A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

I chose Wyndham again this year because of my pleasant stay during New Year's Day last year. However, the service this time, at the same time of year, was vastly different. First, the front desk handling check-in clearly ignored my special requests. As a result, when I got to the room, I found that the room I booked was the exact opposite of what I requested. Furthermore, the so-called 'lake view' room only offered a view of large trees (Picture 1). If the hotel didn't have the requested room, shouldn't the front desk have informed the guest? Secondly, I don't think Wyndham accurately estimated the number of guests for breakfast. The entire breakfast restaurant was incredibly noisy, no different from a wet market. I can understand this, as it's a holiday and there are many people. But while people were eating, those coming in would just stand next to others' tables, which I imagine was frustrating for both those trying to eat and those looking for a table. The restaurant staff's instructions for seating guests were also unclear (Picture 3). This is because there were actually dining areas on the other side of the restaurant, but they were in a sunken area and hard for guests to notice. As for the auntie at the rice noodle roll station, I wonder if she wasn't getting paid or wasn't trained, because she wore an unpleasant expression for all to see. If you can't give an extra portion according to policy, you can explain it nicely, because guests might not have seen the notice. But being confrontational with guests only causes anger, especially when the dining atmosphere is already so frustrating! In other hotels, staff are attentive to special families and even offer assistance, but despite Wyndham's high room rates, the service falls short. The breakfast selection was very ordinary, very ordinary, and with so many people, the queues for the limited made-to-order stations were incredibly long. The experience was very poor, and I didn't end up eating much anyway. Thirdly, the five-star Wyndham clearly has very poor preparedness for its guest traffic during holidays. As the weather turned cold that evening, and the forecast had warned of it, which everyone knew, many families with children needed extra blankets. However, the blanket I requested half an hour ago wasn't delivered. Finally, after I called to follow up, they said there were no blankets, and it took another hour for the requested items and a bedsheet (which was better than nothing) to arrive. In short, this stay was very unpleasant. A big-brand hotel is still inferior to a guesthouse!

We checked in on Thursday and received a complimentary room upgrade. The hot springs pool on the first floor was incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was very gentle and informative, explaining the hotel's facilities and environment. Two young men kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room.
The upgraded room was in Building 1, a bit far from the outdoor hot spring pools, so we opted to use the in-room hot spring. A packet of bath salts was provided, leaving our skin smooth after bathing. The first night's minibar was also complimentary, featuring two boxes of soy milk, Coke, and beer, plus a fruit platter.
In the afternoon, we went out to take photos. The weather was lovely and sunny, and the flowers, plants, and trees were beautiful. The staff were diligently watering and cleaning, very hardworking. There's also a paid mini-train ride in the park. Our package included six archery shots, half an hour of mini-golf, as well as billiards and table tennis. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts are also available but require advance booking by phone.
Our package also included a buffet dinner at the Brilliant Restaurant. Since the buffet wasn't available on Thursday, we were offered three options: a la carte at Brilliant Restaurant with an 800-yuan credit, a more standard 'order anything' menu with common home-style dishes, or a fixed set menu. I chose the a la carte option at the restaurant and ordered five dishes and a mango sago dessert. It was very filling, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. We had black truffle conch slices, giant river prawns, casserole perilla mountain snails with free-range chicken, mango sago, and cumin pine nut baked lamb rice (which was incredibly delicious, though it took an hour to prepare. The crust was fragrant, and the lamb was excellent). The stir-fried fern shoots with dried shrimp was also very tasty, with a crisp yet tender texture similar to Chinese broccoli.
Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as steamed dim sum. All the staff were fantastic; they would introduce dishes and help clear plates quickly as soon as you approached the counter.
There are also many children's facilities in the park, and it's a pet-friendly hotel with an outdoor pet park.
The only downside is that there aren't enough signposts in the park. Even with a map, we still got lost frequently, haha.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang”
My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work.
The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk.
The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc
Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30.
Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English.
The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday.
Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room.
The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok.
I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

First off, the location is excellent. You just go downstairs, cross the road, and to your left is Gongbei Port, and to your right is Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station. It's incredibly convenient! The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all lovely. They even gave us a small gift and had a fantastic attitude. When you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your door, which is super convenient. They also provided welcome fruit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The hotel boasts a simple yet stylish decor, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The room facilities are brand new and work perfectly – the AC, bathroom, and projector are all excellent. They even thoughtfully provide drinking water and snacks. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, a perfect experience!

