For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.

The hotel is about a 13-minute walk from the train station, and its location is excellent! Right across the street is the fish market, which is super convenient if you want to try some fresh local food. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to the Bryggen UNESCO World Heritage site! It's a bit pricey, but I'd definitely recommend this Scandic hotel chain.

I love everything about this hotel!! It was exceptional especially for the breakfast, i can’t help but be so greedy that i ate everything served. (don’t worry there were no food waste!! everything went directly to our bellyđŸ€Ł) we got free room upgrade as well with amazing view. at night we played some board games to spend time as outside was too cold

It is only a 2 minutes walk from FlÄm station. Building of the hotel is beautiful. Our room has access to garden on first floor. Very peaceful and quiet stay. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is great with Norwegian spread. Staff are friendly. Swift checkin.

The old hotel has a sense of age, full of quiet atmosphere, many details and historic art paintings. Just next to the station, the traffic is super convenient. The breakfast is full and complete, and you can see the scenery and pedestrians outside the window.

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list( ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

Well located hotel, which allows you to visit Bergen on foot. Nice room but the shower is still perfectible! Varied choice for breakfast, there is something for everyone! Good value for money. On the other hand, contrary to what is written on the conditions indicated at the reception and in the elevator, when we wanted to leave our luggage until our departure, the receptionist told us that it was possible but that she did not guarantee surveillance because there was no more room in the luggage room! Too bad, it spoils the good assessment a little

Excellent location. 3-5min walk to tram #1 that takes you to the airport for an affordable price. Walk behind towards harbour, you will see Bryygen & fish market, all within 5-10min walk. After fish market is the 5hr ferry to flam, Norled. Train station is 15-20min walk beyond the fpuntain/pond. Room is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, as the sofa can sleep 2. The dish washer was not cleaned out & the dishes were left quite dirty from previous guests. I did a clean up of the kitchenette & sanitised the room myself. The next guest will be pleased. They did clear the garbage daily & reception was very helpful. Washing machine was not functioning well but you can still wash. Took abt two rounds, and it's free, just buy the laundry pods from reception. A small supermarket Rema1000 is nearby and there were plenty of food choices around, incl mcdonalds. All in all, we were pleased with the lodging.

The hotel has a great location, right near the pier. Although the exterior is European-style architecture, the rooms are modern and simple. The rooms are spacious enough to easily accommodate two large suitcases. Room cleaning was very prompt. The restaurant is indeed beautiful, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The staff are all warm and attentive. Parking was done in the hotel's recommended parking lot for over 47 hours, costing 467 kronor. I don't know about any discounts, just for your reference.
