We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with a street view, but at check-in, we weren't given adjoining rooms. Instead, we got rooms in different directions and quite far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room overlooking a main road. The exterior of the building meant there was no direct street view, and the windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see out. We specifically paid more than for a standard double room to get a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading! It's also disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but without any discount vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There wasn't much Christmas decoration; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit.

Excellent room during the exhibition period. The breakfast was very good, felt like a solid four-star hotel. It's also close to the subway, which is great. I would definitely stay here again next time. Parking is convenient and free. The hotel facilities are very new, and parking is free. I always stay here for AAPEX; it's just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities: The hotel room was spacious. There was no bottled water, but there was a water dispenser in the common area.
Hygiene: Initially, I was given a pillow with obvious stains, which I found very off-putting. I then had housekeeping change it.
Environment: The location on the main arterial road, *****, is excellent, top-notch.
Service: The service was adequate, neither good nor bad.
There's a venue downstairs for entertainment. The value for money was pretty good since I came during the off-season.

The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.
The room is quite big and looks relatively new. The whole hotel covers a large area. It is off-season now, so there are not many people and it is quite comfortable to stay in. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, which can be used for breakfast.
We returned to our room after being in the ****** at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!

I’ve stayed at the Flamingo hotel 4 times and I’d have to say for the money spent this time around it has put me off coming back ever again.
No tea or coffee in the room, no drinking water (not even one bottle). Expensive “resort” fee per day with no “resort” to speak of.
Food is expensive everywhere inside the hotel.
The only thing it has going for it is the location.
Entertainment is old. I mean Wayne Newton. Is he still alive?!
Small towels big enough for children only.
This trip was the most expensive part of our trip around the world and we won’t he coming back.
I used to live the Flamingo, but even in the non-smoking room I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. I had to pay extra because the check-in time is so late in the afternoon and we got there at 2, and because my room wasn’t available when I checked in I had to pay for an upgraded room. Even though the room I got was not a newly “renovated” room like the woman at the desk said it would be and ended paying $500 Australian more. Not happy and very eager to leave Vegas because of this disappointing stay.

We had the best experience of all of our years of visiting Las Vegas this time at Mandalay Bay. The front desk clerk was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite. It was the most comfortable and luxurious room we've ever stayed in. We had a blast at the last river and wave pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

I got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a great ball view, which was a nice experience. The room was spacious and the facilities were new. However, there was no kettle or coffee machine, or even tea bags, which are basic amenities. Also, if you pick up any snacks or drinks in the room, you're charged after 60 seconds – it felt like a trap. On the positive side, the hotel gym was amazing, and the free parking was very practical.

Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The ****** staff are very nice. The view is amazing

NNengliyouduodaThe location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
JJason8It was so frustrated and annoyed that when we woke up early in the morning ready to go for a tour to realise that there was no water and no one had ever told us before. A 5 star hotel should not have made an assumption that their guests would not need to go to toilet and flush the toilet nor did the guest need to go out very early in the morning with the need of showering or brush their teeth.
GGuest UserI absolutely enjoyed my stay here at Main Street! The room was very clean and tidy when I arrived. This hotel is located away from the ***** which I appreciated but its also not a far drive away so it was perfect for my family and I!
GGuest UserOur room had 2queen beds which were very comfortable and clean. The room was large with a closet and drawers. Had a TV with free movies. Air-conditioning worked great. We stayed in the east tower and still close to the pool. There is 3 Starbucks on the lobby floor.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
