We were first given a room with a leaking bathroom, but after reporting it to the receptionist, the issue was handled quickly and we were given a replacement room. The hotel was comfortable, with plenty of kid-friendly facilities. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent—every hotel staff member we passed always greeted us with a smile. The only downside was that we had requested an anniversary message on the mirror via the app, but it wasn’t done. Other than that, if we ever come back to Garut, this hotel would definitely be our top choice.

Layanan dari receiptionist mas Ilham sangat baik, respon cepat dan ramah , begitu juga sekuritinya sangat ramah, kondisi kamar bersih dan semua perabotan masih seperti baru, fasilitas gym kolam renang dan sauna juga dalam kondisi sangar baik Mantap!!

Gatewaw Pasteur lokasinya mudah dijangkau, area yg nyaman dan aman. Unitnya bagus, hanya sayangnya kurang bersih. Sudah 3x nginap disini, di unit yg beda, tapi masalahnya sama, banyak anak kecoak di kamar mandi dan pantry. Jd harus sedia baygon spray kecil. Kompornya yg unit Topaz B ini gak bisa dipakai, untungnya ada dispenser hot water. Over all sih ok, pasti reservasi di sini lg kalo ke Bandung.
