This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

Letter of Commendation Last month, from December 16-17, I mistakenly booked an Executive King Room at Suning International Hotel. The first night, costing over 800 yuan, was forfeited because I arrived too late. I thought I would have to bear the loss myself, but customer service representative Amy proactively called me and helped me apply for a 14-day extension. As the new deadline approached, I found there were no rooms available due to a holiday, so she extended it again for me, following up patiently and cheerfully from afar. Her meticulousness and professionalism truly embody ”customer first” in every interaction. I am grateful to Suning for fostering such a warm team, and I wish Amy a prosperous New Year. I have already rebooked and can check in with peace of mind. I also wish to share this trust with every traveler. Suning is made warm by you, and travel is made beautiful by you.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

The Guankian Street Anyi Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is great, it's super convenient for getting around, and the service is excellent. It's incredibly close to the scenic spots, just a few minutes' walk away, which made coming back after exploring so easy. The amenities are top-notch, especially the very comfortable bed – perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. Housekeeping was prompt and always asked if I needed the room cleaned. It's also quite close to the subway station, and the area is very quiet, ideal for a good rest. The room was clean and tidy, and having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus – perfect for getting all my dirty clothes clean and dry after a few days of sightseeing. It's truly ideal for travelers. Although there's no breakfast, there are tons of great breakfast places nearby. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Location is everything! The Manxin Hotel by Fuzimiao in Nanjing is perfect for exploring the city. When visiting Nanjing, choosing the right hotel can save you countless steps! This time, I stayed at the Manxin Hotel by Fuzimiao, and its location is absolutely top-notch, practically in the heart of the scenic area. Just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you'll find the Fuzimiao Archway and the Qinhuai River cruise pier. After a night out, you can leisurely stroll back to the hotel with your snacks, no need for a taxi at all. Attractions like Laomendong, Zhonghua Gate Castle, and Wuyi Lane are also within walking distance. The metro station (Sanshanjie Station) is just a stone's throw away downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to take the subway to Xinjiekou, Xuanwu Lake, and the Nanjing Museum. You can also get to the city center shopping district for just the starting taxi fare.

For a trip to Suzhou, choosing the Crowne Plaza Suzhou was absolutely the right decision. The hotel has a unique exterior and beautiful surroundings, offering unobstructed views of Jinji Lake, which is stunning both day and night. The room was spacious and bright, with modern decor and fully functional amenities; the air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and TV all worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff patiently answered all our questions. When my child left their water bottle in the restaurant, Jessie promptly helped us find it and ensured a smooth handover, delivering it right on time. The hygiene was top-notch, with even the corners being spotless. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, catering to all leisure and entertainment needs. Nearby attractions and shopping malls are also easily accessible, making getting around very convenient. Overall, the experience was excellent and very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

The service is exceptionally attentive: The staff are warm and friendly, proactively assisting with luggage, and offering welcome fruits and departure gifts (the nougat is absolutely delicious!). Outstanding environmental design: The hotel's design is exquisite, blending natural landscapes with artificial intelligence, creating a strong ambiance. Excellent geographical location: Typically situated within the Slender West Lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. Rich unique experiences: Regularly hosts ”Hua Jian Xiao Ri Zi” (Flower-filled Little Days) activities such as intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and cultural讲解 (cultural explanations), allowing guests to experience local customs. Family/pet friendly: Offers family rooms and children's amenities, and some hotels allow pets and provide dedicated areas.

This trip to Nanjing, I chose Atour, a hotel chain I've been eyeing in various cities. However, my experience at the Nanjing branch was a bit less impressive than in other cities. The hotel's location is quite central, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station. Although the lobby faces a main intersection, it feels like the layout of the dining and front desk areas wasn't very well-planned initially. They ended up abandoning the prime corner entrance and opened a new one on a side street instead. Since the hotel probably opened in 2021, it feels a bit older compared to Atour branches that opened in 2024 or 2025 in other cities. The ventilation system also seemed to have a slight issue. I'm quite particular about bedding, and my preferred memory foam pillow isn't standard in the rooms. If you need one, be sure to request it early, or they might run out quickly… However, I found the standard low pillow in the room to be quite comfortable and acceptable. The mattress here is a bit on the soft side, which might be something to consider if you have back issues… Of course, the standard room amenities like separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, Laifen or Dyson hair dryers (depending on the room type), bathrobes, and capsule coffee machines are all still provided, and the water pressure is strong with stable water temperature… These aspects were quite satisfactory. The hotel's basic washer-dryer machines are sufficient, and their availability is displayed on the TV. Still, I recommend heading there a bit early to wait, or you might find them all in use… The gym equipment, possibly due to space constraints, is located with the laundry room, and there are a bit fewer machines than ideal. I must commend the hotel's service. Initially, I had a slight issue with the room I was assigned, but after communicating, it was resolved smoothly! Among the Atour hotels I've stayed at, the breakfast here had a rather average taste, though the variety of dishes was quite rich. If you can redeem points for it, it's fine, but I wouldn't really recommend paying for it… I hope this branch improves and gets better in the future!

The hotel room was cozy and elegant, meticulously maintained and spotless. The complimentary parent-child toiletries set was a thoughtful touch, making it safe and comfortable for kids to use. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was incredibly satisfying. But the real highlight was the view – absolutely stunning from both the observation deck and our room. Looking out from above, the entire city of Nanjing unfolds before you: the shimmering waters of Xuanwu Lake and the ancient grandeur of Jiming Temple are all within sight. Every step reveals a new scenic beauty, brimming with the gentle charm and poetic essence of Nanjing.
