My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

Once we arrived the T3 airport, we have to call to inform the hotel reception to arrange for their bus to pick us up. Waited for about 10 minutes for the bus to arrive. The bus also drive over to T2 for pick up before dropping us at the hotel. Hotel is not very new hence it is not as expected. The room allocated was also quite smoky although we requested for non-smoking rooms. Other than that, the others were pleasant experience.

Location is at the bustling Beijing Road walking street area, very convenient to shop & eat. Arrived at 4pm and room was ready. Given room at 25th floor with fantastic view. Check in was done by Lucy, very polite and helpful. She assisted me to register as 华住会 member and explained in detail the benefits and process of future bookings. Room is clean and comfortable except the pillows are too soft for our liking. Highly recommended.

Jiangmen Wanda Realm Hotel! This rave review comes from a Black Diamond partner, and I dare say this is truly the best hotel in Jiangmen, including its service!! Everything is absolutely superb, and every single staff member is incredibly kind and patient. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, gym, and pool are all clean and tidy. I'm still just as impressed returning after more than a year. Can't wait to come back again, and I hope it's just as wonderful next time!

Really enjoy our stay in the hotel, the room size is not too big, but just nice to open up 2 suitcase and still got spacious walking space. Toilet and bathroom abit small. The free laundry service is really good, and its smart service that you can check availability from hotel room's tv. The AI helper is quite useful too, just need to give short simple accurate pronunciation instructions. The hotel staff are helpful especially the girl call jingwen, always being friendly and calm to solving issues, can speak fluent English. The only downside for me is, there is no bidet for the toilet maybe because of different culture. Overall is a good stay, I'm definitely will recommend friends and family to stay there. The famous dimsum restaurant just beside the hotel. Worth trying it!!! Nanyue museum is just beside the hotel too, walking distance to Beijing road in like 5mins plus. Superb convinient location

I initially booked a standard king room, and while it was clean, it was genuinely tiny. The 1.5m double bed didn't even have a separate shower. The next day, I decisively upgraded to a river view king room, and it felt like a completely different hotel! To anyone visiting White Swan Hotel, you absolutely *must* book a river view king room! The price difference isn't huge, but the stay experience is vastly different. The desserts at the hotel's pastry shop are all delicious 😋, and Yu Tang Chun Nuan is also beyond words – five-star, no doubt! The doormen outside the hotel lobby are also very service-oriented 👍. It truly lives up to its reputation as an old, established five-star hotel in Guangzhou. However, I still recommend that the hotel considers making improvements to its basic rooms, either by widening the price gap for different room types or upgrading the facilities in the basic rooms. Otherwise, guests who book a basic room without knowing the specific situation will have a very poor experience. I hope White Swan Hotel continues to improve, and I look forward to experiencing their dim sum breakfast next time I transit through Guangzhou on my way to Hong Kong or Macau 😚.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Paifang Street and the ancient city wall. You can easily walk along the river to Guangji Bridge. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. What's even better is that the hotel has an underground parking garage, which I highly recommend for anyone driving.

The service is particularly warm and thoughtful. A group of cute and enthusiastic young people will take the initiative to carry luggage. When they come to a strange place, they don’t know how to play. The front desk will introduce the attractions, and also send an electronic version of the guide and the time to catch the sea. It is inconvenient to take a taxi in and out, but there are restaurants around the hotel. The beach is also close, you can take pictures on the beach and play in the water

We chose to stay at the Wyndham again for our May Day trip to Zhaoqing. It's right by Seven Star Crags, and you can enjoy stunning lake and mountain views right from your room. The hotel's pool, hot springs, and kids' club kept the children happily entertained. Our butler, Winnie, was incredibly warm and attentive. She sent us a guide for our stay and local attractions as soon as we arrived, and was always quick to respond to any needs, making our trip even more enjoyable.

This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.
