All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

Very clean and very big, have all the furnitures same as a complete house. Have 3 bedrooms with 7 beds 🥰🥰🥰 and the kitchen have all the accessories for cooking but inside of that we eat outside 😂😂😂. And also have a very big sitting room with 2 big size TV.

The hotel is comfortable and generally good value for money. Room was big and the bedding was very good. The bathroom was a bit old and sometimes had a pipes smell which was unpleasant. The downside is really the location - Al Bat’ha neighborhood is very bad, lots of trash and old buildings, streets are packed with immigrant workers strolling around. Not a very nice place to be in.

Consistent with IHG brand standards, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the office network is smooth. The multilingual front desk staff provides professional service. The location is ideal for business meetings, and the facilities are comprehensive. Expense receipts can be exported with one click. It's a great value for money option for business trips to Riyadh, and my stay was satisfying.

What I loved about my stay at the Radisson Hotel Riyadh was the comfort, tranquility, and excellent location, in addition to the great organization and wonderful service. I'd especially like to thank employees Lama and Hanan for their warm welcome, professional demeanor, and attention to detail. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was a beautiful experience that I truly appreciate, and I hope to visit the hotel again in the future.

The staff were friendly and nice. However they were disorganized and couldn't find my booking for ages. In the breakfast they kept coming to check over and over again and I had to show them my app that the breakfast has been paid for which was humiliating. They did this to another guest as well. The breakfast itself was excellent. The room card won't work and was a massive inconvenience but the terrible thing was extreme noise from the surrounding construction. I won't go back for a few years until all the work is complete. Room and bed size was tiny but I didn't mind as I was solo traveling.
