The stay was good. The location is quite away from main train/bus station and from Masarykovo náměstí. With tram 13, you can come quite close to the hotel. The room was quite good, but building a bit old. Area surrounding the hotel: not that many supermarkets and restaurants in close vicinity, but if you walk a bit you can find some restaurants cheap and with good food. Surrounding area mainly Czech speaking, but friendly with foreigners and communication possible with Google translate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: good.

The breakfast is quite rich, the reception is warm, the air conditioning is very good, it is rare in Europe, the sanitation is relatively clean, the environment is beautiful, I like to book here next time.

The hotels in the city centre sometimes have no parking lot or hard to find a entrance of parking.
