The view was great! I booked a city view room and the night view was beautiful. We even got to see the sunset as our room faced west! The facilities and service were pretty good, and the staff were very friendly. When we ran out of water, we could just get more from the front desk. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, probably because our room was close to the elevator.
Always my first choice in Brossard. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The location is ideal, right in Quartier DIX30, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and well organized, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays.
The hotel is far from Montreal, nearly 80 kilometers. If it is a travel card, choose carefully! The quality of the hotel itself is good, the hotel is fully furnished, the surrounding area should be a local resort, the weekend is very full, the surrounding natural environment is excellent
We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.
Good:
-Location was amazing, for old Quebec
-shower pressure was great
-views were amazing
Bad:
-They service huge groups (bands, hockey teams) and they ALLLLL check in at once. Multiple times we couldn’t get back to our room because the line for the elevator went all the way through the lobby.
-the floors were gross. Old an poorly installed laminate, we had over 1cm gaps between ends of boards and crud in between. It was winter and no floor mat in the room meant melting snow and gravel
-room attendants didn’t restock the coffee in the room, and even those packets only had one teeny packet of creamer.
-the coffee maker would only make one mug before shutting down for 15min. It would overheat?
-the hot tubs were the heat of a bath
Two of us thought the beds were decent, two of us didn’t. I left in pain.
Depends on what you need. Don’t overspend, it’s not worth it
A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room.
The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing...
Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever.
Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.
Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Accommodated us for our daughters late check out due to online schooling. Clean.
Cons: no soap in bathroom. Mattress are hard.
The hotel was just a short walk from Château Frontenac. There were also many cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops nearby, which was very convenient.

Very Good
FFiona LieIt is a very nice place conveniently located at the chinatown area so you will have access to great food, near the piers and do sightseeing during the day.
HhaydyweiThe hotel is right next to Chinatown, and the subway station is conveniently located across the street to the left of the hotel's main entrance. If you turn right from the main entrance, you'll find a Southeast Asian food street. It's a fantastic location, just a 7-8 minute walk to attractions like the Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, the underground city's fountains, and the Berlin Wall photo spot. What was most surprising was the hotel's Chinese-style decor, and even the food ads in the elevator were in Chinese, which felt very welcoming. We booked a twin room, and it was quite spacious with two comfortable queen-sized beds (1.5m). Some front desk staff speak Chinese, though not always available. Overall, the service was good. The only minor downsides were that the room didn't provide slippers or a kettle, and there was no complimentary bottled water.
GGuest UserThere is no breakfast, the service is average, and a deposit is required when checking in, and the deposit is returned when checking out, which is obviously troublesome and inconvenient for guests. Room inspection is required every time you check out.
GGuest UserThis guesthouse in Montreal offers exceptional service. While the cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired, the staff's friendliness and the overall facilities were outstanding. I had a very pleasant stay thanks to the hospitable team.
JjiahuhuUnder renovation, there is shuttle bus shuttle, good choice for transfer. There is nothing to see in the surroundings, and now there is nothing visible at minus 20 degrees except the snowdrift. I originally planned to make a snowman, but I didn't feel my hands in the snow.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement:
1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests.
2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor.
Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.
GGuest UserMy stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in downtown and close to all the fun spots, many just a short walk away. The lobby greets you with a refreshing scent and genuinely warm smiles from the staff—they make you feel right at home from the start.
I had the juiciest steak ever, and the 24-hour heated pool? Total relaxation! The only thing I’d change is the pool’s location. You currently have to walk through the restaurant and lobby (which are open to non-guests), so it feels a bit awkward strolling by in your swimsuit. A private walkway or different pool spot would make it perfect!
Overall, I had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 🤗
GGuest UserMy experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. Lastly, since the hotel was going through renovations, our last night at the hotel was horrible since the day before the AC units on our floor were turned off cause of the same renovations previously stated. In summary, an awful experience especially for how expensive the hotel was. The only good thing was the location but will never stay at this Embassy Suites again
GGuest UserI had a truly memorable stay at this iconic hotel in Quebec City. The property has a timeless, classic charm and is especially well-known among Korean visitors as a filming location for the K-drama Goblin, which made the experience even more special.
The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a beautiful blend of heritage character and modern touches throughout the hotel. You can really feel the history while still enjoying all the contemporary comforts.
One of the highlights was joining the hotel’s guided tour program—it was such a fun and insightful way to explore the property and learn more about its story.
Overall, a unique and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec City.
LLivyC75The hotel room was very spacious and well-designed with a large comfortable bed. There’s also a sauna with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The location is just north of Berri-UQAM station which makes travel convenient, although the area itself isn’t particularly safe and during the summer months, it’s clear there are a lot of individuals suffering from homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles who use the surrounding neighbourhood parks to hang out. The hotel staff were generally helpful although there were a few times we made requests to the front desk that needed following up. The amenities in the room itself felt very well-maintained. One downside was that there was no free bottled water provided and we had to buy water from the shop in the hotel lobby, which was heavily overpriced and we thought it was a bit ridiculous considering the price we were paying for the room. Overall, would recommend as it is a cheaper hotel than others but this comes with a price in terms of area safety and amenities provided by the hotel.
