I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in both service and comfort, making it a place I would highly recommend

The hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

The apartment was clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. When we needed help they came up immediately and even walked us to nearby locations to make sure we knew where we were going. A few areas for improvement. - The queen bed was a little hard - there was sewage smell coming from the toilet that was rather strong we had to close the bathroom - the room was hot so we had to open the windows even after they came to look at the temperature in our room Overall it was a good stay.

the location is excellent. can easily get a taxi and the subway is a 4 min walkm many restaurants and shops around. the big mall is next door. the host is excellent despote language barriers she was so friendly, nice and so so helpful. if you are a foreigner you can register your accommodation here so easily. the room was clean and spacious and there was even a washing machine that i used. overall great place i would book again and also reccomend

Very good hotel! Perfect location, just in front of the ski resort Wanlong. I spent two nights there and I enjoy it so much, is just sooooo convenient to sleep there, wake up in the early morning, have breakfast and give ahead to ski. They gave me new towels, new waters but they didn’t change the blankets and that is why I am not giving 5 stars to cleanness.

The room is very spacious, and the community environment is also good. Parking is free. The interior is relatively clean and quiet. It is very close to the main city. There are many restaurants within ten minutes' walk. In fact, I am quite satisfied with everything except that the toilet is clogged. , I can only go out to the toilet in the morning. The toilet seat is still broken. I am afraid of pinching my butt when I sit on it. I hope the boss can improve it soon.

the location of the hotel is perfect for ski-in and out. short 1h taxi ride to the airport. the hotel has a modern layout with open facilities for ski gear handling and diming. ski gear is absolutely new and good quality. Service was excellent - from checkin during whole stay a staff member ELLA took care of my topics as foreigner.
