Hotel is modern and new. Room is very spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful. We forgot that we reserved a parking space and the staff is able to check and find our reservation record so we are able to park our car in the hotel.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Its location is extremely convenient, only a few minutes’ walk from Toyama Station, which made traveling around the city and nearby areas very easy. The room was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. Despite being in the city center, it was quiet at night and I had a very good rest. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable after a long day of traveling. The service was also outstanding. The staff were polite, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the signature warm DoubleTree cookie on arrival was a lovely touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, this is a great hotel choice in Toyama. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is just two blocks from the station. The lobby is quite grand, but the rooms are a bit dated. If you opt out of room cleaning, you get two free bottles of water daily. Breakfast is served on the top floor with views of the snow-capped mountains, and the spread is pretty good, though it does get a bit repetitive if you stay for several days.

Although it’s listed as a 4-star hotel, I would wholeheartedly rate the service as a true 5-star experience. The room is warm and cosy, offering a comforting retreat, while the staff go above and beyond with their genuine friendliness and attentiveness. The view from the room is simply breathtaking, adding an extra touch of magic to the stay. Considering the overall experience, the price is remarkably reasonable—an exceptional value for such quality and hospitality.

Nice Japanese breakfast. Strategic location to get around Gokayama and Shirakawa. In front of the hotel is the biggest Gassho style house in Japan that has a long history of being owned by samurais and where the emporia family had visited many times and is considered a cultural heritage of Japan.. I would go back to this hotel because of its location.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Unazuki Station. Since there was a heavy storm that day, It was raining, so it was a bit awkward dragging my suitcase to the hotel. It was just renovated in 2023. There is a little smell in the room and the hot spring is very good! I paid extra to book a private bath. The water quality is so comfortable! The accommodation included dinner and breakfast the next day. The dinner was delicious. A male waiter could speak simple Chinese and had been to Shanghai. Basic communication was no problem. Breakfast the next day was still delicious. This hot spring area is relatively unpopular and there are not many online introductions, but it can avoid the crowds.

Eat a bad stomach for breakfast, dehydrated. The dinner was inconsistent with the menu, and there was a yak, but it didn't come up. I asked, the proprietress said that it was a wrong menu, but finally gave a plate.

酒店讓人難以忘懷，一泊二食選的應該是最普通的套餐，但是仍然讓人驚艷。透過落地窗，在庭院雪景中享用放題早餐，不論舌尖還是眼睛，都得到了極致享受。早餐的拌飯小食有好多種花樣，富山名物值得嘗試。擺盤精緻讓人不忍取食，一切都別具匠心。我們沒有預訂私湯，因為公共湯的風景更美！入住的客人很少，雪中温泉值得一試！作為世外桃源般的存在，要能接受店家有限的英文輸出哦，記得帶好手機翻譯軟件，一切都不是問題，店家會很積極的幫助解決問題！如果你來莊川峽遊船，不要錯過這個酒店~

畳の香りがとても良かったです(^^) 一人で泊まるには広すぎるくらい ゆったりした綺麗なお部屋でした。 綺麗すぎるので 部屋の隅に髪の毛が何本か落ちてたのが ちょっと気になりました、、、 大浴場も広々としていて良かったです。 露天風呂も最高でした(≧∀≦) 好きな柄の浴衣を選べるのが嬉しかったです。 朝ごはん 美味しくて沢山食べられました！ お味噌汁が最高でした(^^) 部屋からの景色はイマイチでしたが、廊下から外に出て見られる夜景が最高でした(*^o^*) また泊まりたいホテルです。
