We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. Casa Paolina made our stay in Lucca truly special. Thank you so much for everything ! we hope to be back very soon!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends). The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. The hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge. Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro. The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already. There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros). My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet. But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

I originally booked a hotel near the train station that was also convenient for the airport, thinking it would be cheap. However, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Not only was the service excellent, but the breakfast delivered to the room was delicious. The best part is they provide laundry facilities so you can wash and dry your clothes yourself. 😁 The room was incredibly spacious, with a kitchen and a storage room. The security system was also very good and reassuring.

This was the most comfortable and favorite hotel I stayed at in Florence. Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse-style hotel. It was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was cleaned and the trash cans were emptied daily. Every time I returned from my trip, it felt like coming home; the sheets and blankets were neatly made and tidied. The air conditioning was cool and quiet, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in sunlight, making the room clean and bright! The windows were well soundproofed, so it was quiet to sleep at night. I was glad there was a microwave in the common areas, and there was a Carrefour supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fantastic—the peaches were cheap and of good quality. For this price, the room had a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee, and small desserts. I love European accommodations with balconies; I could make a cup of coffee in the morning and leisurely enjoy it on the balcony while watching passersby. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral. The only thing was to be careful not to splash water on the toilet floor when showering, as the toilet didn't have a door to maintain a clean design. Another point I'd like to mention is: please be sure to patiently read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill out the form completely before submitting it. After following the instructions step by step, you'll get a screen on your phone to unlock the door, and then you can use the electronic lock to enter your room smoothly. The front desk staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage to our accommodation. In short, our stay here left us with wonderful memories of our busy yet enjoyable trip to Florence.

Я останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство.
