The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Pingjiang Road, making shopping incredibly convenient. The facilities are brand new and highly intelligent; there's no need for traditional key cards as you can simply use facial recognition to open your door, which saves a lot of hassle. The room also features voice control, and the screen mirroring is very convenient with high clarity and great sound for watching movies. The staff are warm and attentive, truly commendable. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, so I highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend! This is the best value for money hotel in Wuxi! This used to be the Grand Hyatt, rebranded last year. The overall environment is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The high-floor views are expansive, and it's located in the heart of the city's central business district, with excellent dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. The overall experience was superb. From check-in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The butler followed up on our needs throughout our stay, proactively asking if we needed assistance – very professional and meticulous, making the experience top-notch. The hotel proactively upgraded the twin room we booked for my parents to a high-floor room on the 62nd floor for free, offering even better views and a more comfortable stay. This thoughtful upgrade was truly heartwarming. We stayed in the Candy House themed bunk bed room, and my child absolutely loved it the moment we walked in. After visiting several cities on this trip, my child directly rated this as their favorite place overall, saying they loved Wuxi the most. This high praise from a child truly reflects the hotel's dedication. The only minor drawback was the parking experience: upon arrival, there were very few signs, and almost no hotel-specific signage in the parking lot, making it difficult to find our way. Also, the third basement level had an unpleasant smell, while the second basement level was fine. This was a slight inconvenience. The hotel's proactive upgrade, the attentive service throughout, the excellent environment, and the comprehensive surrounding amenities, plus the kid-favorite themed room, made this stay a perfect 10. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip, this is an excellent choice in Wuxi. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi!

Location: This hotel is a landmark in Xuzhou, right in the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Confucius Temple and Pengcheng No. 1, and also close to the 1818 Night Market. You can even see these attractions from the hotel rooms. Getting to the subway station across the street requires a bit of a walk around to the traffic light, so we mostly took taxis, though you can also walk to Hubu Mountain and Huilongwo, exploring all the way to the museum and Yunlong Mountain. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. Cleanliness: Tidy. Service: I was initially worried that the front desk being on the 42nd floor would be inconvenient, but there's a dedicated elevator to go up, so it didn't feel like an issue at all.

Kind people that are willing to help out and whatever I needed they went out of their way to help me. Though the stay was shorter it was clean, nice, and quite great especially considering the price. Late checkout was very nice (2pm) as well as the shuttle. The breakfast buffet was very nice too! Also i don’t know much Chinese but I wanted to try ordering via ******* - their automatic robot delivered the food to me, which was a nice, convenient touch. Thank you! I can’t wait to visit again ☺️

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, with a fantastic Texas BBQ restaurant just a short walk away. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing — very limited selection and overpriced. For much less, you can find an excellent Chinese breakfast nearby.

A beautiful addition to Nantong. Stylishly decorated throughout with an overall feeling of space, the hotel impresses from the first. The lobby is huge, and staff are excellent and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and amenities emerge excellent with a standalone bath, monsoon shower, and a really amazing view from the comfortable bed! Breakfast is about as good as it gets with a huge range of food for any palate. If you’d like a touch of luxury while staying in Nantong, this is it!

I stayed at the Suzhou An Yi Hotel (Guanqian Street & Pingjiang Road Branch) during Chinese New Year, and my experience far exceeded expectations – a definite five-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, making it incredibly convenient for visiting temple fairs, sampling Suzhou snacks, and soaking in the ancient city's festive New Year atmosphere. It’s quiet yet centrally located, making getting around a breeze. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and smooth. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room for free, which was much more spacious and had excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep that completely alleviated our travel fatigue. The smart in-room controls were the biggest bonus. We could operate the lights, curtains, and air conditioning with just our voice, adjusting everything without having to get out of bed – so convenient and high-tech! Paired with the HD projector and streaming service membership, spending evenings in the room watching shows and movies created a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistent, with thoughtful details throughout. Although prices were higher and there were more guests during Chinese New Year, the service quality didn't drop. Considering the value for money and the overall experience, it's perfect for family trips or gatherings with friends. If you're celebrating Chinese New Year in Suzhou, choose this place – you'll have a comfortable stay and a delightful trip. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time!

Even more delightful was the free breakfast buffet offered every morning, with a rich variety of delicious local dishes. Every service detail showed great care.

