Unfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, otherwise really super for the money.
Grade if you want to spend the night before the flight to Frankfurt.

What I liked best was the communication via WhatsApp.
Great.
The friendly lady at reception was also very helpful.
The kitchen had everything you could need.
Value for money.
Location 1 stop subway line from the central station, tram wise 3 stops away from central station. tram station just a foot step away from the hotel.
Overall cleanliness can be improved, dust is around the apartment.
Bed is comfortable.
Dish washer in the room.
Service wise other than check in no further interaction with the staff. Check in can be improved. We were in the q and only 1 person is serving despite the other check in staff is available.

The hotel is located in a cluster of hotels near the airport. It's just one stop away from Frankfurt Airport train station on the S8 or S9, at a station called Gateway Gardens. The surrounding area is pretty desolate, but the hotel itself has vending machines and a restaurant on the ground floor. As for the service, during my two-day stay, there were two front desk staff members. One was really nice and polite, even spoke a little Chinese. The other was a bit cold. The hotel's shuttle bus to the airport has increased to 6 euros and only accepts credit cards, no cash. The room size was decent. There were no toiletries or slippers, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Germany. I stayed in the first room on the first floor near the corridor, so I didn't have to walk far, and it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, for the price, the stay was quite good.
Location is not bad, very close to the main station. Rooms also looks quite well out but still very narrow, closer than in a hotel room at the same price, you can not even open the window entirely as the bed is on the way. But for what is advertised as a quasi-apartment, the equipment could have been a little better. The cutting plates (wood and plastic) were already very used and the coated pan that you get available was completely cracked and thus cancerogenous and unusable. Unfortunately, we could not use the television that you could have used even with Netflix in this way, because it was not connected to the Internet. After demand it was said by email that this was done with the TV, as where and when it was not said and as we were only a few days there, it never happened in the time. It was also mentioned that new pans have already been ordered, which has not brought us anything. Kitchen is of course practical, but I think it would be a good idea to provide oil as well as salt and pepper. In general, I don't think I'll book there again but for someone, especially for individuals, I don't think it's a bad idea if you want to use a kitchen.

As other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.

GGuest UserLocation is good just 100m from skylline plaza and staff very helpfull especially Margareta she is very nice but overall all staff they are very kind
GGuest UserThe room is relatively small, because you can cook inside, so the smell of oily smoke left by the previous guests will be heavier, and it is not recommended for those who are sensitive to taste. The advantage is that it takes about7-8 minutes to walk to the old city. The tram station is at the entrance of the hotel. It is noisy at night. The noise of closing the window is relatively weakened. It is not recommended to stay with high sound requirements.

AAnonymous UserSelf-check-in downstairs, self-made room card. There is an elevator to swipe the card. 2 euro city taxes and fees per person. The parking lot must be reserved in advance, 20 euros less than a day. You can park on the side of the road outside. The overall room is not small, it is clean, the shower is not small, the occupancy rate is very high
