We absolutely loved our stay at Shanyuyishe Boutique B&B in Dali Ancient City. The location was perfect for us — tucked away in a peaceful corner near Dali Ancient City, yet only a short walk to the shops, cafés, and attractions. What truly made the stay special was the hospitality. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, helping us with our luggage, preparing breakfast every morning, and always making sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the rice noodles, which we looked forward to each morning. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful courtyard and the overall peaceful atmosphere. A couple of things to note for families and travellers with larger luggage. The beautiful courtyard has a koi pond running through parts of it, which adds to the charm, but I was constantly keeping an eye on my kids as I was worried they might accidentally fall in. Thankfully, nothing happened, but it’s something parents with young children may want to be aware of. Another consideration is luggage. Vehicles can stop near the property, but you’ll still need to carry your luggage across parts of the courtyard. If you’re staying on Levels 2 or 3, there is no lift, so luggage has to be carried up manually. The owner was kind enough to help us, but it’s still worth considering if you’re travelling with multiple large suitcases. For our family room, one small downside was that although the room was very spacious, there was only one air-conditioner serving the entire unit. The smaller bedroom felt a little stuffy and warm at night. That said, the owner was very responsive and quickly provided us with a fan the next day, which made a huge difference and solved the issue for us. Overall, the warmth of the host, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and peaceful setting far outweighed these minor inconveniences. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy and authentic stay in Dali. ❤️🏔️✨

When choosing a place to stay in Tengchong, I picked a B&B that offered a bathtub, and I was really impressed with everything from the design of the hotel to the cleanliness of the room. Both the owner and the housekeeper were incredibly polite and accommodating. We needed ice, and the owner's wife immediately made some using their ice machine. When we didn't feel like driving out for dinner, the owner recommended a mushroom soup restaurant not far from the B&B, which was absolutely delicious and a great tip! 👍 I would definitely recommend this place to friends visiting Tengchong in the future.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The guesthouse is clean and elegant, with a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. There are even cute cats and dogs in the yard, adding to the wonderful vibe. The owner is incredibly welcoming and kind, proactively helping us with our luggage, sharing delicious homemade meals, and thoughtfully recommending off-the-beaten-path routes. Their attention to detail and care felt just like family, making our trip full of warmth and joy! I have to commend the super thoughtful guesthouse owner! Not only did they proactively help with luggage and prepare tasty homemade dishes, but they also precisely recommended attractions based on our preferences, helping us avoid crowds. They responded promptly to any requests, treating us with genuine warmth and care like a friend. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, making the experience absolutely fantastic! This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The guesthouse owner is genuinely kind and warm-hearted. They proactively helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs and shared their homemade meals, which were simple yet delicious. When it came to sightseeing, they patiently recommended local hidden gems, food, and routes, and even thoughtfully reminded us about travel precautions. Every detail showed their sincerity, making the trip exceptionally warm and healing.

It's a large villa area built on a mountain, with views of the opposite mountain from the windows, offering a very quiet environment. A shuttle bus service is provided, offering round-trip transfers between the hotel and the airport/high-speed rail station. The butler's recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and car rentals are excellent value for money. The entire trip was comfortable and pleasant; highly recommended.

Every detail, from the private hot springs and smart guest rooms to the Marshall speakers, exudes quality and sophistication. The butler service is exceptional and available around the clock. Afternoon tea is exquisite, and breakfast is a lavish spread. Relax in the courtyard, gather around a tea stove, gaze at the snow mountains, and listen to the whisper of the wind. Time truly slows down here. There's no need to rush your itinerary or brave the crowds. Just quietly soak in the romantic beauty of the snow mountains and let it melt away all your worries.

The hotel is located in the villa group, the environment is rare and quiet, plus the weather in July, compared to the high temperature days in other cities, Banna is sunny and rainy, the weather becomes very cool after the rain, the environment, weather, the hotel's good service, all make this trip have an ultimate relaxation and a good experience. Therefore, if you want to go to Banna to play, if you want to experience different customs and customs, plus a good stay experience, you can choose this hotel far from the bustling area.

In a high-rise apartment room in a community, the view is very good. Two balconies can see the lake. The area can also be 3 large and 2 small. The community is relatively deserted and dinner is eaten outside. For breakfast, there is a relatively simple dumpling shop downstairs. There is a swimming pool at the front desk but it is a bit cold, so the children are not allowed to play ～

My time here was truly life-changing. The hotel was truly exceptional. We arrived from Dali with high expectations and they were certainly met. The rooms were spacious, the location wasn't too crowded so we felt like we had a lot of space to ourselves. But most importantly, our host, Sun, was truly an incredible soul. She was there for us on every moment and we could always send her a wechat message for anything we needed. She ended up really taking care of us in more ways than one. I would definitely recommend this place when you're staying in Lijiang. It's very hard to beat.

Xiao Mei and Bei Bei provided excellent butler service. The hotel offers 24-hour butler service, and the afternoon tea and other amenities are quite innovative. The hotel's Baroque style decor is very thoughtful. For extended stays, the butler contacts you every morning to arrange housekeeping, which is very considerate. The hotel also provides laundry service; the butler picks up the clothes, washes them, and returns them, so you don't have to worry about it. Special praise to the butler service! I really liked it; it was very thoughtful. The hotel staff were all very polite, professional, and communicated smoothly!
