The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all.
Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner."

The location was good, however the bathroom in my room smelt very bad, getting worse on my second day. Additionally the shower head holder was broken. The breakfast was also not that good. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough, however I wouldve expected a bit more attention to detail for the price

Guest UserThis hotel is located within Ichon Qala, the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Khiva. The cleanliness, location, service, facilities, and amenities were all wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind. It was the best quality hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan, and I would love to visit again!
What I liked:
• The room was super clean
• Excellent location
• Delicious breakfast
• Enjoyable conversations with the staff
• They helped exchange USD to local currency
What I found a bit disappointing:
• Honestly, nothing at all (seriously!)

The hotel is located inside Ichan Qal’a. It is new, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the hotel offers beautiful views. It also features a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.

It's right next to the main entrance of Khiva Old Town, which is super convenient. The shower and air conditioning facilities are quite modern, and the rooms are very clean. The courtyard is charming, and the staff are all very nice. Highly recommended!

Самым большим плюсом было расположение отеля - все достопримечательности рядом.
Завтрак сытный, хотя разнообразия особого не было.
Из минусов - очень плохо текла вода из крана, (про душ вообще молчу) ,прям совсем плохо .
