My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – making for a very comfortable and restful sleep. The hairdryer was powerful, drying my hair quickly. They also offered complimentary coffee and cocktails, which were delicious. I loved that breakfast was served until 1 PM, which was very considerate. Overall, it was clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. I'm very satisfied.

I stayed for three nights, and the location on the observation deck offered a spectacular view. The room facilities were excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. What truly impressed me was the guesthouse's exceptional service. The lobby provided complimentary coffee, tea, desserts, and even a Miao ethnic clothing experience. In the room, we had free fruit and drinks, and laundry service was also available – every detail was well thought out. Just a heads-up: navigating the Miao Village involves a lot of uphill and downhill stairs, so I recommend packing light. Although the hotel butler helped with luggage from the ticket office, the journey from there to the sightseeing bus, then to the observation deck, and finally to the guesthouse still involves quite a bit of walking and climbing stairs, which can be a bit tiring. Nevertheless, this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the popular Qingyun Walking Street. The area around the hotel is super convenient with lots of great food options. We were here for a trip, and it's less than 3km from the Guiyang Tourist Distribution Center, which meant we didn't have to rush in the mornings. The hotel breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, and it was really thoughtful, served until 1 PM. What really stood out was the personalized butler service – they were always responsive and met every request quickly. It was truly considerate and made us feel so welcome. We stayed for four nights, and the room was spotless every day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making us feel very secure. The value for money is outstanding. Next time we're in Guiyang, we'll definitely choose Banshan Hotel again.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The location is excellent, very close to Qingyun Market. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious and the amenities are very complete. Notably, the elevator speed is the fastest and smoothest I've experienced in a hotel recently. They even have robots that deliver items, which is a dream come true for introverts and the socially anxious. During check-in, the front desk upgraded my room. The housekeeping aunt noticed I drank a lot of water and immediately brought several extra bottles, as if worried I'd be thirsty. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and proactive. They even put together a list of great local eateries nearby! 😂

【Summary】A typical state-run hotel style, solid and dependable. 1. (1) The bedding was great, very comfortable to lie on; (2) The shower facilities were clearly marked, unlike some where you have to guess forever; (3) Luckily the window could open, otherwise I would've been roasted alive – I hate completely sealed windows; (4) The bathtub with disposable liners was very convenient, a good soak after a long walk was much needed; (5) They had my mother's favorite sewing kit! And a red pen (for kids to correct homework), this is truly state-run and very important. I heard family members asking for an iron too; (6) The food delivery robot came right to the door, so convenient. What deterred me from choosing another hotel was having to go downstairs to pick up deliveries there… (7) Overall service attitude was okay, especially the doorman who was very good, proactively opening doors and helping with luggage. 2. (1) Upon check-in, I noticed other guests drawing lots, but didn't pay attention as I didn't know what it was. Later, passing by the front desk, I saw someone else drawing lots, so I asked and found out that staying at the hotel gives you a chance to win a prize (because I saw others win before and thought the winning rate was 100%, but it turns out I'm completely immune to winning); (2) It was quite a surprise that the price during the holiday was actually lower than what you'd find at a Hyatt or Marriott. Other: Stayed here to see the monkeys, it's close to the East Gate, but you still need a taxi to get to the South Gate.

The hotel upgraded me to an executive suite for free. The facilities were complete and very clean, and the environment was tidy. It was very hot the day I arrived, and the staff brought over a fan, which I appreciated. The hotel also offers afternoon tea and light meals in the evening on the top floor. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay at Kempinski again if I have the chance.

Definitely a hotel worth staying at again! The staff, both male and female, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the male staff members even upgraded our room, which was spotless. The complimentary hotel coffee was delicious too. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area – just a few minutes' walk, making it perfect for a two-day visit. It's also conveniently located near the food street, so finding dinner in the evenings was easy, and it wasn't too noisy. Overall, highly recommend! 👍🏻

This five-diamond hotel, listed on Ctrip's hotel ranking and one of the top hotels in Tongren, turned out to be incredibly disappointing! First, let's talk about the positives: the overall environment was indeed good. We stayed in the garden view building, and it offered great photo opportunities outside. The room facilities and equipment were fine, and there was plenty of hot water. However, there were just too many downsides! 1. When we booked, our first choice was a twin room. Since only the Suzhou-style garden twin room was available that day, we booked it. Upon arriving in Tongren, we took a taxi following the navigation, only to find a long flight of stairs at the hotel entrance with no bellhop in sight. It was hot, and we had two suitcases. I went up to call for help, and there was only one person at the front desk who said I had to wait. It was a peak season during a short holiday, so why weren't enough staff arranged? Did it seem like the occupancy rate was very low?! Okay, after struggling to carry our two suitcases up, suddenly there were two people at the front desk... Then the front desk staff started scanning our IDs. It turned out our Suzhou-style garden room was in a different area (Hilton Garden Inn)! Why wasn't this marked on the Ctrip homepage??? If it had been, I wouldn't have gone to the wrong place!! Upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn, they scanned our IDs again. Do we really need to scan them twice? 2. Consequently, the takeout we ordered in advance was delivered to the Fengqi front desk. They said they would send it to the Garden Inn. After waiting for over half an hour with no delivery, I called again to inquire. They said there was no one at the front desk, so I had to go down and get it myself. When I got there, I saw three people at the front desk. So, this is what 'no one at the front desk' means?? They then claimed the two other staff members had just returned. Yes, I must have such 'good' luck? 3. The booking included breakfast, Hanfu experience, and a boat tour discount, but none of this was mentioned during check-in. I had to ask about everything. Where was your service? 4. The handheld shower in the room was broken. Don't your engineering staff conduct regular room inspections? Is the MOD duty manager too idle? As a resort-style hotel with clear peak and off-peak seasons, are you just playing around by not conducting room inspections and repairs during the off-peak season? Does Hilton know that one of its mid-range hotels offers this kind of service? The first impression I got in Tongren was extremely bad! It ruined my entire mood for the trip! I am truly speechless!!!

The overall service was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. I particularly want to commend Rabby from Guest Relations. Before my arrival, she proactively called to discuss my preferences and even reserved a dedicated parking spot, which was a huge convenience when traveling with a child. She also kindly informed me about the option for a late check-out, making my itinerary much more relaxed. Upon check-out, Lisa was very attentive and thoughtfully prepared a lovely souvenir, which added a wonderful touch to the experience. The hotel's evening happy hour was excellent, practically an upgrade to a full dinner buffet, significantly enhancing the dining experience. The service throughout was gentle and attentive. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.
