Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! Thank you so much to Rooms Division Manager, Royce Villegas, Concierge and Security Manager Aidil Julaihi, Duty Managers Kendrick, and Mike, the amazing Club Team, Concierge team, Security team for looking after us sooooo well! Location : nearby attraction area, just by walking distance Service : good service, tv is something wrong then called the technician to set the setting. He was very helpfull. Cleanliness : bathroom 4/5 , bed is okay Staff is so warm and Very good Breakfast food was average , but we enjoyed it.

While the room wasn't huge, it had all the essential amenities and the location was excellent. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it super convenient for both getting around and eating out. The only downside was the inconsistent hot water supply; it wasn't hot enough and quickly turned cold, which really impacted my shower experience. I hope they can improve their hot water system.

It's quite close to the beach, so a stroll along the shore after dinner is a great option. There are also malls nearby. Overall, it's pretty clean and hygienic, but you can't really compare it to hotels back home. The rooms are all interconnected by a door, so the soundproofing isn't great. It's best to request a room without an internal connecting door when you check in.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok.

Hotel location is great. First night when we arrived, we were assigned with a connecting room and the AC noise was unbearable even after it was turned off. After we requested for changing the room, the staff gave us a different room where the AC was normal. The shower room cleanliness needs to be improved, a lot of water stains but if you’re not picky, it’s not that obvious. River view room is definitely the best but I’d say the city view is not bad either. For pool access you need to go to the Putri wing, it’s not in Astana wing.

The hotel offered great value for money, probably because it wasn't peak season. Our room faced west, which meant we got to see beautiful sunsets and take some fantastic photos, though it did get a bit too hot. Luckily, the air conditioning was powerful, otherwise, sleeping at night would have been impossible. The bathroom design wasn't ideal; it was too dark and cramped, definitely something that needs improvement. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent, really fantastic.

The view was absolutely spot on - definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Kuching Waterfront, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, cafes, and local spots. Everything was within easy reach, and the area has a really nice, relaxing vibe, especially in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenience of being able to walk around without needing transport made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a strategic location with a great view.

The room was definitely not 33 square meters. The cups had limescale, and the bathroom amenities weren't replenished promptly. For a five-star hotel, using such an old kettle is unacceptable. The pillows were so uncomfortable; I couldn't sleep a wink for both nights I stayed. The mattress must be really old, as it was already a bit saggy.

Out of my surprise this hotel is newly built and operate since March 2026 and very convenient as walking distance to biggest mall in Sarawak- Vivacity Megamall and u can have everything settle over there for food, leisure , shopping, movie etc. While convenience store just located beside the hotel. Easy to move around to BCCK for event and event grab away to Water front area. Cosy stay and the level 5 check in counter is impressive, with nice music and the waiting lounge is amazing with free flow coffee, tea & water. Their concierge service is good. Front desk staff is friendly. Things to improve: - outsource breakfast to Kopitiam beside 7eleven as their serving is very slow and not key in order accordingly with the limited breakfast choices & not buffet style which will be more convenient. - to have a place for laundry service since 11-14floor is not yet operate…
