Location is not centre - about 10 mins walk to nearest tram, which takes approximately 30 mins to get to Florence S M Novella train station. Clean room, friendly host.

Very beautiful Italian villa, the landlord is an old lady and very friendly. The room is very large, there are three rooms for five people, very new! The scenery on the balcony is also beautiful!

Good location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

These are really good apartments. The room has a kitchen, a capsule coffee machine, glasses, a safe, and everything you need for an overnight stay, because you'll spend all your time wandering the amazing streets of Florence, going from bar to bar, from gelato shop to super sandwiches. By the way, I highly recommend Vivoli gelato – definitely try their pistachio ice cream with espresso. And for huge, delicious sandwiches, check out Schiacciateria de Neri. Personally, we didn't like the mattress and pillows in the room; they were too soft, and the Wi-Fi was very poor. Maybe it was just us, or just at that time. We are very grateful to the staff; they were very welcoming and friendly.

At first I was frustrated because of the location. When I checked with the reception, only we know there's tram can direct from train station to the location, as google map never show this to us, and we walked at least 20mins with our luggage. And also we booked for double bed. When we checking in, the staff told us was their mistake so unable to provide us the double bed, and promised us to chg to double at second day. Ended up they didn't chg for us. I understand that requisition cannot guarantee but since the staff promised to us so ended up we quite disappointed. Other than those above, everything was great. Would come back to this hotel again.

We spent over a month traveling through Europe this Chinese New Year, visiting Spain, Paris, Belgium, Hungary, and Italy. This apartment hotel was hands down the best accommodation of the entire trip – truly on par with a five-star hotel back home. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Plus, Florence has the best food in all of Italy! My only regret is that we only stayed for two days... Florence is the most 'chill' place in all of Italy, a thousand times better than Rome or Venice! I highly recommend booking this hotel! It's a 1000-euro hotel that easily outperforms European hotels costing several thousand and up!

Very very good It's a room, actually two rooms, The bathroom shower room has a pole to dry clothes There are welcome cookies, and the reply is quite fast, check in with the password, and the city tax is very simple, put it on the table The bed is very good, sleeps soundly, luggage storage is simple, put it directly in the office And very quiet. 2.1 kilometers from the train station You can walk from the Lord's Square attractions and the like.

The hotel I chose on the way to Tuscany is a small town. Below is a restaurant. The meal is solved. The room is still very refreshing and clean, but the location is not in the city.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in Florence. The road from Santa Maria Novella Station has many cobblestone sidewalks, making it a bit difficult to walk with a large suitcase, but the hotel had an elevator, which was helpful. The hotel was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. They also offer a wide range of free drinks and snacks, and you can watch YouTube and Netflix (login required) on the TVs in your room. Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel that made me want to stay forever, so I highly recommend it.✨

AAIAyoubangDigoThe location can't be better, go out is the mercenary promenade, walk 2 minutes to the Uffizi Art Museum, downstairs is the famous ice cream shop. The room is very quiet, and the busy outside does not affect the quietness of the inside door. The towels are very thick and thick, similar to a five-star hotel The hot water in the bath is a gas tank, burn a little thing first, and then go to the hot water to take a bath is very hot. Overall, it is suitable for backpackers, suitable for people who like to explore local culture and immersive tourism. The big suitcase has to be moved upstairs by itself, but for young people, it can be done. After all, the hand can't be carried out and can't walk out. It's too hard for yourself to travel. ,

GGuest User**An Unforgettable Florentine Gem!** This is hands down the most incredible vacation rental I’ve ever experienced! Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends). The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. Grazie mille for a truly magical Florentine experience!

GGuest UserThe room was huge! It had two bedrooms, a living room, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The staff really paid attention to what guests said, even if you weren't specifically asking them to solve a problem; they'd try their best to meet your needs for anything you casually asked about. Plus, they were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions, they even drew a route map for me, just in case I couldn't find my way! 🤣 It's also super convenient for getting around to tourist spots.

GGuest UserA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The location is very suitable for tourists traveling by train. It is only a few hundred meters away from the train station, and it is a certain distance from the main road, so it is very quiet. I guess it is a hotel converted from a residential area. Moreover, the street at the door has many bright street lights at night, and there are many restaurants along the road, so I feel safe when walking back to the hotel at night. Disadvantages: We stayed in room 202. There was a door next to the bed, which was sealed, but the sound insulation of the door was very poor. The conversation in the next room came through the door very clearly. We had to knock on the door to ask them to keep quiet at night. When I left the store, I told the front desk about this matter. She said that she could remind others by knocking on the door. It seems that they also know about the problem of this door. I don’t know if other rooms have this problem. It is recommended that the subsequent store can make it clear to the guests in the room with this door when they first check in, and ask both parties to keep quiet at night, which will reduce a lot of trouble.
