My stay at the Shimao Manjin Hotel far exceeded my expectations, somewhat making up for not seeing the rime ice. Although it's been open for over ten years, the hotel rooms and lobby still maintain a five-star standard in terms of decor and quality of materials. Its location at the head of Jilin Bridge over the Songhua River in the city center is particularly stunning, with beautiful night views of both banks of the Songhua River. The hotel's service also deserves praise. When the phone in my room wasn't working, staff came to fix it immediately after I reported it. When I casually mentioned needing more bottled water, they promptly sent extra bottles. A particularly noteworthy incident happened during breakfast on check-out day: my cardholder slipped out of my down jacket pocket onto the dining chair without me noticing. The staff quickly found it and called me back, preventing a delay to my high-speed rail journey. Additionally, the hotel's restaurants are highly recommended. The steaks at the buffet, the hot pot restaurant, and the Japanese cuisine are all authentic and reasonably priced. I will definitely choose Shimao Manjin again on my next visit to Jilin to see the rime ice.

I have to commend the exceptional service provided by Butler Xinxin at Changbai Mountain Lan Jing Hotel – our entire experience was absolutely fantastic! From arranging our pick-up at the high-speed rail station before check-in to promptly processing our arrival and personally escorting us to our room, Xinxin went above and beyond. They even thoughtfully prepared child-friendly amenities like a bed rail for our little one. As soon as we settled in, the butler provided a warm welcome, detailed information about hotel facilities, park entry requirements for Changbai Mountain, and essential ski gear. They even helped us arrange ski suit rentals, saving us a lot of hassle. The next day, our ski tickets and shuttle bus were pre-booked, making the entire process worry-free. When we wanted to visit Edelweiss Town after skiing, the butler immediately arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off. The driver patiently waited for us until we returned around 10 PM. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable, and the butler proactively checked in each evening to see if we needed anything, and in the mornings, they provided timely updates on the latest Changbai Mountain park entry information. The day before our departure, the butler once again pre-arranged our shuttle to the station, ensuring a seamless connection. The dining also deserves a special mention; breakfast was particularly delicious. The noodle-making auntie was very friendly, and the staff clearing tables were quick and attentive. From the small details to the overall arrangements, everything was impeccable – professional and heartwarming. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Changbai Mountain!

This was the best hotel of our trip to Yanji! Even though the hotel entrance is small, the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The best part is that they have underfloor heating, not the kind of dry heating that makes you parched! The breakfast was excellent value for the price, offering local specialties like tteok, beef soup with rice, and warm noodles. The hotel's location is fantastic – it's very close to Xishi Market and Yanji Department Store. You can also walk to Jinxue Street in about 8 minutes, which is packed with amazing food!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around super convenient. Right across the street is the morning floating market. I have to mention the breakfast – it's incredibly varied and delicious! The room was fully equipped, the humidifier worked wonderfully, and it was so warm inside you couldn't even feel the cold outside. Plus, the VIP manager even gave us a small gift at checkout. Overall, a really great hotel experience.

Stepping into the Grand Hyatt Changchun again, a familiar warmth enveloped me. On the coffee table lay a handwritten welcome card – the same familiar handwriting, a faint scent of ink, like a note left by an old friend. I've stayed here countless times; I'm no longer just a guest, but someone returning home. The hotel remembers my preferences, and they take the time to carefully craft a 'welcome back' that feels like poetry. No matter how rushed my travels, seeing those words immediately puts my mind at ease. It's not a perfunctory printout, but a sincere, handwritten gesture. In an era where everything is fast-paced, it's truly a gentle touch of hospitality when someone is willing to slow down for you. My heart settled. This, perhaps, is what true, elevated hospitality looks like: no templates, just heartfelt care.

Changbai Mountain DoubleTree by Hilton, excellent service, skiing, and hot springs – highly recommend! They provide a dedicated concierge who helps with itinerary planning, offering a one-stop service. The complimentary access to Hongsongwang Ski Resort was great; my child played for 3 hours and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located near the old gate of Changbai Mountain, and the scenic drive along G331 National Highway offers stunning views. The hotel has its own volcanic hot springs. The experience of outdoor snow and hot springs is truly unique! It's definitely a top choice for a vacation to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain!

This stay far exceeded my expectations – it was an absolute travel delight! The lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, with green plants interspersed, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere the moment you step inside. The guest room was even more satisfying. It was spacious, bright, and well-laid out without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of firmness. Combined with the blackout curtains, I enjoyed a perfect night's sleep every night. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design was thoughtful, hot water supply was ample and consistent, and the branded toiletries felt high-quality. There wasn't a speck of dust or water stain in any corner; the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable.

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻
