Bell boy and those staffs helping with luggage were amazing. Front desk staff doesn’t make you feel welcoming, pulling a long face throughout, didn’t explain in details during check in example like how much was the deposit, breakfast etc. Room is kinda old, toilet bowl doesn’t have warmer function which I get it in every other hotel as cheap as 80yuan a night. Huge Breakfast selection , that’s the most enjoyable part of this hotel. Location wise, just next to hotel got a 24 mini mart, nothing else, need to cab further down for more foods and malls. Near to jilin train station, a 8-10 yuan cab ride away. Take note the hotel pick up fee is 200 yuan. Lastly, shoutout to the room cleaner, they have the most tiring works but super helpful and always greet with you big smile.

Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The environment here is great, and the facilities are brand new. The staff, both the guys and the ladies, are all very enthusiastic. Breakfast features local specialties like 'daga' (sticky rice cake) and beef soup. The beef soup is especially delicious and fresh. The chef in the kitchen was also very kind and specifically asked if I liked spicy food. However, this soup isn't very spicy, it's definitely within an acceptable range. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the popular foodie spots nearby.

After much comparison, I still chose the Huayi Kailuos Hotel, and my experience after checking in told me that my choice was indeed correct. The hotel staff, from the customer service manager down to the cleaning aunties, were all enthusiastic, attentive, and warm-hearted. The customer service manager personally handled everything from pre-arrival communication to a welcoming check-in and a farewell upon departure, setting a silent example for the staff. It's precisely because of excellent leadership that there is such an outstanding team. The cleaning auntie promptly responded to our unintentional actions and tirelessly cleaned up, which deeply touched us. Also, the front desk staff, porters, and other employees treated guests like family, truly making us feel right at home. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities and hygiene also met our expectations. The next time we come to Yanji, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here for several consecutive days and was very satisfied. Every staff member I met greeted me warmly, and I especially want to commend Ivy for her help during my stay. I wanted to experience different room types, so I booked several different rooms. Ivy proactively asked about my preferred time to switch rooms and, once the new room was clean, she notified me and sent over the key card. Her service-mindedness is truly excellent. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It's in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere, and The MixC is just across the street, solving all your dining and shopping needs. It's fantastic!

The rooms were relatively clean and well-equipped, though the 'deluxe' room type didn't have a bathtub – only the 'luxury' rooms did. The hot springs are located within the hotel and weren't crowded, but there also weren't many pools. They're divided into bathing area pools, public area pools, and outdoor pools. Sometimes the water temperature wasn't very high in the evenings, occasionally only reaching 36.5°C. Be aware that face wash isn't provided at the hot springs, so bring your own. The dining was quite average. The breakfast buffet didn't offer a wide variety of dishes, and there wasn't much change over our two-day stay. For lunch, only the BBQ restaurant on the second floor was open. The food was pricey, there were few staff members, and the service felt a bit stiff. We had no choice but to dine at the nearby Holiday Inn, where we found the Chinese restaurant to be excellent. We ordered a sauerkraut hot pot, stir-fried asparagus with beef tripe and mushrooms, stir-fried sliced beef, a hot spring egg with lettuce and perilla leaves, sea urchin tofu, and steamed coarse grain buns. We were very satisfied with our meal, and the price was reasonable. They even had a lion dance performance. There's a scheduled shuttle bus for skiing, and a coach service for transfers to and from the high-speed rail station. The hotel isn't far from the high-speed rail station, about a 40-minute drive. A special shout-out to the cookies gifted by the hotel front desk – they were absolutely delicious!

This stay far exceeded my expectations – it was an absolute travel delight! The hotel boasts a superb location, just a few minutes' walk to both the subway station and major shopping areas, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, with green plants interspersed, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere the moment you step inside. The guest room was even more satisfying. It was spacious, bright, and well-laid out without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of firmness. Combined with the blackout curtains, I enjoyed a perfect night's sleep every night. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design was thoughtful, hot water supply was ample and consistent, and the branded toiletries felt high-quality. There wasn't a speck of dust or water stain in any corner; the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable.

I was really impressed by the hotel's service during this stay! As soon as we arrived in the lobby, a staff member immediately came over to help with our luggage. The front desk attendant was incredibly patient and thorough during check-in; she not only processed everything quickly but also proactively asked about our preferences and thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a better view. The hotel rooms even have Type-C outlets. During our stay, when the mini-fridge in our room ran out of drinks, I called housekeeping, and they refilled it in less than ten minutes. Such warm and thoughtful service truly makes you feel comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Every year when I return to Tonghua to visit family, I always stay at the Wanfeng Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. The hotel is quiet, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Outside the window, I see rolling mountains, a sea of greenery, and the air is wonderful. The service is also excellent. It would be even better if the king-size rooms had refrigerators.

GGuest UserWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the town and the North Slope. It's about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The hotel features its own hot springs, where you can relax and soak while enjoying beautiful views of the Erdaobai River. They even have unique large iron pot hot spring baths, creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The hotel's restaurant, 'Shao Jiu Guan,' impressed with its authentic Northeastern Chinese decor and cuisine. It boasts a lovely setting with the Erdaobai River flowing just outside its windows. When I asked the butler to reserve a table, I specifically requested a window seat if possible and was confirmed that one had been booked. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, just as a server was leading us towards a window table, another staff member abruptly informed us that all window seats were taken due to earlier bookings. We were then told to either sit in an inner section or return later. Oddly enough, after we had settled at an inner table and placed our order, we were suddenly told that a window seat had become available. This really put a damper on our dining experience. It would have been much better if they had simply informed us during the booking process if a window seat wasn't available.
