This was the most comfortable and favorite hotel I stayed at in Florence. Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse-style hotel. It was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was cleaned and the trash cans were emptied daily. Every time I returned from my trip, it felt like coming home; the sheets and blankets were neatly made and tidied. The air conditioning was cool and quiet, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in sunlight, making the room clean and bright! The windows were well soundproofed, so it was quiet to sleep at night. I was glad there was a microwave in the common areas, and there was a Carrefour supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fantastic—the peaches were cheap and of good quality. For this price, the room had a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee, and small desserts. I love European accommodations with balconies; I could make a cup of coffee in the morning and leisurely enjoy it on the balcony while watching passersby. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral. The only thing was to be careful not to splash water on the toilet floor when showering, as the toilet didn't have a door to maintain a clean design. Another point I'd like to mention is: please be sure to patiently read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill out the form completely before submitting it. After following the instructions step by step, you'll get a screen on your phone to unlock the door, and then you can use the electronic lock to enter your room smoothly. The front desk staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage to our accommodation. In short, our stay here left us with wonderful memories of our busy yet enjoyable trip to Florence.

It is really a large apartment, a total of 50 square meters, it is really big in Europe, the location is also very good, quiet in the middle of noisy, the hustle and bustle on the other side of the river will not affect the guests in the hotel, go out to cross the bridge to feel the customs of Italians. There is a kitchen stove, refrigerator, coffee machine in the room, and tableware are also provided. If you eat too much Italian food, you can also come back to make a Chinese meal to solve the problem. It is a relatively unexpected surprise.

Close to the main train station and also walking distance from beautiful Florence city center. Very convenient location.
This appartement is very clean and you find what you need for your stay.
Sometimes it was a bit noisy as it faces to street with quite some traffic. Also we heard neighbours talking occasionally.
In general we were very glad to have selected this place.

Very Good
PPelikan_M400The location isn't right in the old town center, but that's actually a plus because the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful at night. Florence is quite small, so you can pretty much walk everywhere, and there are also plenty of buses and trams nearby.
If you're arriving after 7-8 PM, you need to email the hotel in advance to inform them of your late check-in. The front desk will place your key in a lockbox with a code for self-service.
The room doesn't feel like a typical hotel room; it's more like an apartment. It's incredibly spacious with ample room for your belongings, including two wardrobes and a safe. There's also a microwave and cutlery, which is super convenient for heating up food.
There's a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and Florence's main train station is about a 15-minute walk away. The area seems quite safe.
They don't provide toothbrushes or slippers (which seems to be standard in Europe). Basic shampoo and towels are available. There's a laundry room, but only one washer and dryer unit, so sometimes you have to wait.
Breakfast consists of a croissant and coffee (they'll email you beforehand to choose, with juice and other options available), delivered to your door to eat in your room.
The front desk staff were very friendly and communication was smooth – highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserIt is a new hotel. And in a rather safe location. 20-30min walk to Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.
Rooms is big and had a functional kitchen. There is free self service laundry facilities in the adjacent building.
The staff was not attentive for this quality apartment-hotel. They were all very busy with other stuff that the ignored customers standing in front of them.
JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.

TThomasIt is very important to check in online. I never received the email to do so and was left waiting outside the apartment, with no way to contact the property, as the listed phone number didn’t work. Thankfully, the leather shop below the apartment had two really friendly guys that contacted the owner. This was the only bad experience. Otherwise, the apartment is really clean and spacious, probably too much for one person. The location is great, within walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The shower doesn’t leave much room to move around, but a minor inconvenience. This would be a great stay for a family or small group, but as stated before, not ideal for solo travelers. And I repeat, make sure you check in online! If, like me, you don’t receive the email, talk to the guys of De Nicola leather shop, they can help and have amazing leather jackets, too!
GGuest UserThe location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement, and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!
GGuest UserThis hotel has no disadvantages except that there are very few mold spots on the bed (which does not affect hygiene), the bathtub is so big that you need to crawl into it, and the mosaic tiles inside have not been changed for a long time and are dirty (not because of attachments, but because they are simply too old).
In the cheapest room, you can have: two bathrooms, a full set of living supplies and cooking utensils, and all kinds of things. Anyway, basically everything you can think of is available. For example, a drawer can have four or five different types of pots, all of which are very clean.
You can buy things and cook in the house, and it is not a problem to have all the things for a long stay.
My friend and I also found washing machine cleaning effervescent tablets and laundry beads on the last day. Because the weather was very hot, we washed a lot of clothes. The washing machine and dryer are very advanced, and because there are not many rooms in the apartment, there is not even a peculiar smell of other people's clothes.
Because it is an apartment-style management, if you need cleaning, you have to contact the official WhatsApp in advance, and then they will send someone to clean the room.
If the bed is softer, it will be a sure kill, but this time I slept very well. Don't mention how comfortable it is to wrap yourself in a bathrobe.
Super good reviews, I will consider staying again next time!
PPookinatorI really appreciated the location and how walkable Florence is. It is close to everything and you most likely do not need to catch a taxi/bus ever (unless you are taking luggages for travel). The home was spacious and had a lot of amenities, but the pub across the street was very loud at night, even until 2am. For those who sleep on the sofa bed it will be loud and disturb your sleep. However if you are in the bedroom it is slightly better. But another thing is, there is a water tank in the bedroom, just a few meters away from the bed. This would make noises and come on at random times at night and wake us up. Overall I would give this a 6.5/10 stay. Good for convenience and location but need to focus on the comfort of guests.
Jjie125This apartment is in a great location, and it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's very friendly to tourists who drive themselves. There is an indoor parking lot not far away, which is very safe and costs 30 euros a day. The staff is very friendly and will communicate various details of check-in in advance. We arrived early and the room was ready, so we can check in early. They will also help take the luggage to the room. The sanitation is very clean and it is very quiet. There is welcome red wine and mineral water, but the bathroom feels a little small. Everything else is very good. I will choose this place next time.
