very convenient. The lobby ”Jinxiu Mountain and River” design is very stylish, and the Qilu culture is very well integrated. The hotel room is clean and hygienic, smart and modern, fully equipped, comfortable bedding, high-end bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows to see the city view is particularly comfortable! The service is warm and thoughtful, the concierge at the door takes the initiative to help with the luggage, the front desk is quick and intimate, the whole experience is very satisfactory! The dining is also very good. The all-day light restaurant on the second floor has traditional breakfast packages, noodles and stir-fried dishes, Western bread, salad and steak (chef fried), freshly cooked noodles and wontons, and freshly squeezed juice (chef freshly squeezed) and other delicacies. The dining environment is very comfortable. Viewing and dining are both right! Dining, fitness, swimming facilities are complete, business trips or relaxation are suitable, it is highly recommended! Praise!

My stay here exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway. I booked a room with a view, and the sea view from the window was breathtaking, especially at night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being in a bustling area, it was completely quiet with the windows closed. Downstairs, there's a commercial district with everything you could ask for in terms of food, entertainment, and shopping. Both the front desk and room service were very prompt. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting; it's so convenient for getting around, and the view alone is worth the price of the room.

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.
