It's rare to find a hotel where breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is a great perk. Overall, the staff's service attitude was excellent and just right. The hotel entrance is a bit small, nestled between two other hotels, but it's easy to spot as it's close to the train station. The subway is right next door, making getting around very easy. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this stay and would recommend it.

From our first day in Luanxii, 小夢picked us up from the viewing platform. She meticulously took care of everything for us and also introduced us to the unique attractions of the Miao village. The most delightful thing was that she suggested and helped us arrange a photography session. She also helped us with our laundry and organized our clothes. On our last night at the hotel, she helped arranged luggage shipping and a chartered car to Kaili to catch the high-speed train. This made our hotel stay a very pleasant experience. We are very grateful to 小夢。We found staff members in this hotel very kind and friendly to the guests. I remember every morning at breakfast, a male staff member was always sincere and kind, and always very concerned about our needs. We are also very grateful to him. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The room was spotless, the bathroom had no water stains or strange smells, and the bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. Hot water was stable 24/7, and the air conditioning and toiletries were all provided. The facilities were very well-maintained and looked new. Staff were always on hand to assist with any requests. Five-star rating! My overall stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. Just a few minutes' walk to Erqi Road Food Street, where I indulged in Changwang noodles and crispy glutinous rice until I was stuffed! 😂 It's also about a ten-minute walk to Guiyang Station, and the Metro Line 1 is close by, so lugging luggage wasn't a hassle at all. The rooms start at 42㎡, with expansive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was just the right firmness, ensuring a really comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and even thoughtfully provided a small map of local eateries – excellent attention to detail. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Guiyang.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station. The lobby is grand and elegant, incorporating elements of Qian culture, exuding a high-end style. I meticulously chose this hotel after comparing it with Kempinski and Hyatt, ultimately opting for the local brand, VIP Building. The check-in process was smooth! A special shout-out to the lobby manager, Manager Xu! It was my first time in Guiyang, and I had no idea about the local attractions or good food. Manager Xu patiently explained everything, even hand-drawing a route map for us, worried that we might get lost on Guiyang's roads. The front desk and concierge team were equally outstanding, whether it was for check-in, check-out, food delivery, or luggage storage. Everything was efficient and seamless, and their attitude was warm and friendly throughout. In summary: This trip was absolutely perfect, no regrets! I completely love this hotel!

The location is quite good, very close to the snack street and Jiaxiu Tower. The non-smoking rooms are on a higher floor and are very quiet. The room is spacious, with a classic hotel decor style. What I have to say is, are they really that stingy? There were only two bottles of drinking water in the room, and they were placed in the bathroom. I mean, seriously??? Even the regular drinks in the fridge are charged, and there's a tiny label on the bedside table saying the Evian water is 88 yuan a bottle. Perhaps the facilities are just too old. The air conditioner constantly makes a loud rumbling noise. If you're a light sleeper, it's truly unpleasant. To sum it up in two words: not good.

Compared to other hotels near or within the scenic area, the price is genuinely not expensive at all, considering the room is large, new, and you can see the distant mountains from your bed, watching the clouds change. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the East Gate of the scenic area, and you can even see the scenic area's ticket office from your bed. Transportation is convenient right outside, and amenities are all around. It's not noisy at all; I usually have trouble sleeping, but whether it was the comfortable bedding or the super quiet environment, I slept soundly until morning. The lobby design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style – I particularly loved it; it felt soothing and relaxing the moment I walked in. The room was meticulously clean, with attention to every detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making sleep especially restful. On the day we left, May 3rd, it was raining heavily, and we had a lot of luggage. Several staff members at the front desk, without umbrellas themselves, braved the rain to help us load our luggage into the car and took us to the high-speed train station. At the station, the manager asked me to help my elderly mother while they again braved the rain to move our luggage to a sheltered spot right at the station entrance, ready for boarding. It was so heartwarming! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Every young lady at reception was meticulous and promptly responded to any needs, making us feel respected and warm. The young lady who helped us check in on the first day was also super nice; I loved interacting with her. I mentioned wanting to see other room types, and she enthusiastically showed us two other Loft styles. Next time, if we're with more people, I can bring my family to stay. One of them even had a small pavilion on the top, perfect for having tea, very comfortable. I didn't see her on checkout day and wanted to say goodbye. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete and practical facilities, embodying both quality and warmth. I hope they'll have long-stay packages so I can come back for an extended period during the off-season. One ticket allows free entry for seven days – so worth it for just over a hundred yuan! The scenic area staff were also super enthusiastic, patiently explaining routes when we were unsure. Even during the busy May Day holiday, they patiently explained everything, making the experience excellent. Vehicle management was orderly; there was no traffic at all. We went to the East Gate on May 1st and 2nd at noon, and there was hardly any queue. I'm writing this on the high-speed train and at the station. It's worth noting that every platform at Libo High-Speed Train Station has scenic elevators, which is another bonus point, making it friendly for large luggage, seniors, and children. Okay, I won't write any more. In short, for my first time in Libo, both the hotel and the scenic area service were superb. I'll definitely come again if I have time.
