The Hyatt Place Billings, MT is located just 8 miles from the Billings-Logan International Airport and just 6 miles from Downtown Billings, MT. This will be the very first Hyatt to enter the state of Montana. Billings is rich in western heritage, including cowboys and American Indians the area is a major refinery area for the oil and gas mined in neighboring states. Billings offers amazing outdoor adventures including fishing, hiking and river access.
The airport and shopping destination were free to pick up and drop off, and the drink at the front desk was free to drink, and the atmosphere was very good.
The Heritage Inn is a Great Falls classic, I have been staying there with family since I was a child. It's conveniently located, has good service and the rooms are clean and nice. The ****** has a nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of menu options and lots of sports on tv screens.
Noise from pool was loud - screaming and yelling kids from 3 in the afternoon until 10 at night. Asked for room change but hotel was booked solid. Asked for partial refund but was told third party booked room which was not true. Also hotel put a $250 (double my room rate) hold on my card - for “extras “ that might be charged to my room. Had no notice of this until I checked in! Was told it would be refunded on checkout - also not true

The location of the hotel is the highest building in the local area, very conspicuous, brand hotel chain, or very reassuring, you can relax and rest on the way. The marble table restaurant near the hotel is worth recommending, high-end Western food, but there is a taste of Chinese food. On the way, I passed the Devil Tower. It was a very good attraction. I saw a few people climbing. I saw a few elk foraging. I saw the little squirrels who were not afraid of people. They were growing up. Very good walking passage, surrounded by a week, not long, there are beautiful scenery, There are also short and long passages to exercise the body.
The front desk wasn't friendly and charged me double the damage deposit. They told me they would resolve it and I would get an email saying it was going to be resolved. I got a email with nothing resolved. I won't be going back to that establishment. Extremely disappointed.

__WeChat301827****Room: The area is relatively large, the facilities and hardware are relatively new, the surrounding environment is quiet, it is a little far from the city.
Service: The front desk and restaurant have a good service attitude, there is free coffee in the lobby, hot food for breakfast, fruit, not many varieties but enough to eat, 5-6 there is free happy hour.
GGuest UserHotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice.
The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.
GGuest UserThe room was clean, but the whole place is just shabby. The sheets were stained. There were zero amenities, not even an ice bucket. No pen/paper at the desk. No front desk staff the entire time I was there. The ice machine was leaking and there was huge gross puddle on the floor/carpeting in front of the machine. It's a very strange set up with outside doors and inside doors. The safety latch was missing on the outside door of my room which made me feel very unsafe. Overall I would not stay here again.

PpengyuHotel location is particularly good, parking is convenient, downstairs is the gas station, just near the entrance of West Yellowstone Park, next to the supermarket, restaurants have many choices, there are 15 minutes walk nearby, there is also the Yellow Grim Bear Zoo and History Museum, in addition to expensive, no problem. I saw a rainbow after this rainstorm, great
RReyaThis is probably the most modern and upscale hotel in West Yellowstone; the others are just motels. The rooms are large, but the facilities are older. I strongly recommend bringing your own hair dryer when visiting the US. Here, no matter how expensive the hotel, the hair dryers are small and old, and it feels like they're just trying to compromise on quality. The most incomprehensible thing about this hotel is that they charge a $15 per person surcharge, claiming it's for free hot water, popsicles, and cookies on the first floor (all of which are awful, cheap stuff). If it's free, why charge? And you can't even choose not to. Isn't that blatant robbery? Just compare it to the free fruit and candy offered at Four Seasons hotels in China. The difference is huge!

GGuest UserOur stay at the Northern was perfect! We were cared for by the staff so well. We had an issue with our room and asked to be moved and they did so without a hesitation. They even upgraded our room! The road noise at night was pretty loud, but that can’t be changed by the hotel.
