Overall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far. The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform. Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

This is my third time staying here, and once again, I had a great experience. This time, I chose a different room, and I was happy to find that it was still very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The apartment is great for a short-term stay, with complete facilities for cooking, washing clothes, and other daily needs, making it feel just like home. The jungle-themed concept is also really unique, creating a cozy, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere. The customer service and admin team at Nest Home are always helpful and responsive. They respond quickly to questions and are willing to assist whenever needed, which makes the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate the consistency of the stay, especially since this is already my third time here. Different room, but still the same level of comfort and spaciousness. Definitely a place I would come back to again. Highly recommended!

Airbnb style rented thru Trip Platform. Doesn’t have your daily housekeeping. Drinking/Mineral water also not provided. You have to purchase yourself, no water filter/cooler in the room. Suggest buy from nearby KK Mart. Car park was damn crazy, stayed at Level 25 but allocated a guest parking lot at Level 11. The speed ramp is confusing for ppl at first. “Resident” carpark start at level 5. Every level of parking is actually two floors

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Space Residency JB. The unit was clean, new, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. The overall environment was comfortable and everything felt relatively new. The only downside was the entry and exit process. Each time we entered or left the residence, we had to provide the unit number and wait for the security personnel to verify the details and take a photo. While I understand this is part of the security procedure, it can be a little inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay overall.

The location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block. After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes. Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats! Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

We had a fantastic family stay at the Sunway Grid Loft Suite! The place was impeccably clean, the location was super convenient, and the amenities were great. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning on the second floor wasn't cold enough. Overall, still a highly recommended stay for families!

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Nothing great other than view. Service request is attended by AI on what's app. There are ants crawling on dining table. Heater capacity is insufficient to fill a tub for hot bath. The hotel is called jacuzzi suites but jacuzzi does not work. Security staff are helpful. Convenience store on 2nd floor is well stocked.

Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️
