It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

The service staff was warm and friendly, from the front desk Hedila to the restaurant, making you feel warm in a foreign country. The facilities are relatively new, the room is large enough and the price is relatively high.

My experience at this sea-view hotel in Tunisia was absolutely perfect! You can walk straight out to the Mediterranean beach, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were warm and attentive. For breakfast, I enjoyed authentic brik and Fatma's fingers, the pool view was stunning, and getting to the old city was super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

If u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

A pleasant stay. Lake Tunis in front of the hotel is beautiful, and you can enjoy the lake view from your room balcony. The hotel lobby is grand, and the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms were all very friendly. The breakfast ingredients were fresh. Although it's relatively close to the airport, you can barely hear the noise of planes taking off and landing when the doors and windows are closed. Standing on the balcony, you can hear the planes taking off and landing, but the noise isn't loud, and it seems like there aren't many flights taking off and landing each day.

If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
