Even when you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your door, making pickup super convenient. It's clean, high-tech, convenient, and fun. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is excellent, and the high-floor view is quite good. The afternoon tea included in the Trip.com package was incredibly good value for money, I just forgot to take a picture before eating it. The room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The facilities aren't brand new; there's no high-speed hairdryer or smart toilet, and the power outlet next to the desk was a bit difficult to open. There's only one tissue box, placed on the vanity. However, these are minor issues and don't really matter; they're easily adjustable. What I found unacceptable were two problems. Firstly, the elevator shaft connecting the suspended lobby to the first floor constantly emitted a whistling wind sound, which was noisy and unsettling. Secondly, I'm not sure if the air conditioning system is old and ineffective, or if they're saving energy and haven't turned it on properly. I couldn't adjust the temperature or mode. Outside, the temperature was dropping fast, nearing zero degrees, yet even with the in-room AC control set to 28°C, there was still no airflow. I called the front desk, and it took an age for someone to arrive. They pointed a forehead thermometer at the vent, it beeped, and they claimed the vent was blowing 26°C, saying there was no problem and that this was the set temperature, controlled centrally by the hotel. The problem is, I had the whimsical idea to hold a paper-thin tissue up to the vent, and it didn't even flutter.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

I stayed at this hotel during the off-peak season, primarily because of its convenient location which I blindly chose. From the moment I arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful, guiding me to parking and assisting with my luggage all the way to the front desk for check-in. She even helped carry my bags up to the second floor after check-in – I was truly touched by her service! The hotel's location is excellent, right outside a pedestrian street, which is super convenient. The room decor was clean, and it featured a large projector, a refrigerator, and complimentary drinks. My wife even commented that it felt like a premium experience for a budget price. The hotel's design has a local garden style, offering a unique charm within. It's also very close to Shantang Street and Pingjiang Road scenic areas. I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone; as a tourist from Sichuan, I'm being completely honest – five-star recommendation!

I travel a lot these days, but this was my first time staying at a Manxin Hotel, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the Manxin Hotel in Nanjing's Confucius Temple area. The decor is very minimalist, clean, bright, and has a strong modern vibe with warm color schemes. The in-room facilities are advanced and convenient. What's even better is its proximity to Nanjing's core scenic spots; the Confucius Temple is within walking distance. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were warm, attentive, and polite, making me feel truly welcome. I'll definitely choose Manxin again next time I'm in Nanjing.

I've been to Suzhou countless times since I was a child, going on spring outings there, and also because I love Suzhou pingtan (storytelling and ballad singing). So, when planning a short, leisurely trip, Suzhou is usually my go-to. This time, I specifically chose a hotel in the Jinji Lake Scenic Area to experience modern, new Suzhou. After staying two nights at the Crowne Plaza Suzhou, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb. You step right out into a shopping district and a metro station. You can conveniently reach Shantang Street, North Temple Pagoda (yesterday, I walked from North Temple Pagoda through Pishi Street to Guanqian Street, then east to Daru Lane and Pingjiang Road – it was amazing for someone who loves Suzhou like me) by taking Metro Line 1 and transferring to Line 2 or 4. The shopping district around the hotel is also great, making shopping and dining very convenient. This morning, I took a comfortable one-hour walk along the Jinji Lake shore from the hotel. Now, about the hotel itself. If you're driving, parking is very convenient (the underground garage has a direct elevator). The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly fast (actually, before my trip, a staff member proactively called and added me on WeChat, sending hotel information and answering many of my questions). The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The breakfast had a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted great. The value for money is excellent. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose Crowne Plaza Suzhou again. Afterward, I asked and found out the front desk staff member who proactively contacted me was named Dolphin 🐬 and the room attendant was Scallop (their names perfectly fit the hotel's theme). Thank you for your excellent service! I hope your leaders see this and give you bigger year-end bonuses. Hahaha.

The location is incredibly convenient. You can walk to Slender West Lake, it's just across a bridge, and other famous attractions aren't far either. There are all sorts of dining options, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. If you come by car, the hotel even offers valet parking, which is a great touch!

This hotel is pretty good, located in the heart of Nanjing, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. I was in Nanjing for a concert and also wanted to explore the city, so I booked this hotel on Ctrip to try it out. The room was a bit small, probably because real estate is so precious in the city center! Overall, the service was good, and breakfast offered a nice variety. The first morning at breakfast was a bit chaotic though; a few aunties were running around trying to keep up, clearing tables, and making noodles for us, haha. She was incredibly warm and attentive throughout, truly making me feel at home. From the moment we arrived, Fiona greeted us meticulously, proactively helped with our luggage, and patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities and local attractions. She even thoughtfully recommended a sightseeing route around Xuanwu Lake based on our itinerary, and her genuine enthusiasm made us feel instantly welcome. After checking in, she went above and beyond with the details. Not only did she prepare a fresh fruit platter and drinks in advance, but upon learning of my preference for Nanjing's local snacks, she specifically recommended the duck blood vermicelli soup and taro balls at the hotel's 45th-floor restaurant, even helping to reserve a table beforehand. Whenever we had any requests, Fiona responded immediately, whether it was replenishing amenities or adjusting room facilities. Her efficiency and thoughtfulness were remarkable, with no delays whatsoever. When we checked out, she even brought a custom hotel souvenir and escorted us all the way to the elevator, reminding us of travel precautions. This heartfelt service far exceeded our expectations. Beyond Fiona's attentive service, the hotel itself has many highlights. The rooms on the 45th floor and above offer breathtaking panoramic city views, with Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain visible from our window. The room facilities were complete and spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The restaurant offered a rich and delicious array of dishes, combining Western and Chinese elements with local Nanjing specialties. The staff's service was equally attentive. Overall, both the hardware and soft services at InterContinental Zifeng are worthy of its five-star standard, and Butler Fiona's warmth and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. This trip to Nanjing became particularly memorable because of this heartwarming service. Next time I visit Nanjing, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend everyone to experience Fiona's exclusive service!
