The receptionist provide excellence servive with a free hand drown map and clear explaination of this island. She even upgraded our room for free. The set breakfast provided give another credit to this hotel.

We had a good time at the hotel, which has very attentive and nice staff, and charming common areas where they served us complimentary afternoon tea after arrival and Chinese breakfast in the morning. The restaurant suggestions by the hotel staff were good. The hotel is in an old villa, but has been renovated to nice and modern rooms.

Kindly called to confirm and update us with travel suggestions like booking the ferry. Picked us up from the port and helped carry our bags. Breakfast was soso but so was all food on the island. Great service though!

Facilities: Very complete, the lady also helped to upgrade the room with a bathtub. The front desk also prepared a bathtub cover, and it was super comfortable to take a bath after a day of shopping
Environment: The whole hotel is very beautiful, and the photos are not easy to export in the camera, anyway, it is similar to the display picture. It will definitely be better to take pictures if the weather is good!
Service: Great! The breakfast is very rich and comfortable to eat. The service is very good from check-in to check-out. Delicious candy was also given before leaving🍬

It was my first time staying in a B&B. The room was small and compact. It was hidden in a residential area, which was OK. I liked the ginger tea and fried potatoes in the shop downstairs the most. The staff were very nice. The front desk guys and girls were also very gentle and answered all my questions. It was a very pleasant holiday.
