Disadvantages 1: There is no elevator, so it will be very troublesome for guests with suitcases. 2: Guests entering the guest room area are required to change into the slippers they provide on the second floor. They cannot wear their own shoes to enter the guest room area. They said that the wooden floor used in the villa decoration is more precious, so they must change shoes. I have stayed in so many hotels, whether they were handmade stalls or century-old hotels, the floors were already creaking, but no one asked me to change my shoes. I thought I was secretly staying in a palace. 3: The windows of the room face the street. Whether it is day or night, if the curtains are opened, the view inside the room can be seen without reservation (Figure 3, Figure 4, and Figure 5). The housekeeper said there was a gauze curtain, but I didn’t find it. I also want to ask, what should I do if I want to hang clothes to dry? 4: There are many green plants planted outside the building, and many flowers and plants are arranged at the entrance of the first floor, which causes a lot of mosquitoes. Friendly reminder to the housekeeper that you can take long-term mosquito repellent measures around and at the entrance. The worst case scenario is mosquito coils. The cheapest ones don’t cost more than a few yuan a day, which is better than nothing, right? I just can't think of it. Now, let's talk about software. Question 1: A pair of slippers was provided in the bathroom, but there were foreign objects in them (Figure 6 and Figure 7), which clearly indicated that the bathroom was not cleaned or inspected properly. Although the hotel is small, the location is extremely advantageous and the transportation is very convenient. Our couple booked a panoramic ocean view king room. The room is quiet and well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Unexpectedly, disposable bathtub covers are provided every day, which is very considerate. What I really like is the large balcony. The hotel immediately replaced them with clean sheets the next day. On the morning of check-out, we went downstairs to the second floor. When we arrived, the front desk heard our voices coming downstairs and immediately came up to help us pick up our luggage and deliver it to the gate. Our stay of five days and four nights made our trip perfect. We were very satisfied. It is a highly recommended hotel.

However, the service attitude wasn't as good as what you'd find at a guesthouse. When verifying our room number, the staff quickly scanned one page and immediately claimed they couldn't find our booking, despite it being on the very next page. They came across as quite impatient and unprofessional. Nevertheless, the ambiance and the food quality were excellent, and the breakfast was also delicious.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic perfect for a nice staycation, it is near the Bay with a great view of the ocean, with May 4th Square, Olympic Sailing center and Third Bathing Beach all at a walking distance. The locality is quite and calm and allows you to have a fabulous experience of the nature and its calm I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Qingdao in a budget friendly way and experience the best staycation. The staff is super friendly, can speak English which is a great plus for foreigners, has a nice cafe which serves some of the best hot chocolate I ever had.

I booked this hotel solely for the sea room view. I wanted to wake up to the ocean and that was nice. The room was clean. I was bummed out that the bathtub was just there for decoration and wasn’t actually connected to any pipes which killed my soaking in the tub plans. Also the hotel stated there was breakfast available on purchase. When I went to the lobby for breakfast they said they had none and if I wanted food, to check the restaurants next door. I only stayed one night and other than the room my expectations weren’t high: and good thing so cuz there’s not much to do at the hotel anyway. Overall an ok experience

I think it was relatively easy to get there because my Chinese friend drove me there, but it might not be easy to find if you walk or take a taxi. You have to explain in Chinese. I was a single person, so the room had one queen bed and was on the first floor. There was a jacuzzi by the window? I couldn't use it. A deposit of 200 yuan was required when checking in. I've stayed at 4 hotels in Qingdao, but this is the only one that requires a deposit. I registered as a WeChat friend and paid the deposit in cash, but they sent me an email saying that it would be refunded when I checked out.