📍 **Location and Transportation:** The hotel boasts an ideal location in the heart of Zhangjiagang city center, right next to the bustling Wanda Plaza. From here, it's an easy walk to key attractions such as the Zhangjiagang Culture Center, Poly Grand Theatre, and Liangfeng Eco-Park. I traveled by high-speed train to Zhangjiagang Station, and a taxi ride from there took approximately 15 minutes to reach the hotel, which was very convenient. For those driving, the hotel offers a spacious underground parking lot, ensuring parking is completely hassle-free. 🏨 **Environment and Rooms:** Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by its modern and grand design, with soft lighting creating an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were warm, professional, and quickly got me settled into my room. My room was on a higher floor, and as soon as I opened the door, I was impressed by its spacious and bright interior. The panoramic window design is fantastic; the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and the bustling nightscape of Zhangjiagang. The bedding was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and was stocked with premium toiletries, showcasing attention to detail and quality. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; despite the city's hustle and bustle outside, it was remarkably quiet once the windows were closed. 🍱 **Dining Experience:** I must commend the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet, served at Zhenchu Restaurant on the 39th floor, offered an incredibly diverse spread, with both Western and Chinese dishes to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed their freshly-made noodles; the rich broth and springy noodles, complemented by a variety of fresh toppings, made for a truly satisfying start to the day. The fresh, seasonal fruits were also a highlight, wonderfully sweet and refreshing. For lunch and dinner, I tried Yunwei, the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Its elegant ambiance, imbued with Jiangnan charm, perfectly complemented the exquisite and delicious dishes. The menu beautifully blended Huaiyang cuisine with local Zhangjiagang specialties, making every dish memorable. Oh, and the Executive Lounge on the 36th floor is also exceptional. The afternoon tea offered delicate and delicious pastries that were perfectly sweet without being cloying. Happy Hour featured a generous selection of hot dishes and snacks, including freshly carved Peking duck, which the staff thoughtfully rolled and delivered to our table. Paired with expertly mixed cocktails, it was an absolutely superb dining experience! 🏊 **Facilities and Services:** The hotel's fitness center and indoor heated pool are both located on the 4th floor. The fitness center is well-equipped and open 24 hours, perfect for my workout schedule. The indoor heated pool had clean, crystal-clear water, and after a swim, I could relax in the adjacent massage pool – pure bliss! The hotel's service also left a lasting impression. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt in their responses. On one occasion, I needed extra towels, and they were delivered to my room within minutes of my call to room service. Additionally, the hotel provides a business center with well-equipped meeting rooms, making it ideal for business travelers. My stay at the Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel was excellent, whether for business or a family vacation. While the price might not be considered low, the hotel offers great value for money given its brand reputation, exceptional service, and comfortable environment. For Marriott Bonvoy members, the perks like room upgrades and late check-out make it even more worthwhile. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

XXavierasyI booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby. The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt. The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone. The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

CChifanpeiyinliaoThis hotel is definitely a great place to walk your kids! The ecology is very good! We even saw a hare! But maybe it’s because it’s outdoors! It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high! The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help! The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning! The interior of the room is clean and acceptable!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and about a five-minute walk from the subway station. The staff are also very welcoming, and the facilities are all-inclusive, so you basically don't need to bring anything yourself. The air conditioning is a bit loud, which can make it hard to sleep at night. I wouldn't bother adding breakfast; it wasn't hot either of the two days I had it. There are plenty of breakfast places nearby, including Yaba Shengjian right downstairs.

MM224225****It's absolutely no surprise this B&B has been crowned the most beautiful in Zhouzhuang Ancient Town for several years running! The owner's design perfectly blends ancient charm with modern comfort; every single corner is a picturesque delight, offering endless photo opportunities. What truly touched my heart was the proprietress's exceptional kindness. She welcomed us with refreshing watermelon and snacks right when we arrived, and even had more thoughtfully prepared for us after a long day of exploring. The beautifully designed courtyard, complete with fish, turtles, and a swimming pool, adds so much character. It genuinely offers a unique and enchanting take on the classic beauty of a Jiangnan water town.

JJiafeibushimao~miaoLocation📍The hotel is right at the entrance of Shajiabang Scenic Area. It belongs to Huazhu Club with the Huajianting next door. The two share a courtyard. The children's playground of Manxinfu is also in the Huajianting next door. There is another Huazhu Club in the scenic area with a better price. Service: Smooth check-in, quick response, and children's toiletries and slippers are provided Facilities: The meal provided by the package is rich in variety. Coffee and bread coupons were given although they were not used. The family package in the package has a separate group purchase of 298, which tastes good. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock on weekends, with many choices and few Western styles. Let me talk about the points that I don't agree with: The fruit platter written in the 298 family package in the package was originally prepared to be packed, but the waiter asked if there were only 4 slices of watermelon. Haha, this platter... If you book a calendar room directly, you can upgrade the room, check out late, give souvenirs, and send bird watching coupons. There are none of them redeemed with group purchases. Bird watching coupons need to be bought by yourself for 50 per person😓

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

ἈστραῖοςTowards the end of my holiday, I chose the tallest hotel in Nanjing. The hotel provided a room on the 67th floor with a view of Xuanwu Lake and Zijin Mountain. The most striking feature inside was the large circular bathtub. Before this, I had already traveled to Shanghai during my third year of junior high school, dealing with work all the way, and was quite tired. For dinner and breakfast, I opted to dine at the hotel. Dinner was at the Summit restaurant on the 76th-77th floors, mainly featuring Huaiyang and fusion cuisine. It wasn't as salty as typical Nanjing dishes, and the cold dish with scampi was a highlight. The restaurant's main hall faces south towards Xinjiekou. Breakfast was at the coffee bar on the 45th floor, available from 9 AM to 7 PM. You could access the observation deck with your room card, which offered views to the north: Zijin Mountain, Jiming Temple, Xuanwu Lake, and the TV tower. The duck blood vermicelli soup and baked flatbread were very Nanjing in the breakfast spread, and the rest was typical InterContinental – very rich and varied. My only minor gripe was that the fruit station didn't have the cucumber sticks and juice often found at the Shanghai InterContinental; I had to get a bowl of cucumber slices from the salad bar. I visited the independently operated heated pool and gym after dinner, but it was quite crowded due to Chinese New Year, so it wasn't particularly enjoyable. I then explored the mall next door, which was pretty much as described by Nanjing local media. The only new development is that Sunrise Duty Free is setting up shop on the first floor and is currently under renovation. In a nutshell, my review of the hotel is: Majestic and awe-inspiring! Facilities: Everything you could need. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A unique experience. Even with a strong gale outside at night, there was no howling sound once the ventilation windows were sealed. However, before 9 PM, you could hear outdoor loudspeakers from the nearby park or square, which was unavoidable – the entire city acts like a giant amplifier. Service: Warm and thoughtful, with appropriate boundaries, which I personally find more important.
