This stay was absolutely fantastic! Xiaotian at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful during check-in, with a sweet smile and a gentle demeanor. She even proactively told me about activities for children, which was so thoughtful. Manager Cui was very enthusiastic and handled things with great efficiency, always professional and on point. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the main road every half hour, making getting around very convenient. The room was quiet and peaceful, and opening the window revealed a beautiful view. It's perfect whether you're here for leisure or travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Housekeeper Daisy provided excellent service. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and breakfast was quite good. Sanya's weather is lovely, and the night views are beautiful. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. The villa layout is also great, perfect for parties, vacations, or group trips. While some parts of the hotel are a bit old, that's understandable. Overall, it was a good stay.

The standalone villa offers great privacy, and the private pool is clean. The garden resembles a tropical rainforest. The shuttle service makes getting around convenient, and the breakfast is plentiful. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful nature all around! Our room had a kids' pool, which was the specific reason we chose it. Everything was clean and in working order. We would definitely come back. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety and plenty of everything. What could be improved? More frequent transfers to the beach. By the way, the fruit shop near the beach access has ridiculous prices. It's much cheaper if you walk along the beach or on the road towards the tower. Thanks, Emma Chen!
