Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

The service was absolutely amazing! They offered a free airport pick-up and even complimentary shuttle service to the subway station. Communication was super efficient, all done through WeChat. Plus, they gave us a thoughtful little gift. So considerate!

The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned, which was fantastic. I loved the smart washing machine and the high-tech toilet. Plus, there are so many delicious restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The environment is beautiful and comfortable too.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

We stayed at CityNote Light (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Nanyue King Museum Branch) and honestly this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent — right in the old city center, just a short walk from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, which makes it very convenient for exploring Guangzhou. The hotel offers very good breakfasts and even afternoon snacks, which was a nice bonus after long walks around the city. The view from the 40th floor is absolutely stunning — especially at night. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, and overall cleanliness were great. For the price and location, this hotel is an amazing choice. Easy 5+ rating from us.

Every year when I go back to visit my ancestors, I book two deluxe city-view rooms for my elderly family members and friends. This year, my experience at the White Swan was a bit frustrating. We arrived in Guangzhou from Sihui past 2 PM, but the rooms weren't ready. We were given drink vouchers for the lobby and had to wait until past 3 PM to get just one room. We understood and put our luggage away so the elderly could rest. By dinnertime, we still hadn't received a text notification for the second room. So we went to dinner, only to finally get the room past 8 PM! I have to ask, is this how five-star hotels operate now? Is this reasonable? No one apologized or explained the situation. Has the service really deteriorated this much?

I stayed at this hotel based on a relative's recommendation. It has an underground parking lot and is located right across from the ancient city, with plenty of shared electric bikes downstairs, making getting around very convenient. The staff were all very friendly. Areas for improvement: 1. My room was located along a hallway, and I was woken up by the noise of tour groups passing by. 2. The room has a tea-making area (Figure 5). I was leisurely eating takeout in my room and thought about going for a stroll. When I walked to the stairs behind my room, I found that even with the window screen, I could clearly see into my room. I hope they can improve privacy. 3. There were a lot of mosquitoes! I barely slept the whole night. Although an electric mosquito repellent was provided, it wasn't very effective. 4. The hotel doesn't have robots, which is a bit inconvenient for those who frequently order takeout. Things to praise: 1. The hotel's location is indeed very convenient; everything is quite close by. 2. The staff were very friendly and polite from check-in to check-out. Even without delivery robots, the front desk was willing to help bring takeout up to the room. 3. The toilet and shower are separate (wet and dry areas), and the vanity is also separate, which is something I rarely experience in other hotels.

The second time I came to Hailing Island, I came to the whale because of the new store. I didn’t expect to open the second whale hotel now. This whale hotel is cost-effective, but it is a little bit worse than the smart whale hotel. It will be a little bit different to the beach, but it’s almost the same. The beach can also watch the sunrise, the environment is not bad, the facilities are complete, the shower gel shampoo is brand new.

This Wednesday, I brought my parents to Zhaoqing, and a friend recommended we stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel, located by Qixingyan Lake. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by the opulent lobby. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a lake-view room, and we were even more delighted once we entered – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the beautiful Qixingyan scenery. The room was spacious and equipped with all modern amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel boasts over 20 hot spring pools, and soaking in them was incredibly relaxing. There's even a small hot spring pool on the room's balcony. The hotel service was exceptional, with staff member Tina enthusiastically assisting us from before check-in to after. It was a truly satisfying stay, and my parents thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Zhaoqing. I do have a small suggestion: My father has difficulty walking and uses a wheelchair. While the hotel lobby is grand, it's quite challenging for elderly guests to find a place to sit and rest. We only spotted a few chairs in a distant corner, which my father couldn't reach. It would be great if the hotel could place a few sofas or chairs near the lobby's front desk for elderly guests to sit and rest while waiting. This would make the experience more user-friendly and improve overall guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.