The location is quite inconvenient; there's nowhere to eat or shop within 2 kilometers. The 'pedestrian street' is just a gimmick, full of messy little trinkets. The service is terrible. When guests make a request, the hotel staff first say 'no' and then shirk responsibility. This completely ruined my impression of Atour always being accommodating. This hotel can't compare to other Atour hotels I've stayed at; it's a franchised store, not a genuine Atour. At nearly 600 yuan per night, the high cost for such poor service makes it very bad value for money. I feel ripped off. The kettle provided didn't even have a food-grade 304 mark and looked like it was borrowed from somewhere else. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay in the Executive Suite was excellent. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. The facilities were complete and very new, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with quick hot water. The afternoon tea and evening snacks at the Executive Lounge were top-notch. It was amazing how you could see planes flying overhead just a few minutes walk from the hotel, yet hear absolutely nothing in the room – the soundproofing was superb. The room also offered expansive views, plenty of natural light throughout, and attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, it exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money.
The small garden behind the hotel was a delightful surprise; it was lush, tranquil, and elegant. It was perfect for a stroll in the morning, after meals, or in the evening.
P.S. On our first morning, we chose to have breakfast on the first floor. The staff member who greeted us showed us to our table and asked what we'd like to drink, but no one ever brought it to us. If the staff are too busy, it's probably better not to ask guests what they want to drink out of courtesy!

My stay at the Hilton Zhongshan Livcon was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct access to a shopping area and popular attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was professional and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the amazing high-floor views and the excellent dining options. The highlight for me was the surprise discovery of the Harmony & Prosperity Chinese Restaurant on the 5th floor. Their Cantonese dim sum is made to order and steamed fresh, offering an authentic taste that I highly recommend!

I specifically came to Foshan to buy furniture and chose the Sofitel Foshan, which has a great reputation. Before checking in, I saw the hotel's introduction, and it definitely lived up to expectations once I was there. The hotel's decor, from the first-floor entrance to the rooms, is very stylish. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Postmodern room, which also had a lot of character. The overall facilities in the room were excellent, and the hygiene was very good. This morning, I saw Jingjing, the floor manager. Even though the hotel was very busy, she went above and beyond to graciously grant us a late check-out, allowing me to take a nap after finishing my furniture shopping. The service was truly exceptional!

DDT_HKI recently had a delightful stay at this chic hotel, where cleanliness and modern design truly impressed me. The spacious room was a perfect retreat, and I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions.
One highlight was the complimentary afternoon tea, which provided a lovely touch of luxury. Breakfast was a treat, featuring a wide variety of options alongside a beautiful garden view.
I also enjoyed the unique touch of food delivery to my door by robots, adding a fun and futuristic element to the stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, marked by smooth check-in and attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and style in a beautiful setting.
MM254226****The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Taikoo Hui with a convenient direct link on the first floor. On my first day, the front desk lady upgraded my room, and I really hope Ctrip can help me find her to thank her. Her service was exceptional, very warm and helpful. After checking me in, she even walked me to the elevator, showing great patience. The room itself was fantastic, spacious, and very well-equipped. I'll definitely choose Mandarin Oriental again next time I visit Guangzhou.
YYuyuyu619This hotel seems to be an older, star-rated establishment. While the decor might be a bit dated, the facilities are well-maintained, and the location is excellent. What truly stands out and makes up for any minor hardware shortcomings is the exceptional service. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a sense of warmth and security from everyone in the lobby, especially the front desk staff, whose smiles and meticulous service are truly remarkable. The rooms are also incredibly clean and tidy. It's a perfect choice for both business trips and short stays, and the competitive price makes it highly recommendable!
毛毛华The room was clean, spacious, and large enough, with a bathtub for soaking. The facilities were complete, and the front desk staff, Kiki, was friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. Breakfast was also quite good — overall, it was an excellent stay experience.
MMother of VikingsWe frequently come here to relax. A beautiful paradise hidden in the middle of a bustling city. The fact that there are hardly any people here is great. Foreign people can really relax without having to be stared at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is great with a slide for kids. Located very close to Dongchen, where you can find a lot of Western restaurants. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Had a major rainstorm during our stay this time.. but was still lovely.
MM18428****Had a comfortable stay and a great time, and the food certainly didn't disappoint. It truly lives up to its double five-star rating. The Han Palace Chinese Restaurant, a Nanninwuqiang Studio production, is absolutely delicious with an incredibly rich selection of dishes. Their seasonal new offerings are innovative and unique, and the service is exceptionally attentive. It's definitely the top choice for both dim sum and a full meal.

WWangcaiaipaiguThis hotel is perfectly located right next to Qinghui Garden and the pedestrian street. It's central yet quiet, allowing you to visit all the main attractions without needing a car, which saves a lot of time and effort. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, the shower water is comfortable, and the bedding is cozy – perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the hotel's morning tea is locally famous, and guests even get a 10% discount!
2206020****The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Yuexiu District, just a 3-minute walk from Exit D12 of Metro Line 1. It has its own courtyard, and the rooms are very clean and spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. When I mentioned to the front desk that my room was cold, the staff quickly brought me a heater, demonstrating outstanding service. The food at the Hongmian Restaurant on the first floor of Baiyun Tower is also delicious. Highly recommended.
