Extremely satisfied with the hotel's facilities, amenities, and environment. The entrance was a bit hard to find, but once on the 7th floor, it was a pleasant surprise! The Japanese decor and design are perfectly showcased in both the common areas and the rooms. The tatami mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the showerhead was also very user-friendly and comfortable. The hotel's location is very close to Santang Street, with MixC nearby, and right next to Shilu Metro Station. I'll definitely book this place again on my next visit.

A perfect Dragon Boat Festival trip to Nanxiang (Shangri-La Nanjing). My friends and I planned a Dragon Boat Festival gathering in Nanjing early on, and I decided to bring my elderly parents along to experience Nanxiang (Shangri-La Nanjing). We came away with so many wonderful memories. On Friday, after checking out of the Westin next door, we arrived at the Shangri-La. The attentive doormen, spacious lobby, and familiar fragrance immediately made a great first impression. The long line of reception desks showcases the confidence of a large hotel. The young lady who checked us in was professional and enthusiastic, helping us secure a room with a fantastic view! Despite being a hotel that's been open for over ten years, Nanxiang, both in its public areas and guest rooms, is far better maintained than the Marriott next door. It doesn't feel old at all; instead, it has a timeless charm and excellent, attentive service. For this trip, I was out and about most of the time. My parents are older, sensitive to heat, and not keen on running around, so I booked a Horizon Club Partial Lake View Room directly through Ctrip and purchased the club benefits for both of them. After all, the quality of Shangri-La's restaurants is well-known, and it proved to be well worth the price. All three meals—breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner—were incredibly lavish and received unanimous praise from my parents, far surpassing the Marriott next door. What's truly remarkable is that even with high table turnover during a holiday, they managed to maintain such high service standards. That deserves commendation. We did encounter a minor hiccup during our stay when a phone order was mistakenly canceled. However, the staff reacted quickly and provided an acceptable solution right away. Next time I'm in Nanjing for a business trip, I'll definitely choose Nanxiang again.

Location: Excellent location—just a one-minute walk to the walking street and other famous attractions. Staff: Super friendly and always ready to assist immediately whenever needed. Facilities: Perfect for travelers who prefer having everything available in the hotel. Self-service laundry, drying machines, microwaves, and other convenient amenities are provided. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are much quieter than I expected. As a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed at all during my stay. Room: Very modern smart-controlled rooms with voice-command AI assistance, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with a great location, excellent service, modern facilities, and outstanding cleanliness.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! Facilities: The whole place is smart-enabled, very responsive and convenient. Hygiene: Extremely clean, not a single flaw to be found, both in the room and public areas. Environment: Thoughtfully designed and very trendy in its decor. Service: The service is what I'm most satisfied with. Every single staff member greets you proactively and offers assistance. We drove here, and the security guard on the first floor not only helped us without being asked but also gave us travel tips. He even quietly washed our car in the evening – I was truly touched. Every staff member we encountered over these two days made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a wonderful touch to our trip. They even gave us a farewell gift when we checked out. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was very diverse and plentiful.

Arrived at the hotel early in the morning after the Dragon Boat Festival, and they upgraded my room. The room was quite spacious, still retaining that classic Hyatt style. Surprisingly, there was a telescope in the room, though it wasn't particularly useful. The hotel's location is absolutely excellent. You can take the subway directly from Xuzhou East Station to right downstairs. Below the hotel is a bustling commercial street with shops and restaurants of all kinds. To the south, you can walk to Huilongwo and Hubu Mountain. Just across the street to the north is the Confucius Temple, the 1818 Night Market, and Fuguo Street is also nearby. Several must-try restaurants on the 'best-of' lists are all within walking distance. It's perfect for enjoying food and drinks without getting too tired, making it an ideal way to experience Xuzhou.

Before check-in, I received a message from Luanne at the hotel, who thoughtfully reminded us of all the details we hadn't even considered and made excellent arrangements. A big wish of mine when returning to Nanjing and staying at the Zifeng InterContinental was to see my alma mater, and this time it was perfectly realized. I saw my alma mater embracing the purple aura of Zijin Mountain, a moment I'll remember for a long time.

This place is perfect for business trips! It's quiet, spacious, and super close to the high-speed rail station. Plus, they offer coffee and late-night snacks, which is a lifesaver for us workers, haha. I think it'd be great for tourists too, because the rooms are genuinely huge and have everything you need. The staff also make you feel really safe and well taken care of! 👌👌

I added Leo on WeChat before check-in, and he thoughtfully sent me check-in instructions. A butler also picked us up on the day of check-in, and overall it was a great experience. What impressed me most after checking in was the attention to detail – the coffee machine, Dyson hairdryer, and fully automatic curtains in the room were all excellent. Thanks to Leo for arranging a room with a relatively good view for us. I especially want to thank him; we originally wanted to buy a birthday cake for our elderly relative, but after mentioning it to Leo, he gave us one as a gift – very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I'd heard for a while that the Hilton Changshu was considered the best Hilton in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region, so I specially brought my girlfriend to check it out this time. We booked an executive room on the 15th floor, which was supposedly recently renovated by the owner. The overall interior design is really impressive; you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The hotel service was also very attentive. The staff called us a day before to connect on WeChat, asking about many details and patiently answering all our questions. We arrived a bit late, so the lounge service was almost over. The swimming pool, however, was a fantastic experience, especially with its partially transparent bottom – very beautiful. Breakfast was also bountiful, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety and good flavors. Overall, the experience was well worth the price. If I come to Changshu again, I'll definitely choose this place.
