We have had an indeed experienced this excellent 2N hotel stay with Hampton by Hilton ZJJ!! The hotel is directly opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car station.It’s incredibly convenient! It’s near to 72 storey building (Qilou) too! That’s the reason we have chosen this hotel & it’s beyond our expectations! Enjoyed so much of their best service from the front desk counter (especially a super nice, 小向), so sweet, so helpful that she makes sure we have a pleasant, comfortable & memorable stay & also all the other staffs (dining & housekeeping too). They are all so accommodating & helpful, even every little requests we have made. Felt so welcoming & pleasant throughout our stay! Comfortable, spacious, super clean room & peaceful sleep. Feeling so at home! Buffet breakfast is an abundant yummy spread, feeling so pampered. And added service is the relaxing complimentary foot soak with night snack & welcome gifts! Will definitely share this hotel to friends who may visit ZJJ! This is the hotel so far that we have experienced, small little touches throughout reflected attention to detail & a so very commitment to guests’ comfort. Really love staying here!! This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It far exceeded our expectations; we never thought we'd find such a great hotel in the ancient city. From the moment we got out of the car, it was one surprise after another. The driver who picked us up gave us a detailed introduction to many things. Upon arrival, our butler, Kele, checked us in and provided excellent butler service, meticulously helping us with all sorts of issues. Truly amazing! We'll definitely look for Kele the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommend! A super satisfying trip!

Wyndham Garden Hotel is truly a hidden gem! As soon as I walked in, I was drawn in by the warm atmosphere. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient with check-in, and any requests were promptly addressed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all, which made for perfect sleep. The hotel's breakfast was also outstanding, but most importantly, their service is truly exceptional. They even offer discounted tickets! Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are impeccable. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The Anfaliting Hotel is definitely worth experiencing. Its location is excellent, close to the city center with convenient transportation. The hotel even offers discount coupons for Didi Chuxing (a ride-hailing service). The decor is grand, with warm lighting and an elegant ambiance. Upon check-in, the receptionist recommended breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious, and the service was imperceptible. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views, are spacious and bright, and the smart smart speaker allows you to control many devices with a simple voice command. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers à la carte lunch and dinner, and I even saw photos of many celebrities who have stayed there. If you're in Hengyang, this is the hotel for you!

Although it's a B&B, both the service and the accommodation environment are superb! It's a hidden gem. The lovely lady at the front desk patiently and thoughtfully explained the Zhangjiajie itinerary, helped us purchase discounted tickets, and booked our times. The owner was also fantastic, providing transportation for meals and to and from the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie tourist area. The place is newly renovated, with spacious rooms and a decor style I really loved. The shower and toilet are separated, the bedding is very comfortable, and everything is clean. The breakfast selection is also extensive, clean, and the service is great. A friendly reminder to everyone: definitely avoid staying near the South Gate, the accommodation environment there is terrible. Compared to this place, it's truly a world of difference!

We were in our Hoony moon and we can say this is the best hotel we had in China! People at front desk is polite and friendly. The room had an incredible view and was clean. We used the laundry zone and Worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good it had west options like boiled eggs and fried eggs, bread, cereal, yogurth and an amazing american coffee. The location was great, 15 minutes walking to the cable station to go to the tianmen mountain. Also a very good place to be to the pick up for tours and Didi and very near to the bus station. They had the Service of pick up at the train station and were punctual. We strongly recommend it.

Our experience at this hotel could not have been better. Throughout our entire stay, Xiao Yang took great care of us and helped us with absolutely everything, even assisting us with purchasing tickets and answering any questions we had. She is truly an angel. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, and the location is excellent, both for getting to the airport and for visiting the Avatar Park. The breakfast is delicious; we especially recommend the meat bao and the Zhangjiajie noodles.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

Among the many hotels available in Fenghuang Ancient City, I chose this one. Even before checking in, I received warm reminders and guidance. Upon arrival, I found it truly lived up to expectations; the moment I stepped in, it felt very cozy and comfortable. I booked a deluxe room, which was incredibly spacious. Noticing we had a child, the butler proactively arranged for extra bottled water. The room's view was fantastic and became a real highlight of our trip. Stepping out, you're immediately greeted by scenic views, and it's very convenient to take a stroll along the river to enjoy the scenery.
