The room was great, and the location was convenient. It was perfect for a family trip. The reception staff were kind, lovely, and polite. Highly recommended for Thai people, as there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Great for traveling with a group of friends too.

This was my first time staying at Ascott Surabaya, and the experience was not very memorable for me. When I first arrived, the security staff were not proactive in helping unload my luggage from the taxi. Secondly, the lobby layout was not particularly impressive in my opinion. However, the staff were fairly friendly and explained the hotel facilities well. As for the room, it was decent and in good condition. The kitchen equipment was complete, and the microwave, washing machine, and dryer all worked well. The bathroom was clean, although I think it could be redesigned to look more modern. The check-out process went smoothly, but once again the security staff were disappointing. He just stood there without offering any help to load my luggage into the taxi. At that time I was carrying one large suitcase and one small one, so assistance would have been greatly appreciated. That should be part of a security staff’s responsibility, especially for a five-star hotel. For the location, Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) is located right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to visit Pakuwon Mall, the largest mall in Indonesia. For me, staying here once is enough. For some reason, I didn’t feel any significant comfort, especially for a five-star hotel, and the attitude of the security staff was very disappointing.

buat harga segini sudah termasuk good, kasurnya nyaman bgtt, viewnya bagus, bisa turun ke mall langsung, tp kalo mau stay di sini jgn lupa bawa handuk, sabun, shampo, sikat gigi, odol & hairdryer sendiri yaa😃🙏🏻 karna ini hitungannya sewa apart, room only jadi belum di siapin amenities nya

Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon.

Location is great, staffs are very friendly, breakfast is good, a very nice cafe downstairs stairs. Galaxy mall is within 3 minutes drive away and a lot of food within reach. The room is comfortable and clean. Good bed, kitchenette with coffee machine, washer dryer and huge fridge. Everything is great except for asking for high floor but was told highest is 3rd floor which is a disappointment as the road noise is a killer. It’s extremely noisy when there is siren or loud motors passing by, I have to turn on music to get to sleep.

Conveniently located near many dining options. The hotel offers a pleasant ambiance and comfortable rooms.

Semua baik. Udh langganan. Kamar bersih. Bisa akses kolam renang. Minus nya cm 1, receptionist nya ga 24 jam. Mungkin bs improve spy receptionist nya jaga 24 jam.
