The hotel is located in the old city, which is great for daily strolls, allowing us to easily return for a rest whenever we wanted. They offer triple rooms, and while breakfast is simple, it's filling. The staff's English is excellent, making communication seamless, and the service is good. You can call the front desk to book airport pickup and drop-off. The hotel terrace offers fantastic sunrise views! However! When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing simple renovations, which Trip.com and its agents failed to inform us about! This seriously affected our health! But once we checked in, it was non-cancellable! And at that time, we weren't even sure if we could find another hotel. There were paint cans in the hallway, so our room had a strong renovation smell. I immediately contacted Trip.com customer service, but regrettably received no response, absolutely no response! Not even from a human agent! It wasn't until I checked out that they offered me a so-called 'solution'! I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service and hoped Trip.com would take international bookings seriously and fulfill its responsibilities! Regarding the hotel service, after I reported the issue, the front desk attendant showed me all the remaining rooms, but unfortunately, they all had the same smell. He then helped us turn on the ventilation fan; in short, he did everything he could to help. We had no choice but to make do for one night. If you plan to stay a month from now, I would still recommend it!

First of all, I booked this hotel because all the other hotels in the centre of Khiva look so outdated. You guys can see their toilet. Location wise a bit far. Need Yandex to go to city centre. But it is ok. Not bad. The bad part - NO AC IN THE ROOM. They have like a cooler but it didn’t help that much. Another bad part, the water pressure were not consistent. And a bit horror because no body else stay in this hotel during my stay. And the turn off some of the lights in the hotel, maybe to save electricity bill. The receptionists all were very helpful.

The two boys at the bank are very nice and careful to every need. The rooms are very new and all comforts. I felt home, even for one night. If I should go back to Khiva, I would certainly choose this structure.

The location is excellent, just on the edge of the city wall, the attractions are within a foot of 1-2, but this ancient city is really small, it seems that it is very convenient to live there. The net red restaurant Terrassa Cafe & Restaurant only takes 2 minutes to walk. This restaurant is delicious and recommended. Breakfast is rich, it is the kind of one per person, I can't finish it alone. I originally came to watch the sunset on the roof, but it rained on the day I lived, but it was a pity. The counter staff is good and recommended.

Manager -Receptionist was exceptionally helpful. He cooked brea6for us at 0530 hours one day and gave us box breakfast at 0400 hours the next day. Over and beyond service.

I was flustered by the sudden messages and even phone calls on WeChat. I asked for an extra key card just in case, but was refused. The room I was given was large, but I didn't find it particularly good. The bed was covered with a mere cloth, not even a thin duvet. There was a tiny mini-safe sitting there instead of a proper safe. In the evening, when I ordered a bottle of beer at the rooftop bar, someone brought me leftover beer. I asked for a replacement, and they did, though they seemed unaware of the situation. I felt uncomfortable because they kept trying to sell me other products. It would probably be better not to include breakfast. However, the location is excellent.

It was a bit far from the center of sightseeing, but the host was kind and the room was clean. Breakfast was also rich and delicious.

The hotel is located in the center of Ichankara, so you can always go back to your room and take a break during sightseeing. Also, the building was renovated and made by Medrese, so the exterior and interior are very fashionable and nice. It is run by family and the level of service is not good, but it is very kind and at home. I want to use it again next time I come to Hiva.

The friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all. Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner.
