Hotels With bar in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco

My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints. Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle service to the hotel. Great atmosphere! The carpeted elevator was a particularly surprising touch. The room was clean and had everything I needed. There's even a pool in the courtyard! Thanks for the hospitality!

Casablanca beer wad really nice. And I meet a kind lady and hers daughter. We had a friendly talking and trip together!

This hotel is a gem! The value for money is excellent. It's very clean, and the room smells lovely. A special thank you for the room choice – the ocean view is breathtaking. The location is convenient too: it's a stone's throw from the beach and close to shops/cafes.

Some receptionists were super unhelpful and others were relatively helpful. Doormen were stellar and always help with your luggage’s etc. Curtains had some stains and there was a roach in the room.

The Hotel offers a solid, comfortable stay with great value for the price. I especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The breakfast selection was good, though it could use a bit more variety. Staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive. A few minor details, like slightly slow check-in, kept it from being perfect.

In this fantastic hotel, the staff greets guests with great kindness and warmth. If any issues arise, they will help you find a solution. I am especially grateful to Taha at the reception. I highly recommend this experience if you ever visit Casablanca. Arigatou gozaimasu 🙏😊😊😊✨✨✨

A bit overrated hotel to be honest. Opposite Casa Port station BUT trains from and too the Airport, now ONLY go from Casa Voyageurs. That has just changed just this week. Service at Reception left alot to be desired. One man was particularly unfriendly to several arriving customers. The rooms are ok but the sink/shower area is far too dark, hopeless for shaving etc. No floot mat for the shower, so can be slippery. Bed is ok. Breakfast? A chaotic layout to be honest, one person actually complained too, then 3 staff came out, started talking to each other, blocking new arrivals! No labels for Jam, you had SIX pots all looking the same!! I could go on but really for such a hotel chain, they should really get their act together. IF you need to stay at /near Casa Port, there is also the Novotel next door, a bit more expensive but probably better.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that
