Besides the slightly broken bathroom door and the blankets that make my legs a bit itchy, the apartment was quite nice with many amenities, quite comfy and quite spacious. The online check-in was easy but the main gate was so difficult to open. It took me 2 minutes to open the door every time, but the kebab shop next to it is nice that they let us enter from there because they have a door directly leading into the building.

đlocation: Situated in an excellent location, extremely close to many places of interests, such as the old town and the escalator (a place where many people take photo, sorry for not knowing the exact name)
đservice: 100% self service, from check in to check out. One problem is that the locker at every floor in the fire stairs, requires a 2 euro coins to unlock it. Without knowing that it only accepts 2 euro coins, we tried to put TWO 1 euro coin, and the machine fails and it ate our money without giving backđ

The apartment is located at the bottom of the bica. Remember to point correctly when using uber. Otherwise you need to carry the luggage and climb all that horrible stairs. That demand a lot of strengthâŠâŠ
They have luggage storage and please note that there no service counter and need to use the check in machine
I tried to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner but failed and no one can help.
Overall satisfying

The checking process for this apartment was the most painful part ever, they have left things to technology but their tech didnât seem to work . After 30 mins call with advisor in middle of night finally we checked in our room.,
One miss at Trip.comâs side is that I was never provided the correct booking number starting with 6 which was to be used for machine check in which caused all the confusion and time wastage.
The room and location itself were ok and walkable to most shopping, eating and attractions in Lisbon.
We took apartment for 4 which has a double bed and 2 single sofa beds up and down , overall apartment is small for 4 but functional in small space.

The check-in at the hotel was time consuming as we were asked to upload every single guest's passport information on the spot using the QR code provided. This can actually be done beforehand if guests were informed before the check-in day. The city tax payment wasn't smooth as there was a problem with the transaction made on the phone and we needed to repeat the payment at the machine which caused us a double charge. It is refundable after contacting trip.com. Overall the room is clean and equipped with everything you need, just the check-in part needs to be improved.

The room is very nice and big, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the location is absolutely great. It is not difficult to get the key through self-service check-in, but it is best to write it clearly on the Ctrip page. In addition, Ctrip does not give you the password to enter the gate, so you have to contact the management yourself. I parked my car in a parking space across the street and was fined when I was carrying my luggage upstairs. The reason was that this parking space was only for residents and cost 60 euros.

It's good because it's close to tourist attractions. However, there are a lot of people in the alley near the entrance, so it's scary for women to go alone~^^

It would be good if the check in process was clearly explained beforehand. You will also need to note that there is a electronic check in monitor located near the lift for the self check in after you enter the building. Checking in via automated system was not that difficult but I had a hard time locating the other unit which was probably about 100metres away. I could not locate it on google maps and the map at the front door was not clear enough for me. The locals who stayed nearby kept telling me that there is only one Avenida Serviced Apartment in the vicnity. If you book this place do note that there are 2 addresses. I managed to find the other unit after trying to make out what the map means. They are not far apart. Just note that it is located adjacently across the road. It will be a sloped road thus there will be some difficulty lugging your luggage around the cobble stone roads. Other than this information that I think the host should share beforehand, the rest are good. Nice large apartment and generally clean and well equipped. I will consider staying here again

I wonât recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldnât open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didnât mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since itâs the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didnât have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

Title: Wonderful Apartment, Excellent Location
Lisbon City Apartments & Suites exceeded my expectations. The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was â I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away.

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.
TTaewanIt was better than I expected! I was more satisfied because the price was cheap.
However, the location is a bit ambiguous, but you can take a taxi to go to tourist attractions.
The supermarket is close
KkukItâs such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyoneâs needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! đ

JJefri I had a generally good experience at Locke de Santa Joana Lisbon. The hotel is beautifully designed, in a great location, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere felt modern and relaxed, perfect for both short and longer stays.
That said, there was a noticeable drainage smell in the room, which was a bit disappointing. It didnât ruin the stay, but it was hard to ignore at times.
