Extremely satisfied! The guesthouse owner personally escorted us to our room and gave us a detailed introduction to the local attractions and dining options, especially how to get to the beach and the best way to walk there. What's most noteworthy is how close the guesthouse is to the sea; you just walk out of the complex, cross the road, and you're there. The beach is beautiful; at sunset, the sea is bathed in a golden glow, even the waves shimmer with gold, and there are many small birds foraging on the sand. Strolling along the beach, chasing the waves 🌊, I was completely enchanted. In the evening, going clamming is an excellent choice, and the guesthouse thoughtfully provides tools and sand toys for kids free of charge. This trip was a bit rushed, so next time, I'll definitely make sure to set aside more time to play!

The hotel's environment and scenery are both excellent, and it's close to the beach, making getting around very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable to sleep on. Being close to the airport with free shuttle service made things very hassle-free. Puff provided great service and even helped us upgrade our room type, which made for a really good experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! This time, because of a layover, we even went to Nan'ao Beach early in the morning. Perfect.

🛏️ Amazing stay: From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt right at home. The room was spacious and bright, consistent with Hampton by Hilton's signature modern minimalist style. The bedding, as always, was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to completely unwind after a busy day of work. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. ❤️ The service deserves a special shout-out: A big part of this fantastic experience was thanks to the hotel's warm and welcoming staff. Especially the ladies at the front desk – they were super nice! From their smiling greetings during check-in to patiently answering all my questions and offering thoughtful travel tips, every detail made me feel so welcome. This kind of genuine service is more impressive than any luxurious decor. Thumbs up to these professional and kind ladies! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly diverse, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, along with local Xiamen specialties, providing a great start to the day. Overall, this is a hotel that combines quality with warmth. It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Xiamen! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xiamen for business or leisure.

The best decision for the 2026 Chinese New Year! Due to changes in our holiday schedule, we only had three days. I checked Ctrip, and Fuzhou's flight prices hadn't increased. We wanted somewhere with a beach and warm weather, and the Haiyingwan Hotel met all our needs. Perfect for a seaside stroll with the kids! The breakfast was absolutely amazing – they had Fuzhou fish balls and 'guo bian' (local rice-flour soup), plus a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. We stayed in Building 2, and the ocean was just a three-minute walk away. During low tide, the kids were so engrossed in collecting shells they didn't want to leave. The sand was fine and soft; it was incredibly relaxing, especially if you just want to entertain kids and seniors. Even my 73-year-old mother loved it. The hotel grounds are like a park. For kids who love planes, this is a treat! I heard it's the only seaside airport, so you can watch planes to your heart's content. It's not noisy at night either; with the windows closed, you can barely hear anything. **Amenities:** Very child-friendly, everything you need is there. **Hygiene:** Excellent. **Environment:** A coastal garden. **Service:** Excellent. **2-3 Person Family Package:** Truly too much food, I suggest they make it available for lunch as well in the future. **Fuzhou Airport Shuttle:** Departs every 30 minutes, always ready to go. **Seaside Mini Train:** Absolutely a favorite for little ones.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The property is okay and I found the room to be surprisingly spacious. I mostly booked in order to stay close to the airport and for that, I will highly recommend it. The man at the front desk, who was possibly the owner, was even nice enough to offer me a ride to the airport to catch my early flight. I am grateful for the hospitality and will likely stay again if and when I fly out of Fuzhou. 

Not far from the beach, with views of the sea and sunrise, the facilities are quite complete. The bathroom smelled of urine, no matter how I flushed. It was a shame for this ocean-view room. The bathroom paper was almost out. The quilt smelled like someone had slept in it and had some dirt marks. Did they not wash it? The mattress was very soft and comfortable. The airport drop-off was very friendly and the staff were very nice.

I frequently transfer flights at Fuzhou Changle Airport, and there are many B&Bs nearby. This place has excellent service. I had a lot of luggage, and the owner drove to pick me up and even helped me with my bags. The B&B is very clean and super close to the beach, just a five or six-minute walk. Plus, it's great value for money. Highly recommend!

The weather on the day I arrived was absolutely gorgeous, putting me in a fantastic mood. The blue skies and ocean were just perfect! I really loved the gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves. As I was traveling solo and wanted a peaceful New Year, this trip was incredibly satisfying (^^). The room itself was also very spacious, bright, and clean. I asked them to clean the room first thing in the morning when I headed out, and they were very prompt and thorough. It was a great experience. The breakfast 🍳 selection was also very diverse. Enjoying breakfast 🥞 while looking out at the pool was a lovely way to spend my New Year's trip! The ocean views from this location are truly therapeutic 🌊. They offer scheduled shuttle bus service for airport transfers and a tourist bus from the hotel to Dongdu Cruise Terminal. On the morning I left, I needed to go to Nanputuo Temple, and the bus was conveniently going in that direction, so they dropped me off near Yanwu Bridge. The manager at the hotel lobby even reminded me about it! Very thoughtful service!

My first time staying here was in May when I visited Xiamen. I booked a twin room back then, and I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway in the mornings. When I came to Xiamen again, I chose this hotel once more. This time I booked a double room and mentioned the soundproofing issue from my previous stay to the lovely lady at the front desk. There were fewer people passing by in the hallway this time, so the noise wasn't much of an issue. For the price, it's pretty good value for money! The location is excellent, right downstairs from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street.
