⛱️ Had a fantastic stay here! It's a charming two-story Nanyang-style building, and all the guest rooms are self-contained units. The exterior of the building has a really great vibe. 🏠 The location is absolutely superb; you can walk right out to Zhongshan Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The stay itself was very pleasant. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so my rest wasn't disturbed. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the front desk receptionists were warm and friendly. There are also gentle and adorable cats around the property, which was an extra treat. ☺️ There were quite a few mosquitoes, so I'd recommend bringing your own repellent. Overall, it offers good value for money and is definitely worth checking out!

We received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Facilities: Great, perfect for escaping the daily grind. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. The unique tea fragrance is incredibly refreshing. Environment: Just look at the pictures – everyone who comes here instantly falls in love. Service: The whole family is wonderful. The dad is very trendy, the mom is incredibly wise, and the son is very enthusiastic. I drank various teas personally brewed by the owner and ate genuine tea eggs. When I couldn't join the group activities due to personal reasons and was left alone, the owner's family warmly invited me to have lunch with them. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again.

The neighborhood is really nice, with beautiful greenery and fresh air. It's a wonderful experience. The room was clean and the housekeeping service was excellent, perfect for a family trip. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; even the slightest noise from outside was clearly audible.

This was my first time visiting Xiamen with my mom, and the experience was fantastic! We were very satisfied with the hotel; the price exceeded our expectations, and the service was excellent. The staff were very gentle and kind. Facilities: The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. The projector was large and the picture was clear. There was plenty of hot water, the sheets were clean, the room was spacious, and the facilities were all relatively new. The air conditioning was powerful and quiet. Cleanliness: The room amenities were very clean, the towels were disinfected, and there were no other smells. I slept very soundly, getting my best night's sleep. The air conditioning was very strong. Environment: It was very quiet outside the room; we didn't hear anyone talking all night. The soundproofing was excellent. There were many restaurants nearby; we had satay noodles for dinner. Service: The staff were very gentle and helpful, providing us with helpful information.

Booked this for a friend, and after looking at several options, I still went with this one because the location is truly excellent. Besides Jimei, which requires a subway ride, you can reach all other places by bike. Of course, if you don't want to cycle, you can walk 200 meters to the main road and catch the tourist special line 29, haha. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful with travel tips. Having a washing machine was also very convenient.

This B&B is absolutely amazing! The environment is amazing, and you can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into it. There are green plants and flowers everywhere, which is so relaxing. They also provide plenty of snacks in the lobby, which are immediately replenished after eating, which is a really thoughtful touch. The lobby itself is also very comfortable; it would be wonderful to spend an entire afternoon quietly reading. The rooms are incredibly clean. We booked a twin room, which was perfect for bringing children; the space was ample and convenient. The best part was that our room also had a small terrace, which was a real treat to sit out and enjoy the breeze at night. The receptionist was incredibly kind and considerate from check-in to check-out. She even kindly told us that parking fees could be reimbursed. The entire experience made us feel like home.

The room I stayed in did not offer the river view that was advertised on the website. Instead, I could see the neighbors’ house through the window. It doesn't feel like a resort or hotel; rather, it more like a private house and the owner living on the ground floor. In the late evening around 10 P.M. and early morning at 7 A.M., I could hear children screaming loudly and people communicating, which might disturb those seeking a quiet environment. I would not recommend this place for anyone who values tranquility. Having your own transportation would be ideal, as the bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.

Xishu Seaview Villa is the first choice for Xiamen! The store service is warm and intimate, the check-in is efficient, and the play guide is also intimately recommended. A few minutes walk directly to Huangpi Beach, it is super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning. The restaurant downstairs is rich and there is no need to worry about eating. Close to the roundabout road network red punch card point, the room decoration design is chic and stylish, the travel accommodation is double satisfied, very suitable for bringing a baby, next time you come to live here!

Watching for the bioluminescent plankton is also hassle-free; the location recommended by the receptionist was spot-on, and we actually saw it—it was definitely worth the trip! 🍜 Delicious Food: All the restaurants recommended by the receptionist were delicious, and none were disappointing. 👏 Friendly and Excellent Service: The receptionist was incredibly approachable and responded promptly to any requests via WeChat. I'll definitely come back! In short, if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pingtan that's close to the sea and has a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go!
