We chose the Zafra Parador because we traveled through Spain and stayed in the right place to rest on that night, but that was not the only criterion: it was a very beautiful historic building with conditions and good comments. EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.
