The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Anything I needed, I just contacted the front desk and they took care of it quickly. The location is super convenient, really close to both the subway and bus stations. I was lucky enough to visit when it snowed, and the snowy scenery was absolutely stunning. After exploring all day, it was so nice to go for a stroll around Luoyi Ancient City in the evening. It's been quite chilly lately though; I almost just wanted to stay cozy in the hotel all day! 😋

Lovely clean hotel. Modern technology in the room for opening the curtains, aircon and lighting. Very high tech. Use your translator app to translate. Staff were friendly and helpful from front desk, cleaning lady and lady in the breakfast room.

Today I took my children to stay in the parent-child room in Xinlidu. The room has two beds, one large and one small, with space-themed decoration. The window is not as large as the view room, which does not affect the lighting and ventilation. The parent-child room specially prepared the children's toiletries and slippers, and was given a small badge and a little book. Water bar table two bottles of Yiyun two bottles of Centenary Mountain, this point deserves praise, many luxury hotels also use ice syrup. The front desk is still very enthusiastic, in and out of the face to greet very politely, next to the front desk in the afternoon to evening there is a buffet of fruit drinks and porridge, oranges are not delicious, pears are quite good. Lack of full-length mirrors in the room.

The room was great! I chose a street-facing room, and it wasn't noisy even with the windows closed. The temperature was just right without needing AC. Downstairs is the Drum Tower, so it's super convenient to find food and everything else in Kaifeng city center. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

Coming from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Once again, many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience, and special gratitude to our butler for their care and attention to my family. Looking forward to our next stay!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, with a great location that's perfect for families traveling with children. From the service to the hardware and software amenities, everything feels incredibly comfortable. The service is excellent. The front desk upgraded our room, and overall, the service was superb. Since we had a baby, we asked the cleaning staff for extra water, and they provided it without hesitation. The doormen were also very helpful when we were getting in and out of the car, always offering a hand when they saw we had a lot of baby items. On top of that, they extended our check-out time because our baby needed to nap, which was incredibly thoughtful. It really made me feel like this hotel has a grand vision and isn't petty with small details. When traveling with a baby, safety and cleanliness are paramount, and thoughtful service is an unbeatable bonus. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

Room very spacious and clean. Hotel decor is of old style maybe because it was built quite a while ago. Tried the heated swimming pool which was really nice with the outside temperature around zero degrees C. The breakfast was acceptable and staff was really helpful. Only little imperfection was the Fan coil unit have squeaky noise when at medium and high speed. at low speed was quiet, so the engineering department should up their effort to make the stay more perfect.

When I checked in, the front desk didn’t say anything and immediately helped me upgrade the room type for free. Thank you very much! From entering the door to checking in, both the environment and the enthusiasm of the service staff are very good, and the emotional value is full! The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Zhengzhou East High-speed Railway Station. It is very convenient. Due to the time relationship, I stayed for two days and forgot to take a few more photos. If I come to Zhengzhou again, I will choose this hotel and it is recommended.
