Jiangyou Travel Guide

Located in the northwestern part of the Sichuan Basin, Jiangyou is dominated by a mixed-terrain landscape of flat plateaus and steep hills. Zitong County borders it to the east, Mianyang's City's Youxian District borders it to the south and Guangyuan City's Qingchuan County borders it to the north. This place has excellent natural conditions as well as an abundance of agricultural sideline products. It is also the hometown of Li Bai—a great poet of the Tang Dynasty—as well as being a picturesque historical and cultural city. Some of Jiangyou's famous attractions include the Li Bai Memorial Hall and the Longxi Temple. It is well known for being the hometown of Li Bai.

hiking
Take the 806 stair hike (or cable car) to the top of this beautiful mountain in Sichuan, China. This Buddhist temple dates back to the mid 1700s during the Ming Dynasty. The beginning hike is very steep, taking on hundreds of stairs. If stairs aren’t your thing, take the cable car for a fair price . It is 100% worth the view at the top! At 1:30pm, a stuntman walks the cable connecting the two peaks. It’s quite the show! The top is covered with trees and cool places to rest, have some snacks, and take unforgettable pictures! #hiking #Sichuan #China #mountain #buddhisttemple #stairs
