Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

The location is very good, right by the sea. The room also faces the sea. The house is quite spacious, there is no parking lot, just park on the roadside. However, all cars park on the roadside, so it doesn't affect much. The facilities in the room are a bit old. The toilet lid is a later installation, and it can't even be lifted up. I have to hold the lid with one hand when I urinate.

The hotel is very large, the environment and atmosphere are very good, and the whole process is really comfortable. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, the overall experience is very good, and I will patronize it again!

The location is very good in the ancient city, close to the mosque and the ribat and the seaside, the front desk speaks English, the Wi-Fi speed is smooth and not stuck, breakfast is a local feature, you can go to the nearby north gate if you are not suitable, there are a lot of food, there are pictures on the signboard, recommended rolls, there are carrots, cabbage silk, Fries, barbecue, spicy taste, the price is 6 dinars, similar to the domestic burrito taste, eating habits. The breakfast provided by the hotel looks at the pictures, including coffee, bread, peach, date palm, cucumber, tomato, egg

Nothing to complain about, magnificent

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

It is not a structure of a large

The sea is beautiful, the staff is polite, we only stayed one night, so we didn't notice anything critical. Overall, the hotel is a solid 3*.

Could be a lovely hotel but need a refurbishment to the bedrooms and bathroom, very dated Constant noise from very loud music downstairs til 11 then when that goes off even louder from the club downstairs til 5am Staff very friendly
