I stayed at Anshe Hotel in Suzhou for two nights and had a great experience! The hotel is very well located in Suzhou’s historic center, within walking distance of Pingjiang Road, one of the city’s most charming areas, known for its canals, traditional houses, tea shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere. It is also close to Guanqian Street and a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Before my arrival, I sent a message asking for recommendations on local attractions, and they responded promptly with useful suggestions. The hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay while spending most of their time exploring Suzhou. It does not offer facilities such as a restaurant, spa, or gym, but that was not an issue for me given its excellent location. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. The hotel was quiet despite being close to many attractions, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not bad, it’s not very close to metro, but it’s okay. Room is nice and big, but a bit dirty in some places. Unfortunately, there was no washing powder in the room, and I was told to go and buy it. The hotel provides breakfast, but it’s in the neighbourhood building and the breakfast itself was with quite a modest choice

The rooms at Xuzhou Suning Galaxy International Hotel are spacious and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options. The fitness facilities are excellent, meeting all your workout needs. Overall, it's suitable for both business and leisure travel, though the price was quite high during the New Year. It's definitely worth visiting again when the price is right.

My stay this time was excellent! The hotel itself is grand and impressive. The room was spacious with plenty of natural light and good ventilation, and it was meticulously clean with no strange odors. The bedding was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and responded quickly to any requests. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to get around and go shopping. It offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it!

The staff creates an incredibly warm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and ready to help 24/7. We would especially like to highlight Selena and Jin at the reception. The employees are always sincerely helpful. We don't speak Chinese, and they were always on hand: they helped us sort out issues with food delivery, communicated with couriers, and help solve all our unexpected problems. The hotel is conveniently located — everything you need is nearby. Breakfasts: hearty and tasty. We like everything. This hotel is ideal for work visits, but seeing how they take care of the guests here, we would gladly come here just to relax as well. We recommend the Hotel with all our hearts!

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! Facilities: The whole place is smart-enabled, very responsive and convenient. Hygiene: Extremely clean, not a single flaw to be found, both in the room and public areas. Environment: Thoughtfully designed and very trendy in its decor. Service: The service is what I'm most satisfied with. Every single staff member greets you proactively and offers assistance. We drove here, and the security guard on the first floor not only helped us without being asked but also gave us travel tips. He even quietly washed our car in the evening – I was truly touched. Every staff member we encountered over these two days made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a wonderful touch to our trip. They even gave us a farewell gift when we checked out. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was very diverse and plentiful.

The location is convenient and the environment is quite good. There are plenty of dining options right outside, like the Huiwei Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup, and a lively 'Lele Street'. The KFC breakfast opening at 6 AM is perfect for those catching an early train. It's very close to the train station. Overall, it's pretty decent, and the price isn't expensive. It uses a password lock, and you can even control it remotely. I would consider staying here again.

The environment here is unbeatable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sea views. Waking up to the sunrise always starts the day off right. Cleanliness: As a new hotel, the hygiene is top-notch. Single Buffet Breakfast: The breakfast is rich and delicious; I'd say it's the best you can get for 50 yuan. Facilities: The only downside to the hotel is the elevators. There are only three elevators serving floors 1-60, which means long waits. Sometimes, when going from the 60th-floor lobby back to my room, the key card takes a while to register, or I have to go down to the first floor before coming back up. It's a huge waste of time; it takes over five minutes just to get back to the room. I suggest optimizing elevator operations, perhaps having two elevators run the full range and dedicating one specifically for the guest room floors (56-60) to improve comfort.

The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable.

Our stay at the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hanjintang Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, right by the south gate of Slender West Lake, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Upon arrival, they proactively helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. They also gave us detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and local specialty foods, saving us a lot of planning hassle – perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' style vacation. The room's amenities were outstanding, featuring a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and even a capsule coffee machine, which was a delightful surprise for coffee lovers. The room also came with a Xiao Du smart voice system, allowing us to control the lights and curtains from bed, offering a truly smart stay experience. Moreover, the room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive. On the first floor, there's a small children's play area, so traveling with kids isn't a problem for entertainment. There's also a gym, perfectly adequate for a simple workout, and a free laundry room, significantly enhancing the convenience of our stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay; the experience was outstanding. We will definitely bring our family back to enjoy this comfort again!
