Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! We recently stayed at this hotel with our family to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, providing a pleasant stay for our family. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to get around. The overall environment was welcoming and relaxing, which made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the hotel team for the great hospitality. Checked in at 3:30pm on a weekday and was told the room still wasn’t ready, which was disappointing considering it wasn’t a public holiday and the hotel didn’t appear particularly busy. After a long day of travelling, the last thing you expect is to wait around past check-in time with no proper explanation or urgency from staff. The facilities were another letdown. Went for a swim around 9:30am only to find the pool closed for cleaning during peak morning hours. The spa and steam room were also frustrating to use because we had to search for staff every single time just to get them switched on. It defeats the purpose of advertising these facilities if guests can’t conveniently access them when they want to relax. Overall, the hotel looks nice on the surface, but the service and management of the facilities really took away from the experience. For a Pullman hotel, I expected a much smoother and more premium stay.

This 2-year old Sarawakian chain hotel offers a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The front desk and Noosa staff are friendly. There are in-house cafe and convenience store on ground floor, in-house restaurant at 2nd floor, and rooftop event hall. The hotel offers open-air balcony on every floor, so hotel guests can catch spectacular sunset scenery over Gunung Serapi in the horizon. The room is very spacious, but a bit too dim. Even the bathroom (especially shower area) is too dim. The shower knob is confusing and troubling. Roadside parking spots are plenty and nearby. Otherwise, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I stayed at City Rise Hotel Miri for the second time and overall it was a pleasant experience. my stay included breakfast. Although the variety of food options was not very extensive, the nasi lemak was surprisingly delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal. The hotel remains a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for short visits. I would consider coming back again in the future.

4🌟 stay at Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing for 4D3N. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff throughout our trip. Housekeeping also did a good job with room cleanliness and bed arrangement daily. One of the best parts of the stay was the beautiful view overlooking the Kuching Waterfront. The sunset view from the room was really nice and relaxing, especially during the evening. Breakfast had quite a good variety. During our 4D3N stay, the live stall consistently served Laksa Sarawak and Kolomee, which was a nice local touch. The salad section and some hot dishes were changed daily as well, so breakfast did not feel too repetitive. However, for a 4-star hotel, there are still quite a number of maintenance details that need improvement. On our first night, we faced an issue with the air-conditioning not being cold enough. After informing the front counter, the staff responded well and arranged a room change for us. The second room had much better air-conditioning. Another small point for improvement is the room amenities. Coffee and tea were only replenished on the first day of check-in and not refilled during the following days. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team, but the hotel facilities and maintenance can definitely be improved further.

The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok.

Value for money. Right in the city center and within walking distance to time square. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No chair at all in the room and the only place to sit is on the bed or floor. Complimentary gelato is ok, so don expect too much.
