For convenience, I decided to have a snack at the NH Oquendo cafeteria with a client, taking advantage of the fact that I was staying there. Very very beautiful hotel, the hotel is large in size, located in the center of the ancient city, completely a modern castle after the change. Plus 40 Euro upgrade to the best room in the hotel, about 100 square meters, the various facilities in the room are very intimate and modern. Next to the hotel is a Michelin two-star restaurant. The 165 Euro one-person package has a total of 16 dishes and tastes great. The hotel has a garden restaurant, orange trees, grass surrounds, very beautiful.

Hotel service is very good and very friendly. Limited by the tight ticket of the last city, we took the night bus to arrive here. When we arrived at the hotel, it was 6 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is integrated with the ancient church, very special, breakfast is rich, the beds are clean, everything is perfect and impeccable. If there is another trip, you must choose this hotel.

We were originally assigned to room 101, but there was no WiFi signal at all. After reporting it to the hotel, they immediately changed our room to premium. Very good service. The room was very big and spacious, I loved it.

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Well located hotel, very good buffet breakfast but the welcome was not great, no smile, no explanations, hotel chosen because swimming pool and swimming pool closed. A bit disappointing compared to the 4 stars and the price!

The hotel is beyond imagination, it should be a historical protected building, just next to the town center square, the surrounding attractions can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Staying on the weekend, was very pleasantly surprised by our arrival, the front desk was very warm and friendly. Afternoon tea, bar and breakfast are very rich and worth recommending.
